This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on individual performance with self-efficacy as an intervening variable for employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta as many as 55 employees. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta, as many as 55 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on individual performance. Job satisfaction has significant positive effect on self efficacy and self efficacy has significant positive on individual performance. In this study, self efficacy as an intervening variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on individual performance.  Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Individual Performance, and Self Efficacy

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions with trustworthiness as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Starcross distribution. the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the customer of the Starcross Yogyakarta distribution as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study is 100 customers using the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, brand image has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In this case, trustworthiness as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract: To achieve job satisfaction, competence and compensation are very influential. In addition, commitment is also an important aspect, because it can have an impact on a job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of competence, compensation and commitment on job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees at PDAM Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, amounting to 70 people. The researcher uses a saturated sampling technique, meaning that all populations can be used as samples in this study. The data analysis in this study used the path analysis model, because of the intervening variables this is a research model. The results of this study indicate that competence and compensation have a significant positive effect on commitment. competence, compensation and commitment are proven to have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Competence, Compensation, Commitment and Job Satisfaction   Abstrak : Untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kompensasi sangat mempengaruhi. Selain itu, komitmen juga menjadi aspek yang penting, karena dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja . Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi dan komitmen terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di PDAM Kotabaru Kalimantan Selatan yang berjumlah 70 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, artinya semua populasi bisa dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Anailisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model path analisis, karena adanya variabel intervening dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan kompensasi terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen. kompetensi, kompensasi dan komitmen terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect leadership style, motivation, and work environment for job satisfaction. The sampling method in this study use probability sampling. Sample in this research is 100 employee on PT. Niagamas Lestari Gemilang in Jakarta. Data collection technique is done by deviding quisioner. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study is leadership style, and work environment have significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and motivation have insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasaan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probabilitas sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Niagamas Lesatari Gemilang yang berada di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh postif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk pendekatan Mixed Methods yang mengkombinasikan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (Sequantial Explanatory). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS Versi 23,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar yang signifikan positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika.   This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. This research is designed in the form of a Mixed Methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (Sequantial Explanatory). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. The type of this research are descriptive and associative. The population of this research are the tenth grade students of SMAN 3 Pariaman who study economic subjects and enrolled in academic year 2017-2018 which amounted to 192 students, the sample of this reasearch are 129 students. The sampling technique is done by Proportional Random Sampling. Questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. Based on the results of the research, it was suggested for students to further increase adversity quotient and form a good classroom climate in learning in order to get a more optimal achievement. For the teachers, they are expected to pay more attention to the condition of students in learning, and for parents, they are expected to pay attention to the development of their children, so they can provide encouragement to students to remain eager in learning in order to get better learning achievement.Keyword: adversity quotient, classroom climate, learning achievement
