This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence factors directive leadership style, consultation, participation and delegation affect the performance of employees in Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar. Which serve as a target population of this study are parties related to the performance of Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar, some 50 people and all the respondents using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that all variables, namely factor directive leadership style, consultation, participation and delegation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees simultaneously on Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar. In Partial found that the factor of leadership style that delegates have no significant influence on the performance of employees in Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar. Based on these findings, the authors suggest that the Class I Navigation District Office Director General of Sea Transportation Makassar to pay more attention to factors that can push the performance such as the provision of creative freedom and motivation to better stimulate employees to work better     Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh factor gaya kepemimpinan direktif, konsultasi, partisipasi dan delegasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut, sejumlah 50 orang dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variable, yakni factor gaya kepemimpinan direktif, konsultasi, partisipasi dan delegasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Sedang secara parisial ditemukan bahwa faktor gaya kepemimpinan delegasi yang memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan agar pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut dapat lebih memperhatikan factor yang dapat mendorong kinerja seperti pemberian kebebasan berkreasi dan motivasi agar dapat lebih merangsang pegawai untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study areanalize the influence of store atmosphere and location on purchase decision at Pusri Mart area Semarang. The data collection technique are questionnaires, interview, observation, and literature study method. The number of samples in this study were 75 respondents and it was selected by incidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique is carried out by using classic assumption test (Normality test, Multicolinearity test, and Heteroscedasticity test),  multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, Coefficient Correlation R, and Multiple Determination Coefficient (R2). The result of the research shows that: (1) store atmosphere (X<sub>1</sub>) has significant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (2) Location (X<sub>2</sub>) has significant influence to the purchasie decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (3) Store atmosphere is the variable which has the most dominant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang</span></em>

PurposeThis study aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance simultaneously and partially at PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia. Design/methodology/approachThe primary data used in this study come from questionnaire on respondents’ motivation, discipline, leadership style and employee performance. From 451 people as the population, 82 respondents who met the criteria as a sample were chosen by using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22. FindingsThe results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between leadership style, employee motivation and discipline on employee performance. The results also show that there is a positive and significant influence partially between leadership style, employee motivation and discipline on employee performance. Discipline is the variable of the most powerful influence on employee performance, so it needs special attention. Originality/valueThe respondents of this research work for a company which generates products through the work of hands (manual work) and aims to promote the products in the international market.

The development of the era that is accompanied also by the progress of technology becomes a benchmark to realize the quality of the education system is increasing. The commitment and necessity in improving the quality of education is very important, especially to overcome the phenomenon of the decrease of the quality of education itself which can be seen from the past learning method, where the students only listen to the material explanation from the lecturer and only to understand the lecturer's explanation and make notes. In this era of globalization and technological advancement so fast and sophisticated as it is today that information and knowledge spread quickly and cheaply. This causes everyone to access information and learn knowledge in an easy way. HEALTS issued by the Director General of Higher Education provides a mandate, one of which is the application of SCL principles in the learning process. There are various learning methods for SCL, two of which are CBL and CL. The purpose of this study is to further examine the effect of SCL, CL, and CBL on student understanding in statistical learning. The population of this research is UPI YPTK students with purposive sampling sampling technique. The method of analysis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results obtained, that SCL and CBL have no significant influence, whereas CL has a significant influence on students' understanding in statistical learning. In the future, SCL and CBL methods can contribute greatly in learning especially to students.

This research entitled The Effect of Competence, Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. The results of hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) using a confidence level of 90%, show that there is a significant influence of competence, motivation and organizational commitment together on the performance of the employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. Quantitative analysis model using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of hypothesis testing through the t test (partial) show that there is a partially significant effect of competence on employee performance, there is a partially significant influence of motivation on employee performance and there is a partially significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. The coefficient of determination test results prove that competence, motivation, and organizational commitment are able to contribute 91.0% in explaining changes that occur in employee performance. The researcher gave the first suggestion that PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang, is expected to improve competence so that employees can optimally achieve a company goal including knowledge, understanding, abilities, values, attitudes, and interests. Second, leaders are expected to improve motivation to improve things including: work environment, fair and competitive wages, incentives and a sense of security at work. Third, leadership is expected to increase organizational commitment by including: justice and support, shared values, trust, organizational understanding, and employee involvement.

This research aims to analyze the Influence of regional revenues, production sharing fund, general allocation fund, special allocation fund, and surplus of budget financing partially and simultaneously on allocation capital expenditure in districts/cities in the Province of North Sumatera year period 2009 - 2013.This research is a kind of causal research and is a replication of the earlier research. The Population was 33 districts/cities in the Province of North Sumatera. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling method and obtained 22 districts/cities as samples. The data used in this research obtained income and expenditure budget (APBD) report from website of Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia (www.djpk.depkeu.go.id). This research analyzed some problems, such as: influence of the subordinate competence (X1) and leadership style (X2) toward effectiveness of the organization (Y). Hypothesis of this research is, first, it is presumed that both subordinate competence and leadership style have simultaneously significant influence toward effectiveness of the organization. Second, it is presumed that leadership style has dominant influence toward effectiveness of the organization. Data analysis technique uses multiple regressions. Technique of the sample collecting uses census. Result of the multiple linear regression analysis shows that variables of subordinate competence and leadership style have significant influence toward effectiveness of the organization, therefore, the first hypothesis is accepted. The test result of the regression coefficient value resulted by each independent variable shows that independent variable of leadership style (0.427) has the highest value for the regression coefficient in comparison with the independent variable for the subordinate competence (0.288). The comparison result of the regression coefficient values resulted by each independent variable shows that the second hypothesis is accepted.

The purpose of research is to analyze and prove the influence of Trust, Commitment Company, Communication, Conflict Management Customer Loyalty At PT. Bank Sinarmas branch office Mataram. This type of research is the study of causality. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling as many as 170 customers. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence of Confidence in Bank Sinarmas Customer Loyalty Branch Mataram. (2) There is a significant influence of the Company's commitment to Customer Loyalty Branch Bank Sinarmas Mataram. (3) There is a significant influence on the Communication on Bank Sinarmas Customer Loyalty Branch Mataram. (4) There is a significant influence of the Conflict Management to Customer Loyalty Branch Bank Sinarmas Mataram. Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) experience problems every year due to difficulties in filling out SPT. The Directorate General of Taxes issued a new policy in providing easy Notification Services (SPT) using online systems namely e-Filling and e-SPT. The policy taken by the government turned out that there were still many obstacles faced by the KPP Pratama Ponorogo Tax Office regarding ponorogo's lack of understanding related to filling out SPT manually or online using e-SPT and e-Felling. So that this certainly can make taxpayers object to the submission of Annual Tax Returns, especially in terms of calculating the tax payable which must be calculated on its own. Data collection is done by using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The samples processed in this study were 100 respondents who were distributed to individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ponorogo. Data analysis method uses validity test and reliability test, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the awareness of taxpayers, taxpayer intentions, taxpayer attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and ease of tax return filling process affect Tax Compliance (tax compliance) submission of Annual Tax Returns. This is because taxpayers know, understand and implement taxation provisions correctly and voluntarily so as to increase taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations and are willing to report taxes with their own awareness.

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.
