The current research aims to test the relationship of the impact of the quality of human resource practices on e-governance in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in order to diagnose the level of interest of the said ministry with the main research variables and their dimensions. Coming up with a set of recommendations that contribute to improving the level of performance of its administrative system to achieve quality in its outputs when it adopts the research variables. 300 of them were retrieved, while (290) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis, and the measurement tool (the questionnaire) was strengthened with interviews. With the members of the surveyed community within the different administrative levels, the research relied on statistical programs (AMOS V.25- SPSS V.26-) to analyze the primary data, with the use of descriptive and inferential statistics methods represented in testing the research hypotheses. Based on the main questions of the research, the statistical analysis showed a number of results, most notably the presence of a significant impact on the quality of human resource practices in egovernance, and one of the most important recommendations is the necessity of taking into account quality standards when selecting individuals working for the organization concerned, as it helps them to apply modern methods such as e-governance.

The study is based on the idea that for a good determination of the techniques adopted in pushing or withdrawing information and knowledge according to the requirements of the type of decisions and according to the appropriate time will lead to achieving a performance that exceeds the ministry's expectations and outside the familiar and the scheme and on that the researcher used the philosophical analysis and preparation of a questionnaire using the Likert pentagon scale and the adoption of descriptive and statistical analysis of the side results Practical, where I found a correlation and influence between the variables of the study, but it is relatively medium in most of its variables to show the ministry's need to support and enhance the capabilities necessary for workers to obtain knowledge at the specified time for the urgent need for them to accomplish the tasks entrusted to them.


Saudi Ports is one of the busiest seaports in the world and the biggest ports in the Middle East.It has the largest and most diversified economy in the Middle East with industrial exports that are internationally oriented. The Port Authority played a great role to increase the economics of the country through, cargo handling Imports and exports goods. Saudi Ports Authority has nine main ports on the two cost of the kingdom which achieved 95% of export and imports goods through the kingdom’s seaports while 55% of the cargo handled is exported. however, cargo’s over stock is the main issue that recently came up which raise the price of cargo’s handle up to 200%, which as a result of lack of job satisfaction among employees in cargo section and lack appropriate human resource practices. Therefore, our study takes a step to examine the role of human resource practice on employee’s performance and also the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between human resource practices and employee’s performance in Saudi Port Authority. Moreover, this study will validate of the assumption of Maslow theory. This study will be based on primary data (survey Questionnaire)

Leadership plays a critical role in the management of any organization and establishing the right style of leadership is one of the fundamental aspects that cannot be undermined. While there are different modes of leadership, the transformational style has been vastly employed and found to be highly effective. Transformational leadership encompasses the tendency to transform the values and norms of employees as the manager strives to motivate employees in a way that motivates them to deliver performances at an optimal level. It thrives on the interactions that are directed at achieving a collective purpose in a manner that motivates, enhances and transforms the actions and ethical leanings of the subordinates. In this study, the researchers examined the impact of transformational leadership on employee effectiveness at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Regional Government. The sample size included 76 participants that were made to give their assessment through a 24-item questionnaire that was rated using a Likert scale of 1 – 5. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using SPSS 20, and tests for regression and Pearson's correlation coefficient were run. The result showed that inspirational motivation had the greatest impact on employee effectiveness in our case study.

Objective: To identify and evaluate the impact of human resource practices on organization performance in service sector. Methods and Materials: Two main sources of data namely primary and secondary were used in the study. The primary data were collected through mail questionnaire method from 132 employees of Nepal Telecom organization for the study. The secondary source was through journals, textbooks and annual reports of Nepal Telecom. After collecting responses from 132 respondents, the data were analyzed through SPSS. The value of Cronbach’s Alpha (α) of overall questionnaire is 0.84, which suggests the reliability of primary data. Descriptive as well as explorative research designs were used to analyze the primary and secondary data. Results and Conclusion: The coefficient of determination between human resource practices and organization performance is 70.89%. There is strong correlation among all independent and dependent variables. All three independent variables are significant positive impact on dependent variable. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between human resource practices and organization performance of Nepal Telecom organization.

So every organization must improve the quality of Human Resource by investing time as well as resources. This can be achieved through the process of training. Training positively affects the job performance of the employees. Training plays an important role in inculcating positive changes in skill, knowledge and attitudes. So in today's fast changing world regarding technology and environment, training and development programmes are very essential to improve the performance of the employees at each and every level. Training is very necessary in Education sector also. This paper aims to determine the relationship between training and its impact on the performance of the employees in the education sector of Rajasthan. This study assesses whether training has positive impact on employee performance or not. For this study, a questionnaire was designed with structured questions to collect primary data from employees of various public and private sector institutions. In this paper, the impact of training and development on the working efficiency of employees especially in technical and professional institutes of Rajasthan .We all know that Education Industry is a growing industry now, where numerous private institutes have been opened so proper development of faculty as well as students has become an indispensable part since they are the future of our country.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise commitment facilitated by service quality of smartphone exercise Apps on continued exercise intention and provide primary data for developing and/or improving smartphone exercise Apps. Methods/Statistical analysis: A questionnaire survey was conducted amongst college students who have experiences in using exercise App(s) and regularly exercise. The questionnaire is composed of four parts asking about service quality, exercise commitment, continued exercise intention, which were measured with a 5-point Likert Scale, and demographics. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out to analyze the obtained data with PASW 18.0.
