This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the production obtained from rice farming in Lupia Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency. This research was conducted in Lupia Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency. There were 42 respondents, conducted using the simple random sampling method (simple random sampling) using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used was Cobb-Douglas analysis. The results showed that the variables of land area, seeds, and pesticides had a significant effect on rice production, while labor, urea fertilizer, and NPK Phonska fertilizer did not have a significant effect on rice production in Lupia Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency.

<span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to analyze the income of paddy farming in members and non-members of the community granary group, and to know the impact of the membership of the granary group on the income of paddy farming. This research was conducted in Bontoloe Village, Galesong Sub District, Takalar District, South Sulawesi Province. Sampling was done by two methods, first for sample of granary member using purposive sampling method, second fornon-member of granary using simple random sampling method. So the total sample in this study were 34 farmers. Data analysis used is the analysis of different test (t test) and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the income earned by farmer members of the granary group amounted to Rp 9,386,227.00, while the income earned by non-member farmers in the granary group was Rp 9,175,144.00. Differences in paddy production, revenue, and income levels between member farmers and non-members of the granary group based on t test proved not significantly different. Factors that significantly affect the income level of paddy farming are land area, paddy seed price, pesticide price, and labor wage. While the impact of membership of community granary group was not significant to the income of paddy farming. But simultaneously (land area, price of paddy seed, price of urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer price, pesticide price, labor wage, dummy member) can affect paddy farming income of 84.99%.</span>

This study aims to determine the technical aspects of farming and economically the costs, and income of tidal lowland rice farming. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method of 30 farmers. From the observations, it is known that the production obtained from 30 respondent farmers with an average land area of 1.6 ha is 427.36 blek / farmer / ha or 4,701,033 kg / farmer / ha (470 ton / ha / farmer). Total revenue is Rp. 628,150,000.00 and an explicit fee of Rp. 207,080,999.84 thus the income of the respondent farmers was IDR 421,069,000.16 or an average of IDR 14,035,633.34 / farmer.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of paddy rice farm income and determine how the feasibility of paddy rice farming by the harvest season in Taratara One Village, West Tomohon Sub-district, Tomohon City. The research was carried on three months, from Februari to April 2016, which is located in Taratara One Village. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis with the help of the table, and to determine the amount of income using the formula: I = TR – TC. And the feasibility of farming using analysis of return ratio by the formula: a = R : C. Based on the analysis, the average farm income of paddy rice farmer managed respondents in Taratara One Village by harvest season for the first harvest season 1 (one) Rp. 22,664,971.19 per hectare and the second harvest 2 (two) Rp. 18,541,100.85 per hectare. Rated Ratio/Cost for the first harvest season one (1) by 3.46 and harvest 2 (two) of 2.83. Based decision rule if the value of R/C is more than one, it means paddy rice farming can provide benefits and well work the effort.

Intra-Uterine Grout Retardation (IUGR) is the abnormal growth of the fetus in uterine developmental disturbances or disorders. This study aims to determine the level of incidence of IUGR on mothers with PEB (severe Pre-eclampsia) in Abdoer Rahem Situbondo hospitals. The research design in this study was used "analytic". Population in this study were mothers who had a pregnancy with PEB in Dr. Abdoer rahem Situbondo as many as 58 respondents with the number of samples 33 respondents, the sampling method usedsimple random sampling. Data analysis used fisher exact with maximum level a = 0,05. The result showed that there was significant relationship between severe preeclampsia and the IUGR  case in fetus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya tingkat kejadian IUGR terhadap ibu dengan Pre-Eklamsi Berat (PEB) di RSUD Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang yang mengalami kehamilan dengan PEB di RSUD Dr. Abdoer rahem Situbondo sebanyak 58 responden  dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah  menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan fisher exact dengan tingkat maksimal a=0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pre-eklamsi berat dengan terjadinya IUGR pada janin. The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Superpoly Industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 88 employees of PT Superpoly Industry. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The research aims to analyse the level of sustainability and the level of household income in the farming of rice on the peatland. The research location was determined by purposive sampling in Terusan Karya Village, Bataguh District, Kapuas Regency. The simple random sampling method was taken on 50 farmer household served as respondent. The data were collected in the form of primary and secondary data. To achieve the first research objective, it was conducted by an analysis of sustainability indicators of farming using Likert Scale system. The index of farming sustainability includes biophysical and socio-economic aspects in the rice farming on peatland. Meanwhile, to achieve the purpose of the second research, it was operated by using a simple tabulation to measure the level of farmer household income. The result of the analysis showed that farming sustainability of rice in the peatland found index by 76.10%, which means that the level of farming sustainability is a good category or highly sustainable. The result of the analysis of farm household income was 16.9 million rupiahs, which means that the farm household income has been categorized as good.  Keywords: sustainability index, peatland, income, rice, farmer householdJEL Classification: D10, Q01, Q12

The objectives of the research were to analyze the participation of farmers in the Upsus Program, to analyze the factors that affect rice production, and to analyze the income level of lowland rice farming in Gadingrejo Sub District, Pringsewu District. The research was conducted in March-April 2019. The analysis of farmerparticipation in the Upsus Pajale program using scoring technique which were processed into interval data with Methode of Succesive Interval. Factors that affecting rice production were analyzed using the Cobb Doughlass production function, and analysis of farm income using a comparison between total revenues and total costs, called Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The results of this study were farmers' participation in the Upsus Pajale program was in the middle class, the factors that affect the rice production of lowland rice farming, namely land area, amount of phonska fertilizer, pesticide and farmer participation. Income from cash costs obtained by farmers amounted to Rp18,116,478.41 with R/C of 6,23/0,73 ha/planting season and income to total costs amounted to Rp16,184,879.44 with an R/C of 4,00/0,73 ha/planting season.Keywords: factors, income, production, rice paddy
