STILISTIKA NILAI EDUKATIF QUOTE KHR. AHMAD AZAIM IBRAHIMY

This research is based on the style used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy through his snippet of da'wah (quote) that has interesting style of languages, education messages delivered simply but so attractive. The aim of this research was to analyze and to study the language style of quotes used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy in religion speech and the implementation in running his function in Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative that focused on analytics and didactics. Data collection method had used the textual data analysis in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy. The research result showed that in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy there were metaphor, personification, allegory, irony, association, simile, metonymies, euphemism, and pleonasm figures of speech. The messages of the quotes can be understood by the readers, especially the students and the alumni of Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah.

The article explores the experiences of South African multiparous labouring women on their use of the birthing ball during the first stage of labour. The authors used a qualitative research approach using unstructured audiotaped interviews as the data collection method and data were collected over a period of one calendar month. The sample for the study were women who were six hours to six weeks post-delivery, had at least one child already, used the birthing ball, were on no medication, and had delivered a live infant. The sample consisted of twelve purposively selected participants, two of whom were used for the pilot study. The data analysis method was Data Analysis Spiral. The authors made use of an independent coder to assist with coding the data and three major themes were identified. The results revealed that the labouring women experienced the birthing ball as a useful labour tool, as shortening the labour process and as empowering them during labour.

The Law

This research aimed to answer the research question about how the affectivity of implementation of benefaction oath and registration of benefaction land in the area of religious affairs office of Gunung Sugih Central Lampung. The advantage of this research is that in realizing the awareness and certainty of benefaction law the conflicts of benefaction land can be avoided. This research is qualitative research which tried to reveal the benefaction management. The primary data were obtained from the research informant. The informant in this research was the chief of religious affairs office (KUA) and head of alms division and KUA of Gunung Sugih. While the second data were obtained from the books, document, and other references related to this research. The data collection method was done by interview and documentation. The data analysis process was done by making the formulation of research result implication in the ways of interpretation.The implementation of benefaction oath certificate and registration of benefaction land in the area of religious affairs office (KUA) of GunungSugih were not realized effectively. This case was based on the data of the amount of benefaction land that did not have AIW/APIW, it was about 41,9% benefaction and 43% of it did not have land certificate. This condition showed that the awareness of benefaction law in GunungSugih was not actualized. This problems caused the law certainty of land benefaction was not realized too. So that it could cause the conflict and returning the benefaction lands.

The focus of this study is how to optimize superior ESQ and HR that can provide readiness to face the demographic bonus in Indonesia today and in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.The writing of this research was carried out using descriptive qualitative writing using an in-depth literature study. The data collection method used is the method of literature, documentaries, subjective intuition. The process of data analysis is carried out by collecting data, presenting data, analyzing, and discussing.The results of this study are optimizing superior and quality HR by increasing the ESQ as a basis which is sufficient to provide a positive side in preparing for the demographic period, as well as providing increased quality in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0 era.

This study aims to describe the language style of the song lyrics composed by Rhoma Irama in response to the global Covid-19 pandemic, namely the lyrics of the song is "Virus Corona". The lyrics of this song are very popular because apart from being launched during a long pandemic, Rhoma Irama also often sings the song in search of funds to help people affected by this global pandemic. To describe the language style in the song lyrics, a stylistic approach is used, as an interdisciplinary linguistic approach used to analyze literary works. The data collection method used was a literature study with listening and note-taking. The data analysis used is a stylistic approach with reference to the model formulated by Rahmat Djoko Pradopo. The results of the analysis show that the language style that builds the lyrics of the song "Virus Corona" by Rhoma Irama cannot be separated independently based on the language style units because the discourse of the song lyrics is built by sound style, word style, and sentence-style which is coherent and sublime to build a complete discourse, namely the request for the protection of people to God so that they are free from the Covid-19 epidemic which frightens all mankind.

This research was conducted to explain the cultural acculturation of the Yemeni and Malay zapin dance as a means of da'wah Islamiyah in Malaysia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this research, literature study was also carried out as a data collection method. There is a theory in this research, namely the theory of cultural diffusion and from the point of view of a historical approach. The aim of this research is to reveal the acculturation elements of the Yemeni and Malay zapin dance. Then describe the Islamic da'wah function and the value between the two parties behind the zapin dance. The results that can be concluded from the acculturation of the Yemeni zapin dances and the Malay dances in Malaysia are producing all kinds of changes including the elements of dancers, musical instruments, movements, and the lyrics or songs used in these dances.

Noda has an explanation function. The research aims to describe the structure and meaning of noda modality as interpropositional modalitiy. The data were obtained from Japanese website, such as asahi.com, ameba.jp, aozora.gr.jp, yourei.jp, and context.reverso.net. The data collection method in this research is the simak and catat method. Then, using qualitative descriptive method to analysis the structure and meaning of noda modality, while the agih method is used to find out noda modality.’s usage The data presentation stage use informal techniques. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that noda’s modality could be attached to verbs, i-adjectives, na-adjectives and nouns. Noda as an interpropositional modality has two types; “related types” (kankeidzuke) and “unrelated types” (hikankeidzuke), and each types have its meaning.

Aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World oleh Steve Deaprof Band dibuat menarik dan modern, sehingga membuat lagu tersebut menjadi lebih variatif terutama pada isian (filler) string yang berbeda dari lagu aslinya. Hal ini melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk melakukan sebuah penelitian ini. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World oleh Steve Deaprof Band. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian di kantor Steve Deaprof yakni di Jln. KHM Mansyur no.3, Bendan, Pekalongan. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain: teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik keabsahan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu analisis dalam bentuk pernyataan dan analisis yang diungkapkan dengan deskripsi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World memiliki 3 kali perpindahan tangganada (modulasi) dan fill in pada beberapa bagian lagu. ___________________________________________________________________ Abstract The string instrument arrangement of the song A Whole New World by Steve Deaprof Band was made attractive and modern, thus making the song more varied, especially in the different string fillers from the original song. This is the background for researchers to conduct this research. The aim of this research is to know and describe the string instrument arrangement of the song A Whole New World by Steve Deaprof Band. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in Steve Deaprof's office, which is Jln. KHM Mansyur no.3, Bendan, Pekalongan. Data collection techniques include: observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques. The data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely analysis in the form of statements and analysis expressed with descriptions. The results show that the arrangement of the string instrument A Whole New World has 3 times the scale shift (modulation) and fill in on several parts of the song.

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menelaah dan menghasilkan kajian tentangimplementasi metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengansampel yang diteliti sebanyak 72 peserta didik tingkat SMP secara random. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk uraian. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t setelah dilakukan uji prasyarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode Brainstormingerbantu alat peraga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diajar menggunakan metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Brainstormingberbantu alat peraga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dengan kriteria sedang. Kata kunci:metode Brainstorming, alat peraga, kemampuan komunikasi matematis. ABSTRACT Thestudy aims to determine whether or not there is an implementation of theBrainstorming method assisted aid teaching to the students’mathematical communication ability. Thesample of this research are 72 students. The research used data collection method by using instrument test of mathematical communication ability in the form ofdescription. Data analysis techniques using t-test after the prerequisite test. Based on the results of the study it was found that the average of mathematical communication ability of students taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props were higher than those not taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props. It can be concluded that theBrainstorming method assisted props can improve mathematical communication ability of students with medium criteria. This research is aimed to identify learning management of Ihya Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School. The Boarding school is under the management of Darusallam of Lirboyo. This research design is descriptive qualitative while the data collection method uses are observation, interview and documentation. The stage of teaching plan is done by formulating and analyzing the materials thought. The teacher prepares the materials with mudzakaroh and determines the homeroom teacher. The teaching process is begun by reading nadzhoman together, rois amm of the captain of the class leads and repeats the previous lesson before stating the new lesson, the teacher give time for the students to memorize the materials before presenting it to the teacher. Beside memorizing and musyawaroh, the evaluation stage is done by doing murojaah, a repeating of previous explanation. Students present the result of memorizing based on the schedule given by the homeroom teacher. Sorogan is applied in reading the books which have been meant by the teacher in the previous meeting. The students also answer the questions from the teacher dealing with previous book read. The last point of the management is recruiting the alumni for replacing the teacher who comes home to do the teacher’s jobs as mentioned.

The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in the office of Gunung Kerinci regency with performance of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a full sampling as many as 17 people. Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant leadership and environment work have a positive and significantinfluence with performance of employee. The implies that played as important roleleadership and environment work (individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance of employee.
