From the returned questionnaires, after sorting the completeness and fulfilling the requirements for testing, 187 questionnaires were obtained consisting of the founders. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using statistical analysis methods using Partial Least Square SmartPLS version 3 program. The partial least square analysis results show that each of the factors: agility, entrepreneurship capability, business transformation and opportunity have a significant effect in increasing start-up behavior in Jabodetabek. This finding explains that in building a start-up, the founder must possess the agility entrepreneurship capability factor while still following business transformation and opportunities in developing the business. Impulse buying has several factors that effect, among others, store image and hedonic motives. This research aims to determine the effect of store image on impulse buying fruit consumers and know the effect of hedonic motives on impulse buying fruit consumers. Location determination using purposive sampling method. The type and source of data used are primary data. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 65 respondents. Variable measurement using a likert scale. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS), using SmartPLS software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of store image on impulse buying fruit products. Consumer interest in a good store image makes consumers feel happy shopping and makes consumers have a good impression on a store, thus making consumers make impulse buying. showed that there was a significant influence of hedonic motives on impulse buying fruit products. The success of the banking industry in a crisis such as the Covid pandemic is highly dependent on employee performance. Employee performance in banking companies will increase employee efficiency and productivity. Employee performance improvement can be formed through accuracy in Work Placement and providing Work Motivation. Work Placement and employee motivation to improve performance are still debated in previous studies. Based on previous research gaps, this study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Motivation on Employee performance and to determine the effect of Work Placement on Employee performance through Work Motivation in employees of a government bank in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study was 58 people who were obtained by using the saturated sampling technique for employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that employee placement and work motivation influence the employee performance of a bank company. However, the Work Motivation variable as a moderating variable cannot be proven because there is no influence between the Work Placement variable on Work Motivation. The next researcher can retest and develop the concepts used in this research to contribute to the development and renewal of management science.

Sampling procedure used purposive sampling technique as one of the non-probability sampling techniques, namely sampling based on categories that have used the product. Data used are primary data by filling out the questionnaire conducted by the respondents themselves (self-administered survey). This study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze results from 94 samples. Results of the study identified the variables of price, place, promotion, and the process did not have a significant influence. While product, human resources, and physical evidence have a significant influence. Managerial implications that are generated are for variables that do not have a significant effect evaluation is needed to determine the appropriate strategy. Companies can build customer databases by implementing cross-selling so that promotional variables can function effectively.
