This study describes the effect of leadership and teamwork on employee turnover and impact in team performance. The object of this research is PT Dreamaxtion Teknologi Internasional. This study uses a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey which was distributed directly to 60 respondents which was then processed using SPSS version 20.0 and the sampling method was non-probability sampling. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) that leadership has a significant effect on Team Performance with t count of 4.222 T table 2.002. Teamwork has a significant effect on Team Performance with t = 3.121 ≥ T table 2.002. And Turnover has no significant effect on Team Performance with t = 1.152 ≤ T table 2.002. Leadership and Teamwork have a significant effect on Team Performance while Employee Turnover has no significant effect on Team Performance. The implications of this research can provide an understanding for the management that although Turnover does not affect in Team Performance, it must still be considered, especially at PT Dreamaxtion Teknologi Internasional.

Abstract. The Effect of Customers’ Income, Business Capital, Margin and Collateral Value on Murabahah Financing Demand at Bank BNI Syariah Mikro Kantor Cabang Pembantu Praya. The study was objective to analyzed effect of customers’ income, business capital, margin and collateral value on murabaha financing demand at Bank BNI Syariah Mikro Kantor Cabang Pembantu Praya. Type of research was explanation study with quantitative approach. Population of the study is customers’ entire murabaha product. Sampling method applied non probability sampling. Data was collected by means of observation, interview, and questionnaire sheets. Data was analyzed via OLS multiple regression. Hypothesis testing are held two methods namely partial test (t-test) to examine effect of each independents variables individually and overall test (F-test) to examine effect of all independent variables simultaneously. Result of the study indicated that income and margin has significant effect on murabaha demand with t-stat is larger than tα, respectively. In the other hand, both business capital and collateral value has no significant effect on its demand, these variable indicated t-stat less than tα. Simultaneously these independent variables on murabaha demand have significant effect. Abstrak. Pengaruh Pendapatan Pelanggan, Modal Bisnis, Margin, Dan Nilai Collateral Terhadap Pembiayaan Murabahah Pada Bank Bni Syariah Mikro Kantor Cabang Pembantu Praya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan nasabah, modal, margin pembiayaan serta nilai jaminan terhadap permintaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank BNI Syariah Mikro Kantor Cabang Pembantu Praya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua nasabah pembiayaan produk murabahah di Bank BNI Syariah KCP Praya. Sampel penelitian menggunakan non probability. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner (angket). Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara parsial pendapatan nasabah dan margin pembiayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank BNI Syariah Mikro Cabang Pembantu Praya. Sedangkan modal dan nilai jaminan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank BNI Syariah Mikro Cabang Pembantu Praya. Secara simultan pendapatan nasabah, margin pembiayaan, modal, dan nilai jaminan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank BNI Syariah Mikro Cabang Pembantu Praya.

Expectation gap in auditing is the term used to signify the difference in expectation of wha auditor belived about auditor’s responsibility and what financial statement users belived about auditor’s actual responsibility. This study was aimed at finding out the difference of perception between the students of accounting and students of management on audit implementation on unqualified opinion in relation to responsibility and independence of auditor. This was a study using quantitative method. The population consisted of the eighth semester students of accounting and students of management Departement of S1 Program. The method of sampling used was purposive sampling method. The number of questionnaires distributed was 60 and all of them could be used in this study. The method of analysis for hypothesis testing was Independent Sample T-Test. The tool of data analysis used was SPSS version 23.0 program. Based on the result of Independent Sample T-Test analysis it was found that (1) There is a difference of  perception among the students of accounting and students of management on auditor’s responsibility.(2) There is a difference of  perception among the students of accounting and students of management on auditor’s independence.Keywords: Implementation on Unqualified Opinion, Expectation Gap, Students, Auditor’s Responsibility and Auditor’s independence.

To know the effect of cupping therapy to decrease cholesterol levels in patients at Home Healthy hiperkolestrolemia Al-hijamaah in the year 2014/2015. Research observational analytic-numerical categorical pairs. Samples were hypercholesterolemic patients at Home Healthy Al-hijamaah in 2014/2015. Taken by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The primary data obtained directly from respondents, and analyzed by paired T test. The number of samples involved in this study were 45 respondents. Most of the samples were aged 20-45 years were 28 respondents (62.2%), female 27 respondents (60%), and average cholesterol levels before cupping therapy of 262.84 mg / dl and the average after cupping therapy 239.53 mg / dl. In this study, the results of Test Independent t test t test = 2.64 with p = 0,010 (p 0.05) which means that there are significant differences in cholesterol levels before and after cupping therapy

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

Recent studies are paid attention to see whether there is a difference among the factors related to stock in companies listed in stock exchange. Therefore, it is also salient to do the same research so that more evidence can be gathered. The purpose of this research is to find the differences in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the compa-nies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index and those, which are not listed in SRI-KEHATI Index. This research uses secondary data taken from public companies listed on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population consists of the companies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index to be compared with the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2013. The purposive sampling method is used in this study accord-ing to the criteria of assessment. The quantitative method is used to analyze this study. The signaling theory is the basic theory of this research. The analysis technique is using independent sample t-test. The result indicates that there is no difference in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the companies listed and those which are not listed on SRI-KEHATI index.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Currrent ratio (CR), Return on asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Sales Growth to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The object for this research is pharmaceutical and cosmetics sub-sector  listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016. This research was conducted using quantitative menthod with total 30 sample of research were determined by saturated sampling. Method of hypothesis testing using t-test. This research use Currrent ratio (X1), Return on asset (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), Sales Growth (X4) as independent variable and Dividend Payout Ratio as dependent variable. The results of this research is Return on asset positive and has significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio, for Currrent ratios and Sales Growth a positive but significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio,  whlile the Debt to Equity Ratio positive and has no significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio.

Non-financial performance is performance that shows a growth company. Companies can find out the success rate of their company by using non-financial performance analysis. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an influence between transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness on the company’s non-financial performance. The method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and obtained through a questionnaire with a number of respondents as many as 40. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the hypothesis of transparancy and accountability has no significant effect on non-financial performance, while the hypothesis of responsibility, independency and fairness have a positive and significant effect on non-financial performance. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu adakah pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada usaha Sweetin di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik yang meliputi wawancara, obsevasi, dan penyebaran kuisoner melalui google form. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen Sweetin selama sebulan dengan sampel sebanyak 80 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampel dengan metode accidental sampling yang kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial pada variabel harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli pada usaha Sweetin dengan hasil uji F hitung sebesar 22,860 > dari F tabel yaitu sebesar 3,11. Dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < dari 0,05, dan hasil dari uji t diperoleh nilai sig. variabel harga produk sebesar 0,007 < dari 0,05, dan nilai sig. variabel kualitas produk sebesar 0,029 < dari 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci : harga, kualitas produk, dan minat beli Abstact The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a simultaneous and partial effect of price and product quality on consumer buying interest in Sweetin's business in Surabaya. Data collection using techniques that include interviews, observation, and distributing questionnaires via google form. The population were Sweetin consumers for a month with a sample of 80 people who were taken using non-probability techniques The sample used accidental sampling method which was then analyzed the data using classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing by the SPSS 23 program. The results showed a simultaneous and partial influence on price and product quality variables on buying interest in Sweetin's business with the results of the F-test. equal to 22,860> from F table which is equal to 3,11. And the significance value of 0.000 <from 0.05, and the results of the t test obtained a sig value. variable product price of 0.007 <from 0.05, and the sig. product quality variable is 0.029 <of 0.05. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency.The sample in this study were all employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency who had become State Civil Servants (ASN) as many as 52 people. The sampling method is by means of a census. The data collectiontechnique by means of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f.The regression equation results are Y = 6.045 + 0.419X1 + 0.458 X2 with a positive regression direction, meaning that if there is an increase in remuneration and job satisfaction, the performance will also increase. Remuneration has a significant effect on employee performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency. This is evidenced by the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) that the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that if the remuneration increases, the employee performance will also increase. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency. This is evidenced by the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) that the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that if organizational commitment increases, employee performance will also increase. Remuneration and job satisfaction have a significant effect together on the employees performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test) that the significant value is 0.000 less than 0.05.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity towards the capital structure on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The partially effect is shown by T test, except for profitability variable and the simultaneous effect is shown by F Test. The result of this research shows that the profitability and liquidity affect the capital structure simultaneously. Thus, the hypothesis of the research is empirically supported.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity, and Retail Companies
