The learning mathematics to students will be easier to master and understand the concept of linear equation material of one variable through the ROPES learning model. This study aims to determine that with the application of ROPES learning model on linear equation material of one variable can improve students’ learning result, students’ activities, and teachers’ performance. The subject of this study is the students of class VII B in the first semester at MTS Matholiul Ulum Banjaragung, Bangsri, Jepara in 2019/2020. Instruments were tests sheet and questionnaires. The type of this research is a classroom action research with two cycles where each cycle there are two meetings. The stages include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed an increase in student's ability to solve problems about linear equations of one variable. Based on reflection results in cycles 1 and II, it showed: 1) Students’ learning result is increased, in the cycle I the average result was 64.90 and in cycle II reached 73.18. 2) In cycle I of the first meeting was 59.67% categorized ‘enough’. The second was 6601% categorized ‘good’, and in the cycle II reached 81.15% categorized ‘very good’. 3) Increased teacher performance in the first cycle was 60% categorized medium, the second meeting reached 70% categorized high, and in cycle II reached 80% categorized very high.Kata kunci: Mathematical Learning Result, ROPES Learning Model.

The ability of teachers to manage student interactions in learning activities relates to communication between students and other students, students with teachers and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to measure the improvement in the ability of Surabaya Elementary School 5 teachers to communicate with students after clinical supervision. This classroom action research was carried out by taking place at SD Negeri 5 Surabaya. The school's action research was conducted in the first semester of the 2016/2017 school year. The subject of this study was the teacher of SD Negeri 5 Surabaya, amounting to six teachers. The results of this study are the teacher's ability to communicate with students from cycle to cycle has increased, namely from prasiklus 33.86%, the first cycle of 66.08%, and the second cycle of 88.30%, so that the increase during the action is 54, 44%. Increases occur in all aspects. The increase in teachers' abilities was due to clinical supervision activities based on objective assessments that were delivered transparently to teachers, besides the implementation of supervision with a small number of teachers tended to facilitate communication between researchers, principals and teachers. The existence of such supervision increases the teacher's awareness of the importance of the ability to communicate with students, and raises the awareness of teachers that this ability is one aspect of teacher performance assessment.

The results of mathematics lessons of grade 4 students of MI Maarif Kapulogo Village, Kepil Wonosobo subdistrict can be said to be renddah. Based on the results of the interview obtained data on the average daily repeat value of students multiplication material and the division of numbers is 67.00 and students who can be said to complete is 6 students out of 10 students, then the percentage of completion of student learning is 62%. The research aims to know the process of mathematics learning and to know the improvement of learning outcomes in grade 4 students of MI Ma`arif Kapulogo Kepil Wonosobo in the 2020/2021 school year after learning using Talking stick learning models. This type of research is a class action research with 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of the study was a grade 4 student of MI Ma'arif Kapulogo with a total of 10 people. Collection using observation and test methods. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the mathematics learning process using Talking stick learning model in grade 4 students of MI Ma'Arif Kapulogo Kepil Wonosobo in the 2020/2021 school year was carried out as many as two cycles and each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that the average results of learning mathematics in pre-cycle was 57 with 50% completedness. Then the average results of learning mathematics in the cycle increased to 70 with 70% completeness and in the second cycle the average results of mathematics learning increased to 85 with 90% completeness. Thus, the learning model of Talking stick approach can improve the results of mathematics learning students in grade IV MI Ma'arif Kapulogo District Kepil Wonosono Regency

The purpose of this research was to increase being motivation and result in learning mathematics throughlearning modelStudent Teams Achievement Division of students class VIIID SMP Negeri 2 Pleret. The type of this research was a Classroom Action Research(CAR), accumulate data by questionnaire technique, test and documentation. The subject of this research were the students class VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Pleret in years 2017/ 2018. It consists of 28 students. The object of this research were students’ being motivation and result in learning mathematics through cooperative learning model type Think Pair Square. The result of the study shows that after applying this learning model, students’ being motivation and result has an increase. Students’ being motivation has an increase in pre cycle  from 69,78% become 74,28% in cycle I and increase 78,80% in cycle IIby the observation sheet. Beside that, the subjection mean of student learning result has an increase. In pre-action shows 59,5 with Minumum Completeness Criteria is 28,57% consist of 8 students, in cycle I has an increase become 72,96 with Minumum Completeness Criteria is 53,57% consist of 15 students, whereas in cycle II shows the increse become 83,26 with Minumum Completeness Criteria is 78,57% consist of 22 students.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

This research is motivated by the lack of interest of teachers in the use of props in the process of learning mathematics in elementary school. In accordance with the demands of the curriculum in 2013 and supported by the developed learning theory, learning mathematics is abstract object of study, students need an intermediary that props math-ematics, so that students can more easily understand the concepts that will be pre-sented, and in the end it can deliver students to solve mathematical problems, not only that proposed by the teacher but also the problems in life. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of prospective elementary teachers on the use of props mathematics after getting lectures media and elementary mathematics learning model. By knowing the interest of prospective elementary teachers will be developed further realization of the state of the subject being studied. The method used is descriptive research, then the instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study stated that the interest of prospective elementary teachers on the use of props after attending lectures media and elementary mathematics learning model is high over-all with a percentage of 76.70%.Keywords : Interest, Props Mathematics

The problem in this research was social studies student achievement in fourth grade (IV) SDN 169 Pekanbaru still low with average value 63.88 (with KKM 75). The purpose of this research was to improve the student achievement of the fourth grade (IV) SDN 169 Pekanbaru with the implementation of Problem Based Learning model. This research was classroom action research with two cycles in first semester 2015. Before implementation Problem Based Learning average 63.88, after implementation of Problem Based Learning, UH I was 71.25 that improve 11.54% from before exam with average 61.62. UH II was 80.38 that improve 25.83%. Teacher’s activities with the implementation of Problem Based Learning at first meeting of first cycle was 70% (good category), and second meeting was 80% (good category) that improve 10 point. At second cycle, teacher’s activitiesat first meeting was 90% (very good category) that improve 10 point from second meeting of first cycle. Second meeting of second cycle was 95% (very good category) which improve 5 point. Students activities at first meeting of first cycle was 65% (good category), and second meeting 75% (good category) that improve 10 point. At second cycle, student activities at first meeting was 80% (good category) that improve 5 point from second meeting of first cycle. Second meeting of second cycle was 85% (very good category) which improve 5 point. The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) Students’ learning activities in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model, 2) Students’ learning outcomes in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart Model which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study was conducted by the researcher in two cycles. Instruments used in this research are observational sheet, interview, and test in the last cycle. From the analysis of the data, the researcher found that there is an improvement in students’ learning outcomes. On the basic value, there was only 43,33% students who achieve the learning mastery. In the first cycle, the students who achieve the learning mastery were increased, it was about 30% from the basic value, it reached 73,33%. On the second cycle, the student who achieve the learning mastery were increased about 26,70% from the first cycle, become 100%. The same thing also happened to the students' learning activities. In the first cycle, students’ learning activities is 71,42% and on the second cycle, students’ learning activities were incrased about 21,43% from the first cycle, become 92,85%. Based on the analysis of data of this study it can be concluded that the use of Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model can improve students’ learning outcomes and learning activities fourth grade students of SDN Saga V in social studies.Keywords: social studies learning outcomes, cooperative learning QSH type.

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

he background of this study is the low learning outcomes of English students. Of the 22 students only 9 studentsreached KKM. On this basis researchers do research by applying cooperative learning model type NHT toimprove English learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research conducted in SMPN 1 Inuman,the subject of this study is the students of class VII with the number of 22 students. The results suggest that thelearning outcomes of English have increased in each cycle. This is evidenced by: In the basic score of thenumber of students who reached KKM or complete is 9 students (40.90%), the UH I has increased with thenumber of 17 students (77.27%) and in UH II increased with the number of 20 students (90.90%). In the basicscore of the learning result of the students get the value of 51,25 with the low category, at UH I experiencing theincrease of learning result with the acquisition value of 65,76 with the medium category, and at UH II studentlearning result again increase with the acquisition value equal to 79,25 with high category.

Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.
