ABSTRAK Adannya hasil kerja yang tidak konsisten diduga disebabkan beban kerja dan kompensasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Yaskawa Electric Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan cara observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terdahap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Beban kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Yaskawa Electric Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and compensation on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Yaskawa Electric Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is quantitative. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression by observation, questionnaire distribution, and literature study. The population in this study was 60 people. The sampling technique uses the saturated sampling method. The results of this study are that workload partially has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, while compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

 This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PD BPR BKK Blora. The sampling technique used in this study is a census, where the entire population is taken as a sample of 50 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, it can be seen that leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This result means that the better the leadership is applied, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. The existence of a leader who can generate ideas for employees at work, prioritizes partnerships with employees and empowers and involves employees in development can make employees higher job satisfaction. Likewise, motivation means that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's job satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This shows that with the implementation of a good organizational culture, discipline and competence can improve supervisory performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, discipline, competence

  Abstract The research motivated by the increasing of accommodation growth in Badung Regency and backpacker trend tourism development that increase with economic accommodation needed. Backpacker is a person or group of people who trave for a relatively long time, with minimal budget, use motorbike as transportation and arrange itinerary independently.The variables used are advertising, personal selling, selling promotion and public relation and publicity. The data obtained through observation, questionnaire, literature study and documentation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with total of respondent are 170 of backpacker tourists. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression to find impact of independent variable to dependent variable by partially and simultaneously. The test gave result simultaneously X’s variable got 15,460 Fcount with Ftabel 2,659. Therefore, partially with result tcount of advertising (X1) 3,080, personal selling (X2) 1,031, sales promotion (X3) 3,149, public relation and publicity (X4) 3,012 with ttabel 1,974 and determination coefficients is 27,3%. Conclusion of the research there are three variable have significantly, advertising (X1), sales promotion (X3), and public relation and publicity (X4) impacts of buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel. Therefore one variable is personal selling (X2) doesn’t give significantly impact. Also there are simultaneously impacts of promotional mix (X) variable to the buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel (Y). While, the dominant variable that impacts buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel in Badung Regency is advertising. Keywords: Backpacker, Budget Hotel, Promotional Mix, Accommodation
