The Yanbu'a method is applied at the Darul Ulum Kudus Islamic Boarding School to improve learning outcomes to read al-Qur’an.  This study aims to determine how to learn al-Qur’an using the Yanbu'a method at the Darul Ulum Kudos Islamic Boarding School.  This type of research is descriptive and qualitative research.  Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documents.  The data analysis used followed the analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data reduction, data representation and verification.  The results of this study indicate that: First, on the basis of active, innovative, creative, effective and interesting learning the Yanbu'a method is adopted at the Darulum Suci Islamic Boarding School.  Second, the role of Yanbu language learning at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to study al-Qur’an is very important to improve learning outcomes to read al-Qur’an.  Based on the research results, this method can improve students' ability to read al-Qur’an based on makharijul and tajwid letters.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

The purpose of this research is to know the process of calculation cost of service on HBBA Automotive Repair shop using Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method. This research was conducted in one of Member's HBBA that is Formula Automotive Repair shop. This type research is qualitative research. Data collection methods used ini this research are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analytical. The result of this research showed when Formula Automotive use Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method in determining cost of service is more clear and appropriate in accordance with utilization available resources in each services. Which is different with whats done by the company in determining cost of service, where the company still has not made a definite calculation and this can be seen when determining price of service based on provisions of owner and mechanics still using estimates. The results of calculation of Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method there are 3 types of services that have a cost that is too large compared to the service price determined by Formula Automotive Repair shop, namely wheel laher replacement, ac service and lamp service. This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

The purpose of this research is to describe the professional competence of Grade IV Indonesian teachers at The Central Ende Catholic Primary School in Ende Regency. Professional competence relates to the teacher's ability to master materials and teaching tasks. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Subjects in this study were Indonesian teachers, principals, and grade IV students. The object of this research is the professional competence of teachers of Bahasa Indonesia subjects. Data collection using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis is conducted descriptively qualitatively. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the professional competence of Indonesian teachers in grade IV in Catholic primary schools in Central Ende subdistrict is relatively good. Professional competencies that have been mastered by teachers include the ability of teachers in mastering materials, structures, concepts, and scientific mindsets, the ability of teachers in mastering the standard of competence and basic competencies of the Indonesian language, the ability of teachers in developing indonesian language learning materials creatively, and the ability of teachers in developing professionally in a sustainable manner. Thus, it can be concluded that the overall professional competence of indonesian language teachers in grade IV as threatening as Ende Tengah needs to be maintained and also organized efforts to continuously improve the professional competence of teachers in accordance with the development of science and technology.

  Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the role of fathers in family Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to increase the treasury of knowledge for educational researchers, especially the education of girls in the family. The research used is qualitative research with case studies aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth description. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with the concept of data triangulation. Qualitative research data analysis techniques through data triangulation are analyzing the results of interviews by checking the validity of the data which includes sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Data analysis shows that fathers as research subjects are willing to be directly involved in education and childcare. The willingness of subjects to provide Islamic education to their daughters is motivated by factors of psychological well-being, personality, attitudes and diversity (religiosity). Planting the faith, sharia and morals of fathers in daughters since their daughters are small. Even since the child is still in the womb of his wife. They use educational methods such as educating by example, habits, advice, attention, and punishment. Certainly the father established good cooperation with his wife in providing Islamic education to his daughter. So that girls will form Islamic individuals and are accustomed to carrying out daily activities according to Islamic teachings.
