Discharge planning is one of the activities in the provision of nursing care on patients in the hospital, it will have a shortening impact on patient care in the hospital and reduce the patient's recurrence rate, but the implementation is not appropriate. so far, implementation of Discharge planning is still to be done after the patient finished having treatment by making a summary of the recording of patients return. Various characteristic factors of nurses can influence the implementation of discharge planning in hospital. The research purpose was to know the relationship of factors that influence discharge planning with the implementation of discharge planning. The research design used was cross-sectional, the instrument used was the questionnaire about the characteristics of the nurses and the implementation of discharge planning. The population of research was nurses who served in the inpatient room RSI Sakinah Mojokerto number of 80 nurses and obtained the number of 67 samples with proportional random sampling technique. The result of analysis with pearson correlation for age, education, length of work and chi-square for marital status showed that the characteristics of nurses related to discharge planning implementation were educational factor with p-value 0,023. The higher the nurse education caused more critical, logical and systematic in thinking so as to improve the quality of its work and the greater the desire to utilize the knowledge and skills it possesses keywords        : discharge planning, nurses, education

This study is a correlation study with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were the families of patients who were treated at the ICU at Banyumas Hospital as many as 32 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study used the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was no relationship between spiritual well-being and depression in the families of patients treated in the ICU room at Banyumas Hospital (p value 0.088 < 0.05). The better the spiritual welfare of the patient's family, the less the risk of experiencing depression when the patient is admitted to the ICU. Keywords: spiritual well-being, depression, ICU

Nurse satisfaction in hospitals in Indonesia was still low. The low level of nurse discharge was influenced by a number of factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nursing scheduling and patient satisfaction at Y Hospital Jakarta. The method used in this study was cross-sectional. The number of samples was 32 nurses (n = 32) through a stratified random sampling technique. The study was conducted at Y Hospital Jakarta. Inclusion criteria included implementing nurses who worked at least 1 year and were willing to become respondents. Data were analyzed by the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that the average patient satisfaction was 73, while the nurse's scheduling was 90.29. These results indicated that nurse satisfaction was still below the minimum service standard (SPM). This result also showed that there was a significant relationship between nursing scheduling and nurse satisfaction (p = 0.040; r = 0.349). The conclusion of this study was that there was a significant relationship between nursing scheduling and nurse satisfaction at Y Hospital. Temperature, rainfall and relative humidity are considered important climatic factors that contribute to the growth and spread of mosquito vectors and potential dengue outbreaks. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of air temperature, humidity, and rainfall with the incidence of DHF in the city of Palu in 2013-2017. This type of research is quantitative with correlation design. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The data source uses secondary data, namely the number of DHF events from the Palu City Health Office and climate data from the Mutiara Palu Meteorological Station. Data analysis using Pearson correlation test, the results of the study showed the strength of the temperature relationship with the incidence of DHF was very weak (r = -0.087), negative patterned and there was no significant relationship (ρ = 0.253). The strength of the humidity relationship with the incidence of DHF was very weak (r = 0.029), positive patterned and there was no significant relationship (ρ = 0.412). The relationship strength of rainfall with the incidence of DHF was very weak (r = 0.001), positive patterned and there was no significant relationship (ρ = 0.496). The conclusion was not found a meaningful relationship between the variables of temperature, humidity, and rainfall with the incidence of DHF. To overcome the DHF incident, it is expected that the Palu City Health Office can increase efforts to control DHF by increasing environmental improvement by running programs such as 3M Plus, Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN), Abatization, and fogging.

Background: One of the stages of development to the growth of the Aedes aegypti is larvae stage. The larvae need nutrients to grow. A one of medium for breeding larvae is water in the container. Some of the important nutrients for growth are nitrate, phosphate, ammonia. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between nutrient levels in the water of the container density of Aedes aegypti larvae. Methods: Observational study with a cross-sectional with 119 houses as samples. Results:Test the relationship of nutritional factors with the density of Aedes aegypti larvae using the Pearson correlation test. The average distribution of nitrate was 0.787 mg / l, phosphate was 0.186 mg / l while ammonia was 0.603 mg / l and larval density was 66 tails. The study found that there was a correlation between the levels of nitrate, phosphate, ammonia and the density of Aedes aegypti larvae (p = 0.055 r = 0.022; p = 0.001, r = 0,929; p = 0.92, r = 0.975). Conclusion:The conclusions of this study were given the biggest contribution to the growth of Aedes aegypti larvae. A cooperative effort is needed to eliminate Aedes aegypti larvae.
