The communicative and cultural achievement is represented by an activity with adopted formulas confirmed by compliance and flexibility that enables it to keep pace with the creative path in the age of infomedia and contemporary digital publishing programs. The explanatory space, in its intellectual and technical forms, is based on logical foundations that work on creating latent patterns and patterns that enhance the purpose of its existence. And the system in art in general and design in particular represents a mechanism for arranging work vocabulary on the basis of principles that usually refer to a system that checks the state of damage between the design work vocabulary. The system stems from those defects embodied in expressive formats that are linked to concepts and ideas through the organization of different vocabulary within the workspace that have specific characteristics that reflect a particular idea and are linked to the specificity of the required utilitarian functional nature. The lesson of the system is not only to reach the relationships that exist between the vocabulary in their embodiment of the concrete form, but it lies on a much deeper level than that, which is the level of significance. Where the formal characteristics of the product of organizational relations reflect patterns that often express their environment or are the result of those organizations with semantic reading, and the difference in the nature of the formulation of these organizations comes from the effect of the overlap of several different factors (cultural, social, religious, civilizational, functional). The design thought derives its primary material through this overlap to start the system according to the rational methods in the drafting process. To evaluate things and this is the rule of logic. From here the researcher sees that the principle of the system and its relation to the degree of formulation of the form, and the extent of variation of this formulation is due to the mental readiness in the process of organization and innovation, to be a specific formal inference related to its basic function and its structural composition in the designs of logos, so the idea of research and formulation of the research problem came according to the following question: Is there a role for the design system in formal inference in logo design? The importance of the research was formulated through: -Informing those interested in the design issue, for the purposes of developing the mechanisms of their technical work. -To benefit scientific and research institutions, as well as the press, publishing houses, and advertising agencies. The aim of the research lies in: Knowing the role of the design system in formal inference in the design of logos, and defining the limits of research, which lies in the objective limit: the design system and formal inference in the design of logos Spatial limit: some Examples of global logos that enhance the current research, And the time limit for the designed logos from (2019-2021), and definitions of the following terms were defined: design system and formal inference.. In this paper, we empirically examine the impact of performance feedback on the outcome of crowdsourcing contests. We develop a dynamic structural model to capture the economic processes that drive contest participants’ behavior and estimate the model using a detailed data set about real online logo design contests. Our rich model captures key features of the crowdsourcing context, including a large participant pool; entries by new participants throughout the contest; exploitation (revision of previous submissions) and exploration (radically novel submissions) behaviors by contest incumbents; and the participants’ strategic choice among these entry, exploration, and exploitation decisions in a dynamic game. Using counterfactual simulations, we compare the outcome of crowdsourcing contests under alternative feedback disclosure policies and award levels. Our simulation results suggest that, despite its prevalence on many platforms, the full feedback policy (providing feedback throughout the contest) may not be optimal. The late feedback policy (providing feedback only in the second half of the contest) leads to a better overall contest outcome. Gumineponik is one of the UMKM engaged in the hydroponic business. Besides offering hydroponic installations, hydroponic equipment, and plant nutrition, it also offers innovative processed products such as vegetable fruit juices and fruit and vegetable spring rolls. In introducing its business and products, gumineponik requires a visual identity in the form of a logo that will be implemented in promotional media. Data were collected naturally and presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Data collection was carried out using interviews and direct observation. In addition, it is supported by theoretical studies and documentation. Logo design starts from brief design, research and brainstorming, alternative designs, presentations and revisions in the process of getting the selected logo for gumineponik.  The chosen logo is a combination of the letter G and leaves as a symbol of agriculture. The selected logo is then implemented on the packaging of juice and spring roll products. In addition, it is also implemented on business cards, pricelist and x-banner media as supporting media.

Indonesia’s Local Content Representation in Asian Games’ 2018 Mascot Design. The Asian Games is a grand event in the field of sports which is held every four years and involves hundreds of athletes from all over Asia. Therefore, the Asian Games, in addition to being a sporting competition, are also allowing the host country to show their development and relevance in the international league. The Asian Games event is also a major concern of President Joko Widodo because of its potential to be the place for attracting investors and also promoting Indonesia’s tourism. One main focus towards this event is shown by using a graphic system and branding following design principles and harmonization with Indonesia’s local wisdom. The representation of Indonesian culture and representation of the motto of the 2018 Asian Games "Energy of Asia" must be embodied in the visual design of the 2018 Asian Games, including logo design, graphic systems, and mascot design   Keyword: Asian Games 2018, vernacular design, mascot design, local content.

Polibatam Press already has a visual identity in the form of a logo, but the Polibatam Press logo still does not have an identity that can describe the identity of the company. So far people know the existence of Polibatam Press only through word of mouth. Therefore, the company needs promotional media to introduce Polibatam Press. To be well known, Polibatam Press's identity requires a strong logo and Corporate Identity that is easy for people to remember. The logo design process was designed using the stages structure in making the logo. At the logo creation stage there are five steps in the logo design that will be carried out by the researcher in creating the visual identity desired by the client. At the testing stage of this study, the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. Sampling in this model uses snowball sampling technique. This testing model is used to get respondents' perception of a topic in accordance with the needs of researchers, the final result of this testing model is a conclusion, and an in-depth review, so that the visual identity displayed will make it easier for the public to recognize Polibatam Press.

The goal of this research is to investigate the modern shape of logo design for design quality and effectiveness. Since the announcement of the Movement Control Order (MCO), the market has seen an increase in demand for logo design. Many entrepreneurs appear to be prioritizing online business. Although the high demand for logo design is a good thing for every graphic designer, the logo design field is also losing quality. This study's methodology is a hybrid method (combination of quantitative and qualitative). Quantitative and primary data are gathered through interviews with both designers and entrepreneurs, as well as a survey form. While qualitative data is gathered from Google Scholar, ResearchGate, articles, a literature review and YouTube. This study also includes the effect of logo design on consumer behavior, how the COVID-19 is changing consumer behavior, and the researcher's justification based on logo design guidelines. This paper can be used as a trend analysis for marketer, designer, and other marketing, branding, or academic purposes.

This paper aims to present a research study concerning the graphics and symbols in logo design exhibited in an art program dubbed ‘Golden Ages of Art Nouveau and Art Deco’. It was important for us to understand these trends, their characteristics and graphics, to create many times beautiful masterpieces of art. We have noticed a lot of differences between these two art movements related to symbols, signs and colours which were used. It was ‘a special art travel’ to study, theoretically and practically, the field of logo design connected to these ages. Starting from our research study, we have tried to make ‘a basket’ of features which characterises each trend. We have tried to explain the diversity of elements used as an art graphic design focused on logos. And, of course, we have tried to create logos using the features of Art Nouveau and Art Deco.   Keywords: Art Nouveau, Art Deco, logo design, feature, symbols, colours.

Forensic linguistics focusing on word choice and spelling, it can be useful while resolving language crime, trademark infringement, and so forth. In our days, trademarks are one of the most infringed intellectual properties in the world in terms of values. Trademark could be a single word, a combination of words and symbols, design, or logo that distinguishes a company or products from others in the industry. When someone acquires a registered trademark, he is granted an exclusive right to its usage and it strongly prohibits other organizations from using it. This paper shows the way an expert in Forensic Linguistics should use his skill and knowledge to handle the conflict among similar trademarks. From brand name (how it is written, upper-cases or lower-cases, how many letters make this brand name, how it sounds, how it looks like, and so forth) to logo (design, usage of colors, sharp and so forth). The expert in Forensic Linguistics will try to find out scientific evidence that may help judges in decision-making. The present study scrutinized the place of forensic linguistics in the resolution of trademark conflicts, the scientific techniques, and methodologies utilized to analyze the similarities and differences between the trademarks in conflict. This research showed the importance of associating an expert in Forensic Linguistics in the Community Trademark conflicts in order to come up with a conclusion based on scientific evidence; the place of forensic linguistics and other related disciplines in revolving the issues of trademark infringement.
