Mie Soponyono Manufacturer is a company engaged in the food and beverage sector, which is precisely producing wet noodles and dumpling skin. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of product influence, service quality and completeness on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were subscribers of the Mie Soponyono producers. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction and product completeness affects customer satisfaction. Variables of product quality, service quality, and product completeness contributed to customer satisfaction by 70%, while the rest could be built by other variables.

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 100 futsal Hidayat Futsal Square customers. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of partial testing of Product Quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Price Perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price toward customer satisfaction on industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the customer industry/ bakery shop in Bengkulu city as many 2400 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the analysis, the result that the simultaneously product quality, service quality, and price is significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. The next in partial product quality and service quality is positively and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city, while the price is negative and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city.Keyword: service, quality, satisfaction, bakery.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.

The analytical method was used, is quantitative analysis, with using test instruments, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Customer loyalty is an important key to maintaining the position of the company in the market and creating efficiency and effectiveness of the company because if the company does not build customer loyalty then the possibility of companies having to spend more and more energy to find new customers Therefore this study aims to analyze whether product quality, service quality, and location can affect customer loyalty to make repurchases at that place. This research is quantitative research and multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 160 respondents. Furthermore, there are four variables used in this study, namely product quality  (X1),  service  quality  (X2),  location  (X3),  and  customer  loyalty  (Y).  Data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to customers of Lontong balap mr.Gendut at Surabaya. The results show that product quality variables  (X1),  service  quality  (X2),  and  location  (X3)  simultaneously  have  a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Then variable product quality (X1), service quality (X2), and location (X3) partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Based on the results of this study, business owners of Lontong Balap should maintain product quality, service quality and location placement so that customers remain and always buy at that pleace.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or displeasure with a product or service from a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, corporate image, and customer value on customer satisfaction. A total of 100 indihome customers in Semarang City were taken as samples by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality, company image, and customer value had a positive and significant effect. While the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. The customer value variable has the most dominant influence on indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Semarang.

The retail industry is still popular in Indonesia. Overall, retail sales growth has decreased. However, the clothing industry has increased. The growth in the clothing sub-group retail industry provides opportunities for companies. One of them is the Loki store. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Loki store. This research used a quantitative approach consisting of primary data and secondary data. Purposive sampling was used. The sample was 150 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that product quality, service quality, and price had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Loki store. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The research type is explanatory with quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study amounted to 2 respondents who are customers of Kyoi Japan Resto Yogyakarta. The technique used in sampling in this research using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection is done by interview. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.
