Purpose. The aim of the article is strategic analysis of the state of development of LLC “GALYCHMED”, identification of positive and negative trends and changes, identification, and awareness of the factors that cause inhibition of its development, search for priority ways and directions of development of the analysed enterprise. Methodology of research. To achieve this goal, a toolkit of research methods was used, namely: economic-statistical and calculation-analytical – to study the opportunities and threats to the external environment of the operation of LLC “GALYCHMED”, the strengths and weaknesses of the studied enterprise; matrix method of strategic analysis (SWOT-analysis) – to comprehensively reflect the results of the analysis of the external and internal environment of LLC “GALYCHMED”; problem-oriented – to substantiate the strategic directions and the potential scenario of solving the issues of development of the analysed enterprise; tabular – for visual display and effective perception of statistical data; induction and deduction – for concluding; logical – for the consistent generalization of theoretical and practical provisions of scientific research. Findings. SWOT analysis was performed according to the stages of filling in the SWOT matrix, processing (summarizing) results, and analysis of results. It is noted that the main purpose of SWOT analysis as a matrix method is to obtain reliable data on the company’s capabilities and threats to its promotion in the market of goods and services, so before SWOT analysis are the following tasks: identifying marketing opportunities that meet the company’s resources; identification of marketing threats and development of measures to neutralize their impact; identifying the strengths of the enterprise and comparing them with market opportunities; identification of enterprise weaknesses and development of strategic directions for overcoming them; identification of competitive advantages of the enterprise and formation of its strategic priorities. It is established that the influence of the macroenvironment is negative and the mesoenvironment is positive. The most important factors of positive influence are the attitude of the buyer to the product, the population, the attitude of people to work, and so on. Among the most negative factors are inflation, the social situation in the country and the world (COVID-19), financial crisis, slowing economic growth, the purchasing power of the population, industry competitors, potential competitors, and more. The following advantages of the analysed enterprise are determined: the goods sold by the enterprise; quality of services; state of the sales system; market share; availability of credit; enterprise assets; net profit. It is proved that the unstable financial market due to the pandemic, the devaluation of the national currency, the situation in the banking sector, losses in the area of environmental protection in eastern Ukraine, as well as other factors negatively affected the trading activities of LLC “GALYCHMED”. In most retailers, costs have risen and profits have fallen, prompting more conservative pricing and spending cuts. Originality. The application of SWOT analysis has been further developed, which allows to selection measures to ensure the economic growth of the enterprise, systematize problem situations, identify and use new potentials faster than competitors, avoid dangers, make informed decisions about small business development, and prevent irrational use of financial assets. This technique is an effective, affordable, cheap way to assess the state of the problem and management situation in small businesses. Practical value. The results of the SWOT analysis are recommended for use by the researched enterprise (LLC “GALYCHMED”) and other retail enterprises to determine the development strategy, for market analysis and study of competitiveness, but each time it must be adapted to the specifics of the enterprise. The article presents an assessment of the activities of the construction company from the Tyumen city. An important stage in developing an effective strategy of the company is strategic analysis, which should give a real assessment of own resources and capabilities in relation to the state (and needs) of the external environment in which the firm operates. On the basis of this analysis, rational choice of strategies from a possible set of options should occur. The conducted SWOT- analysis has allowed to formulate the potential directions, capable to make financial indicators of the construction company much better.

This article has the aim to explore the policy of supporting of small and medium-sized businesses. Over the years, the independent states have managed the problems of the economy. The contribution of small businesses to the economy, the replenishment of revenue items in budgets of the different levels, and the creation of new jobs have become one of the decisive factors of the development in the states. Small and medium-sized businesses significantly contribute to the formation of the competitive environment and the establishment of market balance. Currently, small and medium-sized businesses represent fairly powerful social stratum of the society, real and serious economic force. At the present stage, the relationship between business and government has acquired the special role, improving the technology of their interaction; the problem of self-organization of the business community is relevant today as it was only few years ago. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the fundamental link that determines the state level of development in order to ensure sustainable economic growth. This sector of the economy has huge potential for solving many problems of the economic growth of the state, such as undeveloped competition, inefficient use of material and non-material resources, dependence of the domestic demand on imports, unemployment, poverty, etc. Issues of SMEs development in the Republic of Kazakhstan are among the most important and highest state level.

In this article, the authors propose a study of modern trends in the development of housing and communal services in Russia. They analysed the latest studies on the topic and identified the most popular areas of development. The authors strategically analysed the internal and external environment of the industry using the method of SWOT analysis and surveyed specialists and managers of enterprises of housing and communal services. As a result of a critical evaluation of the existing popular development areas in the housing and utilities sector, the authors formulated the main priority areas for the development of the industry. They proposed development tasks for each area. The implementation of the tasks, according to the authors, will ensure sustainable development of the housing and communal services industry. This study is significant for the development of the theory of strategic management in the field of housing and communal services. The work is of great practical importance, as it acts as a guideline for conducting strategic analysis and developing strategies for enterprises of the housing and communal complex, and also allows determining the main directions and trends in the development of housing and communal services in Russia.

Relevance of research topic. In the context of economic transformation, financial stability is a strategic objective of fiscal policy, which contributes to accelerating economic growth and revitalizing business activity in the country. Accordingly, ensuring effective influence on the social and economic processes of the public administration system involves reforming its components taking into account the globalization processes. Formulation of the problem. With the acceleration of the pace of financial and economic globalization, the issues of creating conditions for financial stabilization are being updated. An important direction in solving these issues at the state level should be to increase the effectiveness of fiscal policy. Analysis of recent research and publications. Issues of the formation and implementation of fiscal policy aimed at ensuring financial stability, acceleration of economic growth are presented in the papers of well-known domestic and foreign scientists: T. Bogolib, J. Buchanan, I. Zapatrina, G. Kucher, L. Lisyak, I. Lukyanenko, V. Makogon, P. Samuelson, J. Stiglitz, M. Pasichnyi, I. Chugunov and others. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. The mentioned questions are actualized in connection with the institutional transformations of the socio-economic model of the society’ development, which determine the need for increased effectiveness of fiscal policy. Much attention of financial institutions should be focused on ensuring financial stability and strengthening the stability of the financial system, strengthening its investment potential. Setting the task, the purpose of the study. The objectives of the study are to reveal the essence of the concept «financial stabilization», the definition of the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of fiscal policy in relation to its provision. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the strategic objectives of the fiscal policy on financial stabilization in the context of economic transformation. Method or methodology for carrying out the research. The article uses a set of methods of scientific research: system approach, structuring, analysis and synthesis, and others. Presentation of the main material (results of work). The essence of the concept «financial stabilization» is revealed, peculiarities of the formation and implementation of the fiscal policy concerning its provision are determined. The strategic tasks of fiscal policy concerning financial stabilization in the conditions of economic transformations are substantiated. The field of application of results. The results of this study can be used in the formation and implementation of fiscal policy in Ukraine. Conclusions according to the article. Ensuring financial stabilization is an integral part of the country's socio-economic development strategy. The tools of fiscal policy form a complex of financial and budgetary tactics. With their help, the implementation of the directions and tasks of the fiscal strategy is determined and the effectiveness of its implementation depends decisively. In the conditions of the formation of Ukraine as an independent state, the main reference point of fiscal policy was to ensure the solvency of the state as an instrument for creating conditions conducive to the revitalization of economic activity. At the current stage, the strategic goal should be to actively stimulate economic growth as the main instrument for ensuring financial stabilization through the rational management of public financial resources.

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : perlunya strategi pengembangan wisata bahari yaitu mengembangkan fasilitas infrastruktur, terutama perluasan dermaga, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM melalui sertifikasi kompetensi  pariwisata dankerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pariwisata, akademisi, masyarakat dan media dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan,untuk mencapai target 20 Juta wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Indonesia tahun 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Wisata Bahari, Gili Trawangan, Analisis SWOT</p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism is affirmed in various Strategic Plans (RENSTRA) as well as the National Tourism Master Plan (RIPARNAS) as a mainstay driving the economic growth of Indonesia. Assets in the form of cultural resources and natural resources such as the uniqueness of nature tourism in the form of marine tourism and various regional cultural events and cultural authenticity can be managed and utilized to compete with other tourist destinations. All of them to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Indonesia. </em><em>One of the government programs in achieving the target is the creation of 10 (ten) priority tourist destinations or with the term "Creating 10 New Bali" scattered throughout Indonesia, namely Lake Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi , Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru and Labuan Bajo. </em><em>In order to achieve the goal of marine tourism development strategy in Lombok, it is necessary steps of governance of destinations, among others, inventory readiness to the state of nature and cultural attractions, can be utilized and readiness of accessibility, amenitas and accommodation. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. </em><em>From the economic side, it is expected to have a positive impact on economic growth, so that the opportunity of exploiting and developing marine tourism in West Lombok is expected to benefit all parties. </em><em>The results of the research include: the need for marine tourism development strategy that is developing infrastructure facilities, especially the expansion of the pier, increasing the competence of human resources through the certification of competence of tourism services and cooperation between the government, tourism industry, academics and the community in order to improve the service and comfort of tourists. to achieve the target of 20 million foreign tourists who visit Indonesia in 2019.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Marine Tourism, Gili Trawangan, SWOT Analysis </em>

This paper analysis the impact of two different types of exogenous shocks on the consumption, approximated by retail trade in Croatia. The aim of this paper is to show that the crisis caused by financial disturbances and the crisis caused by pandemic have different repercussions on movements of interest rates and further impact on consumption. Banks react differently in a crisis that has no cause in the financial sector compared to the crisis caused by disturbances in the financial and banking market as we had in 2008. Therefore, it will be proven that in crisis of 2020, which is more significant in strength than the crisis in 2009, Croatia has pursued a different economic policy, aimed to retaining jobs and maintaining the level of consumption from pre-recession periods. All mentioned emphasizes two facts: 1. The irrational behavior of the state in a crisis caused by disturbances in the financial and banking sector differs to the state reaction to the crisis caused by a pandemic, that has no financial cause; 2. Fear of negative psychological expectations and falling demand and personal consumption, are the most important components in the GDP structure

This article discusses the role of small business and the characteristics of investment factors that affect the economy of Kyrgyzstan, as a factor in the sustainable development of the country. The development of small small businesses is the basis for the stability of the macroeconomic situation of the state. Officially, small and medium-sized businesses have been identified in Kyrgyzstan as the most important sector of the economy. An analysis of data on the production of small and medium-sized businesses in Kyrgyzstan shows that small business shows the most productive activity.

To support the improvement of dental health in the community it is necessary to overcome them. The efforts of PT Fondaco on the fact encourage the founder to become one of the suppliers who support a variety of dental experts in the treatment by providing various medical purposes.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external environment, and internal to competitiveness and analyze the competitive strategy of PT Fondaco Jayatama to improve competitiveness. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix), IE matrix in matching stage, and QSPM analysis in desicion stage. The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis showed that Fondaco Jayatama can used all the opportunities and can overcomed threats from the rivalry. PT Fondaco Jayatama also has a good internal and can not be down by the external environment. PT Fondaco Jayatama was a strong competitors. The conclusion of this research is product development strategy is the best strategy to be apply in the organization.

Banking sector is one of the most powerful financial management agencies which have a major role in the economic growth of India. Each bank has its own culture, as every organization different in their culture. Organizational Culture includes everything that influences an employee in an organization. This may reflect in their stress levels, which may in turn reflect in the individual productivity as well as the organizational. In the literature, there were different studies of organizational culture and work stress among bank employees, but very few studies which tried to explore the relation between organizational culture and work stress in India especially in the state of Kerala. This study was intended to find the nature of organizational culture and work stress of banks employees of northern Kerala.
