This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions with trustworthiness as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Starcross distribution. the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the customer of the Starcross Yogyakarta distribution as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study is 100 customers using the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, brand image has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In this case, trustworthiness as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for Clear brand shampoo, (2) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions up to Clear brand, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorse and brand image on Clear shampoo shampoo purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach bycollecting data through survey methods. This study also uses a purposive sampling technique based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 people of the Wenang sub-district of Manado city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Celebrity endorse has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of t count of 2.186 with a significance value of 0.031, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.340; (2) Brand image has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions, evidenced from the value of t count of 4.346 with a significance value of 0,000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749, and (3) Celebrity endorsers and brand images have a positive effect against purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 29,446 with a significance of 0,000. The adjusted R square value of 0.378 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.80%, and the remaining 62.20% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

This research aim to determine the effect of brand image, advertising and word of mouth on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in UNIBA surakarta. This research uses quantitative research type. Population of this research is UNIBA female students majoring in economics and taken 100 people as samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to student who use or ever use Wardah cosmetic at least once. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. The result of data analysis found that brand image, advertising and Word of mouth have effect to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on individual performance with self-efficacy as an intervening variable for employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta as many as 55 employees. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta, as many as 55 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on individual performance. Job satisfaction has significant positive effect on self efficacy and self efficacy has significant positive on individual performance. In this study, self efficacy as an intervening variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on individual performance.  Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Individual Performance, and Self Efficacy

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and solvency on sukuk yields with Sukuk ratings as moderator variables. The population of this study is the company that issued Sukuk on the IDX in 2014-2017. By using a purposive sampling technique, there are 9 companies with 34 Sukuk as the final sample. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data types. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis supported by IBM SPSS 24. The results are (1) Profitability does not have a significant effect on sukuk yield. This is because regardless of the company's profits, the investor still receives a refund and the fee specified. (2) Solvability has a significant positive effect on sukuk yield. (3) The sukuk rating is not able to moderate the relationship between profitability and sukuk yield. (4) Sukuk rating can moderate the solvency relationship with sukuk yield.</em>

This research aims to determine the Influence of Brand and Country of Originto Consumer Attitude when Choosing Handphone Product at Erafone Medan Fair. Population in this research is 4210 persons. and sample is 98 persons. Sampling technique that use in this research is random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before we do the regression, first we need to test is the relationship between variables using classical assumption test. Then t test for parcial test and F test for simultaneous test, to know whether there is influence of brand to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, influence of country of origin to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, and influence of brand and country of origin simultaneous to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product. Based on research that conducted, found that brand and country of origin have positive effect to consumer attitude when choosing handphone product. Keywords: Brand, Country of Origin, Consumer Attitude
