The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and competence on performance with motivation as a variable intervening an employee. The research has been conducted for 6 months, namely June to December 2019 at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kota Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The population in this research were 133 respondents. This research is explanatory research using primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection methods use interview techniques and questionnaires, in addition to conducting field observations. Secondary data were collected using documentation techniques. The data analysis uses the statistical analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on predetermined hypotheses including compensation, competence, and motivation which partially or jointly affect the performance of partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics Office in Kota Lubuklinggau. The results showed that the aspects of compensation and competence at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics in Kota Lubuklinggau have not been fulfilled optimally. Partially, there is a positive and significant relationship between compensation toward motivation, competence toward performance, compensation and competence toward performance, but there is no positive and significant effect between compensation toward performance, motivation toward performance, as well as compensation-competence-motivation together toward performance, and there is also a positive but not significant influence between competence toward motivation. The results of this research indicate that there needs to be an improvement in competence and compensation from the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kota Lubuklinggau to its partners.

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.   Keywords:  training, competence, motivation, leadership, job satisfaction, performance

The purpose of this re search is to analze  identify application PP No. 23 Year 2018 on Taxpayer MSMEs on Tax Service Office Pratama North Makassar.The data required in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study is the interview and documentary. Data analysis techniques used by kualitative analysis.  The results showed that the implementation of PP No. 23 Year 2018 on Taxpayer MSMEs on Tax Service Office Pratama North Makassar has been going well and is in accordance with the principles of tax collection. The lowered tax rate to 0.5%, cheap tax administration and easy deposit procedures illustrate the implementation of the principles of equality, certainty, convenience and economy.Keyword: PP No. 23 Year 2018, Taxpayer, MSMEs

The purpose of this study was to determine how the accounting treatment of inventory on the method of recording and assessing merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju Kec. Kab. Musi Banyuasin with inventory observation periods in April and May 2020. In this study the researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Where the primary data is in the form of interviews and field observations, while the secondary data is in the form of merchandise inventory data at Bumdes Karya Maju. Data collection methods used were interviews and field observations. The results showed that the method of recording and inventory of merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju was not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Bumdes Karya Maju records merchandise inventory using an application called OMI, which has not applied any method in the application.

ABSTRACT               This research is formulated whether or not there was significant influence of service quality toward the patients’ satisfaction and loyality impact at mauhammadiyah hospital Palembang. This research was aimed at determining the significant influence of service quality toward the patients’ satisfaction and loyality impact at muhammadiyah hospital Palembang. This research type was such an associative. The research location was at muhammadiyah hospital of Palembang. There were 100 respondents used as sample of the research. <em><span lang="EN">This study aims to determine the factors that influence turnover intention on GOJEK Makassar Goride Driver. </span><span lang="EN"> </span><span lang="EN-ID">Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire.</span><span lang="EN-ID"> The sample in this study were 100</span><span lang="EN-ID"> people with the simple </span><span lang="EN-ID"> saturation sampling </span><span lang="EN-ID"> method.</span><span lang="EN">The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. </span><span lang="EN"> </span><span lang="EN-ID">The results showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention Driver Goride GOJEK Makassar.</span></em>

The issue in this research is how to improve society ability through process human and physical capital. The relation between capital and ability improvement will be examined in this research by placing process empowerment as mediating variable to explain the activities involved. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected using survey method technique through questionnaire. Furthermore statistical analysis was used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of Smart Partial Least Square. This research has found two ways as path patterns directed to the increasing of society ability, which are (1) pattern consist of “two creating stage” to society ability, and (2) These pattern show that to improve society ability need “three stage” of process activity. The correlation is while the empowerment process increases higher, it will impulse the creating of society ability. The implementation of this research’s result, stated that if the empowerment wants to develop human capital, it will be better if the empowerment is supported by apply the developing ability of subject empowerment.

This study was to determine the visitor's perception of the economic attributes of the TNKS Madapi Forest tourism in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research was conducted in February-March 2020, the research location was determined purposively. Respondents in this study were visitors who were doing camping, outbound activities, research, environmental education, and forest exploration (tracking) in the TNKS Madapi Forest. The method of determining respondents is done by survey or observation methods. The data collection methods are primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis method uses Spearman Rank Correlation data analysis. Based on the results and discussion, it is known that the average visitor is satisfied with the tourism attributes that have been provided by the management of the TNKS Madapi Forest. The attraction or attribute that most visitors like is the view of the trees in the TNKS Madapi Forest. Based on the analysis, it is known that there is no influence between tourism attributes and the number of visitors in the TNKS Madapi Forest.

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income, Capital Expenditures and More Budget Financing on the Performance of District / City Regional Governments in South Sumatra Province in 2012-2016 with a total sample of 75 samples. This type of research is associative research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study use the documentation method. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative analysis. The results in this study can be concluded that the Regional Original Income does not affect the Performance of the District / City Regional Government of South Sumatra Province. Capital expenditure does not affect the performance of the Regency / City regional government of South Sumatra Province. More Budget Financing Remains negatively affect the performance of local governments. Simultaneously Regional Original Revenue, Capital Expenditures and More Budget Financing Remains simultaneously affect the Performance of Regency / City Regional Government of South Sumatra Province.This result shows that if there is an increase of the Budget Financing Remaining, the assessment of Local Government Performance has decreased and vice versa if there is a decrease in the Budget Financing Remaining then the performance of the Regency / City Regional Government of South Sumatra Province has increased.

Abstract This study aims to assess the household diversification of coastal fishing on the welfare of coastal communities in the District of Kabila Bone, Bolango District, for 5 months, from August 2019 - November 2019. Samples of the coastal community of 200 people, making do with a survey method. The data collected are primary data and secondary data were done by using observation, interview techniques, documentation techniques. Based on the model developed from the relevant theory, then tested on a model using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on SMART PLUS. The results of the analysis of business diversification models suggest that the utilization of environmental services does not affect the welfare of coastal communities. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at PT XYZ. The population in this study was 50 people. The sample used was 50 respondents. The sampling method used saturated samples. Data collection Methods used survey, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
