The creation of an information system to support the testing of armament and military (special) equipment is aimed at improving the efficiency of the test organization. This is possible due to the operational information support of all test processes, establishing information communication between departments of the organization, improving the quality of test estimations, reducing time for manual work and, accordingly, increasing the capacity of the test organization, automation of organizational management processes. The authors cover the approaches to the design and practical implementation of the information system for supporting the testing of armament and military (special) equipment. The issue of detailed description of the information content of the regulatory-reference database of the information system is considered. Based on the analysis of the processes that take place at different stages of testing specimens of armament and military equipment, the needs for thematic information are determined. The authors propose structural and functional schemes of information interaction of the components of the regulatory-reference database and the main software modules, which are offered for use in the information system to support tests. As a result of aggregation of the developed structural and functional schemes the generalized information structure of regulatory-reference database is offered. Possible ways to fill the database are determined. Based on the defined components of the database it is possible to perform further information-logical designing of the information system to support the testing, development of the components structure of the regulatory- reference database and their normalization. It is expected that the proposed information content of the regulatory- reference database will help increase the efficiency of the planning and testing of specimens of armament and military equipment, improve the quality of test results and reduce time expenditures.

Today, the problem of ensuring the effectiveness of the system of testing weapons and military equipment remains relevant. According to the existing national legislation and the accepted standards, separate specialized institutions are involved in the testing of samples of armaments and military equipment. One of the methods of improving the efficiency of test centers and institutions is the automation of all processes that accompany the testing of samples of weapons, military equipment and special equipment. The article highlights the approaches to the design and practical implementation of the information system to support the testing of weapons and military equipment. Its possible functional composition is considered. It is assumed that the information system should automate all processes in the test facility that are somehow related to the tests.Based on the analysis of existing guidance documents and scientific and technical information sources, the composition of the main functional components of the information system of test support is proposed. The necessity of introducing a management component into the information system for the implementation of a targeted approach to the management of a testing facility is substantiated. Reclassification of tasks of information databases on stages of carrying out tests is done. Based on the generalized scheme of testing the conceptual model of information system of support of tests is offered.The approximate composition of individual software modules and the content of databases are given.The expediency of using a spiral model of software design for the development of a comprehensive full-featured information system for test support is substantiated. It is expected that the automation of planning, conducting and other processes that accompany the tests can significantly affect the overall efficiency of the organization and conduct of tests, ensure the proper quality of the results and help reduce time losses for testing.

Lab work is one of the ways taken not only to clarify the subject that have been taught but also to coached students to apply scientific methods in solving problems. In order to ensure the quality of practical implementation requires accurate data-based information support, a gradual evaluation system is needed to help make the right decisions in every action throughout the program. В данной статье рассматривается проблема планирования проведения консультационных дополнительных занятий со студентами вуза. Основным фактором, определяющим необходимость разработки автоматизированной информационной системы, является отсутствие на рынке программного обеспечения, позволяющего использовать его в качестве решения проблемы. В публикации приведен тщательный и детальный анализ: рассматриваемой проблемы организации занятий существующих автоматизированных систем по составлению расписаний программного обеспечения, необходимого для разработки системы, а также средств обеспечения информационной безопасности. В результате анализа предложена автоматизированная информационная система планирования проведения дополнительных занятий со студентами вуза, которая позволит студенту в электронном режиме произвести запись на консультацию, а также отслеживать динамику изменения в графике учебного процесса, что повысит качество подготовки студентов. This article discusses the problem of planning additional consultative classes with university students. The main factor determining the need to develop an automated information system is the lack of software on the market that allows it to be used as a solution to the problem. The publication provides a thorough and detailed analysis of: the issue of the organization of classes existing automated scheduling systems software necessary for the development of the system, as well as information security tools. As a result of the analysis, an automated information system was proposed for planning additional classes with university students, which will allow the student to electronically record a consultation, as well as track the dynamics of changes in the schedule of the educational process, which will improve the quality of students preparation.

The object of research is theoretical and methodological approaches to mathematical modelling of dynamic nonlinear systems to ensure dynamic management of the investment process of information development of enterprises. Methodological aspects of building dynamic investment systems, maximizing the effectiveness of system interaction in information development are considered. One of the most problematic places is the formulation of the optimal approach to the methods of system analysis of decision management. The paper provides an opportunity to solve a wide range of problems, related to the flexible management of investment projects in the implementation of information technology. The study used the economic component of the formation of information resources, which contains an integral investment component of the information system. This is due to the fact that the proposed discreteness of this approach in the complex dynamics of the value of the information system contains partial estimates. Therefore, there should be a scheme of constant review of its value, which contains a dynamic component of the investment value of the information system with properties. The axiomatic approach was used in one of the most common approaches in the formal study of systems. The peculiarity is that the model is based on certain basic assumptions that do not require theoretical justification – on axioms. The study identified the main characteristics of the dynamic investment component of the system. Investments will have the properties of assessing information flows as part of information development. In particular, the research used approaches to modelling many solutions of the investment resources management process. The stages of modelling the process of dynamics and state of the system, implementation of the information support system are determined. This provides an opportunity to identify and assess the stages of investment, analysis of key risks and existing opportunities, defining strategies and methods of response, system typing. As well as the development and implementation of action plans to minimize the variability of investment areas and information structure.

This operation makes it possible to eliminate data redundancy in documents depending on the purpose of the system on the whole and characteristic markers of the images restored.

Необходимость обеспечения развития банковской сферы и последующая интеграция единых кроссканалов с банковскими информационными системами определяет высокий уровень информационной поддержки операций в условиях динамичного развития рынка банковских услуг, а также позволяет автоматизировать различные сервисы с учетом функциональных решений. Активное развитие цифровых технологий в кредитнофинансовом секторе определило изменение модели потребительского поведения, что связано с поиском новых информационных решений для поддержания уровня конкурентоспособности и изменения стратегии развития единых кроссканальных систем в данной сфере. Целью исследования является разработка комплексной методики интеллектуальной верификации на основе концепции открытого банкинга, ориентированной на поиск и развитие конкурентных зон банковского бизнеса. В исследовании использованы методы диалектического познания, системный и сравнительный подходы в целях поиска решения глобальных научных проблем и способов их практического решения. Элементами научного вклада в данную проблематику являются следующие результаты проведенных исследований: обоснование новой модели кроссканальной информационной системы, эффекта от ее внедрения и примера практического построения раскрытие основных подходов верификации кроссканальных информационных решений на основе разработки комплексной методики разработка комплексной модели клиентооориентированных сервисов для цели прогнозирования и снижения рисков информационной системы. Практическая реализации МИВКК позволит: прогнозировать поведение клиентов и фиксировать изменения их потребностей создать интеллектуальные информационные решения с применением структурированных и неструктурированных данных, которые до этого не поддавались традиционным аналитическим процедурам создать многополярный эффект связанный с повышением клиентоориентированности информационных сервисов и выявить информационные риски, корректирующие расчет капитала кредитнофинансовой организации. Russia The need to ensure the development of the banking sector and the subsequent integration of common crosschannels with banking information systems determines the high level of information support for operations in the context of the dynamic development of the banking services market, and allows automating various services with regard to functional solutions. The active development of digital technologies in the credit and financial sector has determined a change in the model of consumer behavior, which is associated with the search for new information solutions to maintain the level of competitiveness and change the development strategy of unified crosschannel systems in this area. The aim of the study is to develop an integrated method of intellectual verification based on the concept of open banking, focused on the search and development of competitive areas of the banking business. Purpose. The aim of the article is formation of the model of information support of the marketing management system of a trade enterprise on the basis of the IDEF0 methodology. Methodology of research. The works of domestic and foreign scientists on information support of marketing activities of the enterprise are the theoretical and methodological basis of the study. The tasks set in the work are solved with the help of methods: analysis and generalization – in the analysis of models of marketing information system; system approach, abstract and logical – in the development of a model of information support of marketing activities of the enterprise. Findings. The main elements of the process of information management of marketing activities on the basis of IDEF0 methodology are systematized. The main existing models of marketing information system in the economic literature are considered. The parameters of "benefits" which should be provided by an effective model of information support of the marketing management system to the enterprise at its realization are singled out. The approach to the formation of the optimal model of information support of marketing activities is substantiated, which creates an opportunity to optimize the process of sales management and product promotion to the end consumer, which increases the level of consumer loyalty and competitiveness of trade. Originality. The proposed scientific and methodological approach to the formation of a model of information support for marketing activities of trade, in contrast to existing ones, creates an opportunity to respond quickly and timely to changes in the environment, behaviour, requirements and consumer demands, allows you to analyse and communicate relevant marketing information marketing decisions. Practical value. Practical implementation of the proposed model of information support of marketing activities of a trading enterprise solves the problem of maintaining long-term relationships with partners by creating and maintaining communication between the trading company and consumers, creating mutual value, which provides significant benefits in a highly competitive consumer market. The current level of development of robotic systems of armaments, military and special equipment is characterized by an accelerated transition to their construction on a modular basis. Due to this relatively small nomenclature of initial blocks-modules of lower levels can provide a large variety of the type of land-mobile robotic complexes of specialized functionality. There is an opportunity to quickly adapt the necessary robotic military equipment to specific combat conditions, which guarantees the reliable performance of the assigned combat missions. It is proposed to equip the transport platforms for robotic systems of armament, military and special technics by electromechanical engines on the basis of autonomous drive modules with driven forced electric motors on the basis of rare-earth neodymium permanent magnets. At the same time, record high performance transshipment capacity is achieved, which dramatically increases the ability to overcome difficult road impediments. The article deals with the design features of modular transport platforms for modern robotized weapons, military and special equipment systems, which are conditioned by the need for reliable delivery of weapons, ammunition, equipment, foodstuffs and medical supplies to the personnel on the line of contact with the enemy in difficult geoclimatic conditions. It is shown that the necessary quality of realization of the assigned of combat tasks is ensured by the application of the installation on the platforms of autonomous electromechanical drives of driving wheels.

Hiring decisions are typically made by committees members of which have different capacity to estimate the quality of candidates. Organizational structure and voting rules in the committees determine the incentives and strategies of applicants; thus, construction of a modern university requires a political structure that provides committee members and applicants with optimal incentives. The existing political-economic model of informative voting typically lacks any degree of variance in the organizational structure, while political-economic models of organization typically assume a parsimonious information structure. In this paper, we propose a simple framework to analyze trade-offs in optimal subdivision of universities into departments and subdepartments, and allocation of political power.
