This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at PT XYZ. The population in this study was 50 people. The sample used was 50 respondents. The sampling method used saturated samples. Data collection Methods used survey, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 276 employees of PT. KarangMas Unggul (KMU) Bekasi. The sample used was 73 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Price, Individual Personality Differences on Environmental Friendliness of Isotonik Drink “Isoplus”. The population used in this research are runners who practice at GOR Soemantri. Sampling method in this research was conducted by questionnaire and by used probability sampling method. The sample in this study used the theory of Hair et al. (2008), who recommend samples to be taken in this research based on the number of items of statements multiplied by 5-10, namely 29 x5 = 145, then rounded up to 150 respondents. Data analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using Lisrel. The results showed that Product Price had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, whereas Individual Personality Differenceand Environmental Friendliness had no significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. The success or failure of the audit activities carried out by the auditor is known as audit quality. An audit is considered qualified if it is carried out in accordance with applicable auditing standards or regulations. There are several factors that can affect audit quality and one of them is emotional intelligence which will be the independent variable in this study. This study was conducted to test and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on audit quality at the Public Accounting Firm in Bandung. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 48 partners of the Public Accounting Firm as respondents who participated in filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used a structural equation model - PLS. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on audit quality.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of corporate governance on profitability and its impact on company value. To measure the level of implementation of corporate governance, an index that has been developed based on relevant regulations and previous research is used. This study uses a purposive sampling method from the constituents of the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) in 2017. There are 50 companies that meet the criteria for the study sample. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the GeSCA Version 1.5 Web analyzer. The results of this study indicate that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on profitability, while corporate governance does not affect the value of the company. Profitability affects the value of the company. Corporate governance affect the value of the company mediated by profitability.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of customer brand identification (CBI), customer satisfaction (SAT), customer brand trust (CBT), and customer commitment (CM) to customer loyalty (CL) on Yamaha Vixion motor sport consumers in DKI Jakarta. The form of research conducted in this study are causal and descriptive. Sampling using pusposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 281 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with AMOS tools. The result of this study indicates that CBI, SAT, CBT, and CM had effect to CL. CBT had effect to CLmediating through SAT, CBT, and CM. Then, SAT had effect to CM mediating through CBT. CBI had effect to CBT mediating through SAT, and CBI had effect to CM mediating through SAT.

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of variable communication on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung. (2) To determine the influence of motivation variables on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung. (3) To determine the effect of the variable of work discipline on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung. (4) To determine the effect of variable communication, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung.This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method using the sampling method saturated. The sample in this study amounted to 63 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that (1) Communication has positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 2,130 with significance level 0,037< 0,05. (2) Motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 4,469 with significance level of 0,000< 0,05. (3) the employee's Performance has positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 2.935 per with the level of significance 0,005< 0,05. (4) Communication, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously influence on the performance of employees with the results of the test F count 68,848 with a significance level of 0,000< 0,05.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel komunikasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t hitung 2,130 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,037< 0,05. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t hitung 4,469 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,000< 0,05. (3) Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t hitung 2,935 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,005< 0,05. (4) Komunikasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji F hitung 68,848dengan taraf signifikasi 0,000< 0,05.
