The success of modern transformational changes in public life depends crucially on the quality of professional training of future professionals. In this view, under conditions of reforming the Ukrainian society, a social significance of a competent specialist is extremely growing. An important area of transformational changes is the training of future teachers on a competence basis, which is conditioned by qualitative features of the competence-based paradigm in the context of modern socio-economic and spiritual development of society, changes in the nature and content of work, complexity as well as increasing requirements to performance results, on the one hand; and on the other hand – by the need to more quickly overcome the negative phenomena occurring in the system of training future professionals. The modern labour market, above all, provides for the presence of a professionally competent worker who is fluent in the profession-centred assignments and well-oriented in related fields, ready for continuous personal growth, social and professional mobility. These requirements can be fully applied to the training intended for the future teachers. At the same time, since the future specialist of any profession begins with the school, namely "the school stands for their teacher", the solution of these complicated problems depends entirely on the teacher, the quality of his / her training. As the teacher’s professional activity under conditions of the New Ukrainian school is filled with qualitatively new content, conditioned by the new demands of the society, the professional requirements to the training of the future teacher are significantly strengthened. This outlines a radical change in approaches to the process of professional training intended for future teachers. This is the general pedagogical core of this training that is important, because it deals with the equipping of students with knowledge of the basics of pedagogical theory and school practice, the development of professional thinking, the developed pedagogical skills and abilities to implement social functions alongside the subject component of the professional development aimed at mastering the logic of deploying the specifics of the content. Based on the understanding that each subject, including Biology in particular, is a means of developing the student's personality; the problem of forming future Natural Science teachers’ subject competence in Biology is becoming extremely important. This also requires the expansion of scientific knowledge about the structure of originality, in particular the subject competence in Biology under conditions of the bachelor courses, where basic higher education is obtained.

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to investigate the practice of teaching mathematics through problem solving after the completion of the course of the continuing education of Pró-Letramento program. 458 persons participated of the program and they are teachers of the early years of elementary school from districts of the state of São Paulo / Brazil. The instruments used were a questionnaire about possible reflections offered by the course as the teaching of mathematics and recordings of three classes of four teachers of Mathematics. The data indicate that the course contributed to the practice of these teachers regarding the methodology of teaching mathematics, using concrete materials and games; and understanding of the content. In relation to work with problem solving, it was something with little presence in their speech. During the monitoring of lessons was observed that the problem situations are used for the application of previously learned algorithms. Although the course emphasize on teaching mathematical content through problem solving, having a specific time for discussions on this topic, teachers work with problems after the explanation of content, then characterizing it as exercise.RESUMOA presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar a prática de ensino da Matemática por meio da resolução de problemas após a realização do curso do programa de formação continuada do Pró-Letramento. Contato principal: [email protected]

The article analyses art, scientific-pedagogical, and journalistic works of national and foreign scientists and artists regarding the problems of formation of performer’s charisma and its development in a student-vocalist in the process of professional training at university. On the basis of this, the content of the concept of “charisma” is revealed, charisma of a pop singer is characterised. The article defines the task of developing charisma as a professional quality of a future singer in conditions of university education — it’s a student’s preparation for a successful concert-performing activity. On the basis of the analysis of the educational program, the author determines the main professional competences of the future soloist-vocalist (vocal-performing, vocal-methodical, vocal-stage, and others), the formation of which is impossible without such quality of a singer as charisma. The examples from the experience of creative activity of the famous pop singers are given, the peculiarities of the development of their charismatic qualities are analyzed. The author views charisma as a professionally needed quality of a future soloist-vocalist. She puts the emphasis on the fact that charisma contributes to the successful implementation of skills and abilities in the vocal-stage activities, acquired by the students during the classes on solo singing, acting and stage language. It is noted that the level of formation of student’s charismatic qualities determines the level of his or her vocal-stage mastery and success of the further professional activities. In the research charisma of a performer is characterized as a component of the professional preparation of a future singer-vocalist, and also the factors of successful development of the student-vocalist’s charisma are proven — such as psychological and target orientation, natural inclinations, special abilities, talent, etc. The hypothesis of S. Hmyrina that the purposeful formation of charisma of the future soloist-vocalist in the process of professional training at the university ensures success of his or her further vocal-stage activities is confirmed.
