Abstract Since decades ago, education in Indonesia a lot of emphasis on the acquisition, development and improvement of the quality of human resources is based on intellectual intelligence or IQ. The ingenuity and intelligence of a learner or student is measured by the ability to master the subject matter academically in school. For children w ho are morally good not considered intelligent, because academically not master. He is still considered stupid. The ranking was measured based on the academic value only. The issue now is, first, what is meant by the so - called character education as a solu tion to the deterioration of this nation? Second, what character education linkages with the school culture? Third, how to implement the planting of moral values and the spirit of life as the core of character education in the school culture? As well as in the form of school culture that is how that can be applied to learners.

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.

The higher education bears great responsibility and obligation, especially to develop intelectual human resources who can be contribute to state and nation such as in the fields of politic, law, economy, education, health, religion, and others for elevating quality of life and wealth of society. However young generation today, performs lower quality in moral and character, so that the higher education must improve the students’ morality and character along with all of its ‘civitas academica’. Educating character in the higher education purposes to anticipate degradation of character, and also serve to forms the hardy character of students for facing toward the various of challanges. By educating character the students become nation’s young intelectual who have prime pesonality as the goals of national education. The implementation of educating charater in the higher education should be teach the accentuate on the cognitive matter, but also on the affective, conative, and skilled matter. The important thing which should be noticed that learning character must be applied on all of the subject matter, so that, all the lectures and college’s employees pay attention to our nation and state.

Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.

In this article, the issue of structural individualisation, which is one of the results of social modernisation, is adopted as the subject-matter. In the processes of individualisation, it is, first and foremost, the importance of an individual human being and matters relevant to their life, including the obligation to make constant choices in all the aspects of life, that is placed emphasis upon. In the aspect of values, the process of individualisation means transfer from values seen as responsibilities (related to duties) to values connected with self-fulfilment (self-development). The consequence of individualisation is the significant changes in the realm of morality: departing from traditional moral values and standards, permissivism and moral relativism, the destruction of normativity, and the secularisation of morality. On the other hand, it creates the opportunity to determine one's own moral choices and shapean autonomous moral personality.

This study aims to analyze and understand the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources was through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) activities which were carried out periodically by the existing schedule, involving teachers in seminars on learning methods that creative, innovative and fun, holding independent training in schools by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by school principals to employees regarding the achievement of planned educational goals.

ABSTRAK Learning Arabic for the world of the Salaf Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the study of the Yellow Book is one of the most important foundations because without understanding Arabic properly, it will face many difficulties. The learning system in Islamic boarding schools is often called Madrasah Diniyah. This Madrasah is one of the religious education institutions on the outside school path, which is expected to be able to continuously provide Islamic religious education to unmet students on the school path through the classical system. To study this problem, this research was carried out in the Madrasah Diniyah Al-Tarmasi with the subject of madrasah management from the Madrasah Headmaster, the board of teachers and education staff as well. Collecting data in this study are used interviews, observation and documentation as the main instruments with data triangulation as the analytical knife. The results of the study shown that there are several efforts by the Headmaster of Madrasah and teachers in improving the Quality of Arabic language learning by pouring a number of Strategies in: 1) Strategies to improve curriculum and the process of  Arabic learning. 2) Strategies for improving the quality of human resources to improve Arabic learning. 3) Strategies for improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of Arabiclearning. The paper considers the development of broadcasting in the Penza region in the late 1940s and early 1950s, Emphasizes that this period is characterized by active and widespread broadcasting across the country and on the territory of the studied region. Radio infection affected not only regional settlements and working centers of the region, but also remote collective farms. The leader in the development of local radio broadcasting was Kameshkir district, which had its own Studio. It is noted that the radio broadcasting of the Penza region was under strict control of the party and Soviet bodies. For each program, a mandatory verification procedure was introduced, and thematic plans of programs were sent to the places. The quality of local programs directly depended on the level of professional training of editorial staff. The most interesting and operative in content were the programs of the Penza, Kuznetsk and Kamenskaya editions, which actively attracted local party, Komsomol and Soviet workers, leading figures in industry and agriculture, propagandists and agitators to the speeches. Radio broadcasting in the Penza region in the 1940s and early 1950s was actively developed and had a strong propaganda orientation, which was reflected in the subject matter and the quantitative ratio of radio broadcasts.

In the last few years, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) has been extensively implemented in the Italian school system and particularly in the Autonomous Province of Trento. This article aims to analyse students’ perception of the quality of their CLIL experience since they are the final recipients of CLIL. Results suggest that students acknowledge the positive impact of CLIL on their L2 proficiency (English). However, the success of CLIL seems to be strongly dependent on the CLIL teacher’s linguistic competence in the L2 and on the CLIL curriculum design, which should avoid oversimplification of the subject matter taught by means of the L2.

Abstract The article presents the subject matter in scope of human resources management in an exemplary production enterprise. The company under study is a production enterprise that produces: juice, nectars, drinks and mineral waters. The characteristics, skills and activities that constitute model attitudes of the management were determined, as well as the ways of management that exist in the selected company were identified. The paper also presents the results of a questionnaire survey in which employees’ opinions on specific managerial behaviors and their impact on work efficiency were presented. Additionally, the employees’ expectations regarding managerial behaviors are described. The survey was completed by 40 employees of the company who voluntarily and anonymously agreed to participate in the study. They were people working in various departments of the company.
