The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

The background of this research stems from the interest of researchers about the importance of the role of principal leadership in strengthening character education. This study aims to determine the type, role, and implementation of the character education strengthening program at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research taking place at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection are done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by transcript, coding, comparing and contrasting. Checking the validity of the data by means of triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques, and triangulation of time. The results showed that: (1) the type of leadership applied by the principal is a type of democratic leadership where the principal always provides encouragement, motivation and innovation for teachers, employees and students to continue to excel and continue working. (2) The implementation of the character education strengthening program using the habituation and culture methods of 5S (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Polite, and Polite) character education strengthening programs are supported by school members so that the program has been implemented optimally. (3) the principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and as a motivator.

The purpose of this research was to describe the image of women in Hanindawan's drama script Lampoe Plenthong 15 Watt. This research was a descriptive qualitative research with content analysis. The data was from Hanindawan's Lampoe Plenthong 15 Wattdrama script. Data collection techniques used library techniques, listen and take notes. The data analysis technique used an interactive technique with a stylistic approach. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the form of women's image included the role of women as individuals, the role of women as mothers, the role of women as wives, the role of women as workers and the role of women in community life.

ABSTRACT                This study aims to answer: 1) the role of school principals in developing school culture in Muhammadiyah Sangonan Elementary School 2, 2) supporting factors and obstacles for school principals in developing school culture in SD Muhammadiyah Sangonan 2.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques using interactive data models Miles and Huberman.The results of the study are as follows: 1) the role of the principal in developing school culture through 4 roles namely the role of the principal as manager, the role of the principal as leader, the role of the principal as an innovator and the role of the principal as motivator. The role of the principal as a manager includes the principal taking actions or efforts taken to develop school coursework (compiling the program), joint efforts of the teacher in developing a better school culture, mobilizing teachers to take part in implementing the developed school culture. This study is based on the problem of madrasah exams that cannot be conducted directly or in writing due to the impact of covid-19 which requires the implementation of madrasah exams to be conducted online. So that madrasah exams are conducted online using TCExam application conducted in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya and what obstacles occur and how the implementation of madrasah exams using the TCExam application is specifically on madrasah exams in the religious field studied. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning of madrasah exam implementation using TCExam application in the religious field, constraints in the implementation of madrasah exams using TCExam application in the religious field and students' response to the implementation of madrasah exams using the TCExam application. The research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The place of this research is MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah, Wakamad curriculum, Operator, and Teacher of Religious Affairs. Data collection using interview techniques and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study show that 1. Planning the implementation of madrasah exams using TCExam application in the field of religion in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya, namely the simulation and explanation from the operator to teachers for the use of TCExam application. 2. Implementation of madrasah exams using TCExam application. 3. Constraints in the implementation of madrasah exams using tcexam application in the field of religion in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya namely in students who are sometimes late to log in madrasah exams using the TCExam application, further constraints in the internet network of students are unstable and also in the implementation of madrasah exams using the online TCExam application is another obstacle also that students can commit fraud or cheating in this case the role of parents is very important to supervise students in the implementation of online madrasah exams using the TCExam application.

The objective of this research is to recognize vernacular architecture as heritage architecture, a product of the community. The method applied to this research is qualitative in nature, the objective of which is the description of the characteristics of the object of study covering a part of the reality. Qualitative research is inductive, the study is on a small scale and through proximity to empirical reality. The research shows examples that were made through interaction with the inhabitants and as a result of direct observation. The stages of the research were: fieldwork linking access to the site with productive data collection; data analysis in a continuous review that consisted of reducing information, disposition, transformation and obtaining results and verifying them to reach conclusions. The preparation of the report generated a number of approaches, and one of them produced the subject of this work. The contribution of this work is that it aims to place a community rooted in its customs as Is Tochimilco, with an architectural richness that is transformed and even disappearing, because vernacular architecture is considered to be a worthless architecture.

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

Abstract: This research aimed to describe and analyze critically about the role of religious teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency students of SMA Negeri 4 Surabaya. The research was a qualitative research. The data collection conducted by conducting observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis in accordance with descriptive research conducted with induction mindset. The results showed: (1) The role of religious teachers against juvenile students is very good, because juvenile students needed the role of adults in shaping noble and good personality to avoid delinquency in big cities (2) some kind of delinquency conducted by SMA Negeri 4 Surabaya students included disobedient to parents and teachers, skipping school, and how to wear the uniform dressing less polite (3) The role of religious teachers in preventing juvenile delinquency was very important, religious teachers in preventing juvenile delinquency work together with teachers who as counseling guidance (BK) and the principal of SMA Negeri 4 Surabaya and community leaders, by doing preventive action, repressive and curative action. <p>The aim of this study is to analyze the role of women in preserving the environment in the Karimunjawa Islands. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection used are in-depth interviews and observations. The data analysis research used is coding, by putting the codes on the material obtained. Coding is intended to be able to organize and systemize data in a complete and detailed manner so that data can appear in the description of the topic under study.</p><p>From the findings of the study it can be concluded: one of the roles of women in preserving the environment in Karimunajawa Islands is to manage waste, which is done by forming a waste bank and inviting families and other people to manage waste. While informants who have lodging houses also use water wisely and sort waste in the form of organic and non-organic waste. For informants who are teachers, besidesplanting crops that is needed everyday, they are able to invite their students to take care of the environment around the school and clean the beach.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> karimunjawa, environmental conservation, women's role</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong></strong></p><p>Tujuan Penelitian adalah menganalisis peran perempuan dalam melestarikan lingkungan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini adaah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan. Dalam penelitian analisis data yang digunakan adalah koding, dengan membubuhkan kode-kode pada materi yang diperoleh. Koding dimaksudkan untuk dapat mengorganisasi dan mensistemasi data secara lengkap dan mendetail sehingga data-data dapat muncul gambaran tentang topik  yang diteliti. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan: salah satu peran perempuan dalam melestarikan lingkungan di Kepulauan Karimunajawa  adalah  mengelola sampah, yang  dilakukan dengan membentuk bank sampah dan mengajak keluarga serta orang lain untuk mengelola sampah. Sedangkan informan yang memiliki rumah penginapan juga menggunakan air secara bijak dan memilah sampah dalam bentuk sampah organik dan nonorganik. Untuk informan yang berprofesi guru selain menanam tanaman yang bisa diperlukan sehari-hari juga mengajak muridnya dalam menjaga lingkungan di sekitar sekolah dan upaya melakukan bersih-bersih pantai.</p><p> </p><p> </p>

This study reveals the role of Pesantren and Kitab Kuning in maintaining Javanese Language. This focus on how the Javanese language maintenance process through the transmission of cultural values ​​and learning at the Pesantren Al-Falah Salafi Brebes and other supporting factors of the Javanese language maintenance process. This qualitative research uses a sociolinguistic approach. The type of data is the form of socio-cultural words and expressions, learning curricula, and Javanese language maintenance programs in Pesantren. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis technique is done by identifying, classifying and interpreting the data. The results showed that the process of maintaining Javanese language takes place on several ways: 1) Learning Kitab Kuning through Sorogan, Bandongan, Pasaran methods. 2) Tradition of dialogue through Khitobahan, Majlis Orda and Bahtsul Masail. 3) Personification of Kiai with the necessity to use Javanese language, and 4) Formal and informal communication. All these activities make Javanese language be maintained in Pesantren.

This paper is based on the results of research aimed at describing the existence and development of Burdah music performances in Lombok Timur. This type of qualitative research is descriptive using methods with the object of study is Burdah band. The location of this research is in the village of Rempung District Pringgasela Lombok Timur Regency. The target of the study in this study is the existence and development of Burdah music performances. Data is collected through observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study showed that the factors that support the existence of Burdah band consist of good management, has a complete organizational structure with its managerial system, solid in achieving the goal of using an educational system, has a characteristic of maintaining a sense of solidarity between members and management and has a lot of formal and non-formal stage experience and willing to collaborate with other music groups so that the existence of Burdah band Rempung Village is seen from the existence of this group that always performs in various event. This paper concludes that the existence and development of Burdah band are strongly influenced by management factors, solidarity, characteristics, and experience of the stage.
