Background: The research purpose was determined the implementation of role playing to improve interaction ability of mental retardation students in SLB Negeri Surakarta. The researc was used quasi experiment with one group pre and posttest design. The research was conducted in SLB Negeri Surakarta on February 2018 to January 2019. Data collection method were used observation and interview. Methods: Research method was used role playing through the lecture, discussion, task, and direct practice. Data analysis technique was used bivarian analysis. Results: The research results were shown that the implementation of role playing able to improve the interaction ability of retardation students in SLB Negeri Surakarta. Conclusion:  Have significant effect on interaction ability of retardation students in SLB Negeri Surakarta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja masing-masing unit kerja dan kategori SDM, menganalisis kebutuhan jumlah dan kompetensi SDM dan menganalisis biaya investasi pengadaan dan kompensasi kebutuhan SDM di Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 39 orang. Metode sensus sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja pada setiap unit Bidang Bina Marga masih belum optimal, Bidang bina Marga masih kekurangan 10 orang karyawan dan masih membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi, hasil analisis juga menunjukan jenis pengadaan yang harus dilakukan Bidang Bina Marga dengan biaya kompensasi sesuai dengan pedoman yang berlaku.This study aims to analyze the workload of each work unit and HR category, analyze the needs of the number and competency of HR and analyze the investment costs of procurement and compensation for HR needs in the Highways Division of the PUPR Office of West Lombok Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked in the Highways Division of the PUPR Office of West Lombok Regency totaling 39 people. Census method as a data collection method used. The data analysis technique used in this study is WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need). The results showed that the workload in each unit of Bina Marga was still not optimal, the Marga field still lacked 10 employees and still needed competency improvement, the results of the analysis also showed the type of procurement that must be carried out by the Highways Division with compensation costs in accordance with applicable guidelines

Experimental research in the form of making house blend chocolate by using chocolate originating from Indonesia, namely Java Srawana, Lampung Pesawaran and Sulawesi Celebes using the Manual Brew method using cezve tools. The goal is to get aspects of the original chocolate flavor image from chocolate blend and add interesting experiences in drinking original chocolate from Indonesia. The research method used is an experimental research method. By making 3 house blend chocolate recipes and tested on 50 panelists. The data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to panelists. Data analysis methods used were organoleptic test, Variant Analysis (ANOVA) and t test, Tukey Ba, with the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS.22 software (Statistical Product for Service Solution). The results of this study were obtained, house blend chocolate with the composition of Lampung Pesawaran 6gr, Java Srawana 6gr and Sulawesi Celebes 8gr, received by all panelists from the aspects of aroma, flavor, acidity, bitterness, astringent (taste), caramelly, creamy, texture. Produces a real chocolate flavor with a banana-flavored sweet and slightly bitter, then accompanied by the smell of vanilla.

This study aims to describe the theoretical basis of body image for adolescent development. The research method used is the library research method. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. To maintain the accuracy of the assessment and prevent misinformation in data analysis, checks are carried out between libraries and reread the library. The purpose of this study was to develop a theoretical basis for body image in adolescents. The results of this study are the compilation of a study of body image for the development of adolescents as a whole, including: 1) understanding body image, 2) body image components, 3) aspects in body image, 4) factors that influence body image, 5) body image for adolescent development.

Brand is a part of intellectual work that has a role to add and improve business both in the form of goods or in the trade and investment sector that needs to be supported. In Indonesia regulation about trademark regulated in UU No. 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis. In this research, the authors discuss about the procedure for brand registration, as well as its requirements like formality checks, and substance that must be completed and after the examination completed, then continued in certification and announce on the brand. And as a result of the cancellation of a trademark that has rights in principle or whole with a trademark owned by another party conducted by PT PUSAKA IWAN TIRTA against PT IWAN TIRTA (Study of Decision No.535 K / Pdt.Sus-Hki / 2018). The research method used is Normative Juridical. The legal sources used are primary, secondary, and tertiary. The data collection method is by during a literature study. Data analysis is obtained qualitatively. In brand registration, there are several procedures such as formality checks, substantive checks, announcements, and certifications. There are 2 types of punishing set in the UU Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, namely civil and criminal penalties

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

Noda has an explanation function. The research aims to describe the structure and meaning of noda modality as interpropositional modalitiy. The data were obtained from Japanese website, such as asahi.com, ameba.jp, aozora.gr.jp, yourei.jp, and context.reverso.net. The data collection method in this research is the simak and catat method. Then, using qualitative descriptive method to analysis the structure and meaning of noda modality, while the agih method is used to find out noda modality.’s usage The data presentation stage use informal techniques. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that noda’s modality could be attached to verbs, i-adjectives, na-adjectives and nouns. Noda as an interpropositional modality has two types; “related types” (kankeidzuke) and “unrelated types”  (hikankeidzuke),  and each  types have  its meaning.

This research is based on the style used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy through his snippet of da'wah (quote) that has interesting style of languages, education messages delivered simply but so attractive. The aim of this research was to analyze and to study the language style of quotes used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy in religion speech and the implementation in running his function in Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative that focused on analytics and didactics. Data collection method had used the textual data analysis in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy. The research result showed that in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy there were metaphor, personification, allegory, irony, association, simile, metonymies, euphemism, and pleonasm figures of speech. The messages of the quotes can be understood by the readers, especially the students and the alumni of Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah.

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menelaah dan menghasilkan kajian tentangimplementasi metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengansampel yang diteliti sebanyak 72 peserta didik tingkat SMP secara random. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk uraian. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t setelah dilakukan uji prasyarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode Brainstormingerbantu alat peraga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diajar menggunakan metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Brainstormingberbantu alat peraga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dengan kriteria sedang. Kata kunci:metode Brainstorming, alat peraga, kemampuan komunikasi matematis.   ABSTRACT Thestudy aims to determine whether or not there is an implementation of theBrainstorming method assisted aid teaching to the students’mathematical communication ability. Thesample of this research are 72 students. The research used data collection method by using instrument test of mathematical communication ability in the form ofdescription. Data analysis techniques using t-test after the prerequisite test. Based on the results of the study it was found that the average of mathematical communication ability of students taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props were higher than those not taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props. It can be concluded that theBrainstorming method assisted props can improve mathematical communication ability of students with medium criteria. <p><em>The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in </em><em>the office of </em><em>Gunung Kerinci regency with </em><em>performance </em><em>of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a </em><em>full sampling</em><em> as many as 17 people. </em><em>Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant </em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>have a positive and significantinfluence with </em><em>performance of employee</em><em>. The implies that played as important role</em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>(individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance </em><em>of employee.</em><em></em></p>
