The study aims to establish a platform-based enterprise credit supervision mechanism, and combined with big data, accurately evaluate the credit assets of enterprises under the influence of social stability risk, and improve the ability of enterprises to deal with risks. Using descriptive statistical methods, the study shows that most local enterprises exist in the form of micro loans, which promotes the development of local economy to a certain extent, but it is a vicious cycle of economic development; The overall prediction accuracy of the single enterprise risk assessment model under the influence of social stability risk is 65%. Compared with the single algorithm, the prediction accuracy of the integrated algorithm model is significantly improved, and the prediction accuracy can reach 83.5%, the standard deviation of data prediction is small, and the stability of the model is high.

The development of China’s new urbanization has driven the rapid increase in large complex engineering projects, which have the characteristics of large-scale investment, long-term construction, and wide social influence, easily causing benefit conflicts among relevant stakeholders, and breaking out social stability risks. In the previous research, the risks of large complex engineering projects mainly concentrated on the assessment of economic risk, schedule risk, etc. However, there were few studies on social risks, and they did not consider how the risks spread on the complex networks based on the social connections such as interpersonal relationship. From the subject of social stability risk diffusion of large complex engineering projects, this paper constructs a related risk diffusion model based on the SIR model to analyze risk diffusion mechanism. Through NetLogo simulation platform, the model is placed under a small-world network environment that is closest to the topology structure of real social interpersonal relationship network for simulation research, aiming to find out key factors of social stability risk intervention for large complex engineering projects, which greatly contributes to the social stability risk management of large complex engineering projects.

The wide spread of rumor is undoubtedly harmful to social stability; we should try to lower the effect of rumor on society. Therefore, it is reasonable to put forward the rumor control strategy on the basis of the study of the law of rumor propagation. Firstly, the ISTR model of rumor is established by including influencing factors of true information spreader and social reinforcement. And by using the next generation matrix method, the basic reproduction number of rumor is obtained. Then, in order to minimize the adverse effects of rumors, through introducing two control strategies of scientific knowledge popularization and refutation of rumors, the optimal control problem is established. And through using Pontryagin’s Minimum Principle, the optimal solution of the rumor propagation model is solved. Finally, through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, some results can be obtained. The results show that adding true information spreaders into the rumor model can effectively control the rumor propagation, and social reinforcement plays a significance role in rumor. The results also prove that these two control strategies can effectively inhibit the propagation of rumors. With the addition of control strategies, the number of true information spreaders increases, while the number of rumor spreaders decreases.

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the factor of Kazakh ethnicity in the process of nation-building in Kazakhstan. In the opinion of the authors of the article, the Kazakh cultural beginning is the system-forming and founding nation, the beginning. The birth of statehood itself on the territory of modern Kazakhstan is associated with the ethnic and cultural genesis of the Kazakhs. At the same time, in the period of modern times, Kazakhstan was also formed as a multicultural community of peoples. The acquisition of modern independence by the republic in 1991 is associated with national, and, above all, Kazakh, revival, restoration of the Kazakh cultural origin as a system-forming nation. The authors focus on these processes not only of the cultural revival of the Kazakh people, but also of its dominance in all other spheres of life, for example, such as political-ideological and socio-economic. This objective process is reflected in the institutional and structuralfunctional aspects of nation-building, strengthening the role and significance of the Kazakh language as the state language in the country, modern demographic trends, the formation of Kazakh civil political culture and, in fact, the model of the formation of national identity. Scientists pay attention to the peculiarities of the Kazakh model of multiculturalism, the basic values of modern Kazakh society, in which such principles as common interests, social stability, tolerance, loyalty of society to the institutions of power, the culture of cooperation and social comunitarism have taken root. The authors come to the conclusion that the Kazakh model of social project, which is based on the Kazakh social partnership, is the guarantor of sustainable and progressive social development. Attempts to disavow or belittle the value of Kazakh identity or replace it with any other artificial formats under the influence of external factors can have the most negative impact on social stability and constructive, progressive social development. According to scientists, further social transformation is associated, first of all, with the strengthening, modern content, expansion and rooting of the Kazakh cultural origin in the process of nation-building in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Relevant theoretical and methodological, methodical, and practical issues of the role of education in ensuring sustainable development and achieving social stability under the transformation processes in Ukraine and the world are considered. It seems essential, as nowadays there are many new threats in our country, which require the identification of factors that may affect them, and primarily in terms of mitigation. In this regard, studying the problems associated with identifying and disclosing the factors that positively and negatively affect the growth of social stability and sustainable development, in particular factors of social and production, innovation and technological, natural and technogenic character under the deep transformation processes, is carried out. Among the factors that characterize and determine a socially stable environment, the factors of the population size, the level of urbanization, and the state of the industrial and social infrastructure development are of great importance. At the same time, the interaction of various factors plays an important role. Their dynamism, efficiency, and harmonization facilitate this. This should be the goal of state policy to achieve interaction between the processes of public consumption and the restoration of natural resources at a harmonious balance of economic, social, and environmental goals and needs, ensuring the overcome of both external and internal threats. In achieving sustainable development, special importance belongs to the educational sphere, which is an important factor in ensuring social stability. At the same time, special attention in the context of the educational sphere as a factor exerting a critical influence is paid to innovative technologies, human and other types of capital. Within the framework of studying various aspects of the educational sphere, practical approaches to the development of the social policy directed on the successful decision of modern problems of development of civilization are also considered.

Although we desire peace and tranquility, harmony and social stability, life can be harsh and brutish. We also acknowledge exploiting the values of others for self- aggrandizement negates their sacred personhood. And although we dance on the summit of individual rights and liberties conceding their personal and private nature, we need to understand democracy is built on a collectivity of like-minded people, on a foundation of dialogic civility, communal accountability, and a moral sensibility that is pubic and open to criticism and adjustments.

Social mobility is the hope of economic development and the mantra of a good society. There are disagreements about what constitutes social mobility, but there is broad agreement that people should have roughly equal chances of success regardless of their economic status at birth. Concerns about rising inequality have engendered a renewed interest in social mobility—especially in the developing world. However, efforts to construct the databases and meet the standards required for conventional analyses of social mobility are at a preliminary stage and need to be complemented by innovative, conceptual, and methodological advances. If forms of mobility have slowed in the West, then we might be entering an age of rigid stratification with defined boundaries between the always-haves and the never-haves—which does not augur well for social stability. Social mobility research is ongoing, with substantive findings in different disciplines—typically with researchers in isolation from each other. A key contribution of this book is the pulling together of the emerging streams of knowledge. Generating policy-relevant knowledge is a principal concern. Three basic questions frame the study of diverse aspects of social mobility in the book. How to assess the extent of social mobility in a given development context when the datasets by conventional measurement techniques are unavailable? How to identify drivers and inhibitors of social mobility in particular developing country contexts? How to acquire the knowledge required to design interventions to raise social mobility, either by increasing upward mobility or by lowering downward mobility?

The current crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has destroyed many lives and economies of many countries around the world, has shown, more than ever, how much the need for security has become more pronounced. Due to uncertainty, fear of the unknown and permanent concern about how the crisis will affect them, their loved ones and their existence in general, people are trying to regain predictability, order and control in their lives. Of course, this includes all aspects of “security”: emotional security, physical security, financial security, the effectiveness of law and justice, freedom from fear, social stability, security of property, health and well-being. stress, and even today they face a life in which there is little order and predictability. Although rational beings, they have not yet adopted a security culture as a kind of skill of living, which is a precondition for creating cultures of peace and non-violence, which is key to human existence and prosperity.

The article deals with education issues that have a complex hierarchical structure, the key segment of which is higher education. Recently, the emphasis has been placed on its innovative components. The effective functioning of the higher education system is a strategic task of the state at all levels of its development, on the solution of which both social stability and economic growth depend, and, as a consequence, an increase in the competitiveness of the national economy. The novelty of the research is a certain gap between the needs of economic sectors, the existing structure of higher education specialties and the level of training of specialists. In this regard, the system of higher education in the context of innovative trends in its development requires special attention from both the state and the population and business.
