Coronary arteries are blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients to the heart muscle. These vessels can experience constriction due to the accumulation of plaque which causes atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is characterized by reduced coronary artery elasticity. Blood glucose levels are one of the factors that cause atherosclerosis. The aims of this study was to determine whether there was a correlation of blood sugar levels with the elasticity of coronary arteries. This study is an analytical study with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who visited the Gipateda Tulungagung treatment clinic that was more than 30 years old and female. Through accidental sampling technique, 30 respondents were obtained. The study was conducted from March 1, 2016 to May 1, 2016. Data was collected using a quantum resonance magnetic analyzer (QMRA) to determine the value of blood sugar levels and the value of elasticity of coronary arteries. The data obtained were analyzed statistically by bivariate linear regression tests to determine whether there was a significant correlation of blood sugar levels with the elasticity of coronary arteries. The results showed that the p value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant correlation between blood sugar levels and the elasticity of the coronary arteries. High blood glucose levels can damage the vascular endothelium and also increasing platelet agegrat, so that can resulting atherosclerosis. Every individual should be able to control blood sugar levels with a healthy lifestyle and early detection regularly to prevent the decrease of coronary arteries elasticity because that can lead to coronary heart disease (CHD).

During the successive wave of globalization, nurses emphasized the requirement of specialized knowledge to improve the nursing as a profession and to make the transition from vocation to profession. The science of nursing is a foundation of knowing for nurses. Also there has a shift of nursing metaparadigm based on Kuhn’s philosophy of science. It was assumed that Philosophies are theoretical works that included one or more of the metaparadigm concepts. Philosophy provide us broad general view of what is science and human science, evolution of science, function of scientific theory, scientific methodologies, different philosophical approaches, significant philosophical shift in different eras and it would be helpful for the development of nursing as a discipline from adhering to the knowledge that we learnt in this paper.

Hospitalization is an experience that produces every child who has physical and psychological effects as a result of the environment, and officers they do not know. Therefore the effort that can be done by nurses is to provide distraction therapy with playdough. The study aimed to prove the effect of treatment on Playdough play on anxiety in preschoolers because of hospitalization in the Kertawijaya Room Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto. The design of this study uses pre-experiment with one group pretest approach. The population in this study were all preschool children who were in hospital treatment in the first week of October 2018. Samples were 20 children, with consecutive sampling. Playdough therapy for 20 children. Data collection used a mYPAS (Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale) questionnaire. After that, the data processing with Wilcoxon signed test was 0.00 which was <0.05, As for the conclusions in this study there is a therapeutic effect of playing plasticine on children's anxiety with hospitalization. The value of preschool children's anxiety before being given play therapy is the majority of respondents 13 respondents (65%) experienced moderate anxiety and And a small proportion of respondents experienced severe anxiety as many as 5 respondents (25%). The value of anxiety after being given play therapy most of the respondents experienced a decrease in anxiety as many as 12 respondents (60%) experienced mild anxiety and almost half of the respondents were 8 respondents (40%). Stress will stimulate the body to send messages from the hypothalamus to the adrenal gland which will affect vasodilation and vasoconstriction of blood vessels that will determine the increase or decrease in blood pressure which is one of the physiological characteristics of the body when experiencing anxiety.

Diabetes mellitus was a disease with macro and micro risk of angiopathy, which includes the impact of causing cataracts. Diabetic patients with high sugar levels have a greater chance of developing cataracts at a younger age and certain tendencies towards cataract type. The aim of the study was to analyze the correlation between diabetes blood sugar levels and cataract type. The research design was correlation analysis with Cross-Sectional approach. Samples in the study were some cataract patients who had a history of diabetes mellitus in Surabaya Undaan Eye Hospital as many as 125 people, it was taken using consecutive sampling technique, and fulfilling the criteria of the study (age range 45 - 65 years, have complete medical records related to the continuity of sugar examination results in blood, the incidence of cataracts is not caused by congenital cataracts, juveniles, due to trauma, chemical exposure to UV radiation). Independent variable was the blood sugar level of Diabetes mellitus and the Dependent variable was cataract type. The instruments used were laboratory tests related to blood sugar levels, and medical diagnosis related to cataract type. Data were analyzed by Spearman rho, with a significant value <0.05. The results showed a close association between diabetes and cataracts, where as many as 47.2% with high blood sugar levels, 40% with nuclear cataract type and from 59 respondents with high blood sugar levels 26 people experienced nuclear cataract type, with rho value = 0.001. The mechanism of glucose toxicity in Diabetes Mellitus which causes cataracts can go through three paths: increased activity of the aldose reductase enzyme which causes the formation of sugar alcohol, sorbitol and galactitol in crystalline lenses; through the non-enzymatic replication process; and at high blood glucose levels a glucose oxidation process will occur which causes oxidative stress conditions. Maintenance of managing blood sugar levels must be a concern for diabetics.   Keywords: Blood Sugar Level, Diabetes Mellitus, Type of Cataract

Work stress due to excessive demands on the workplace is a problem of human resource management in the hospital. The high workload is one of the factors that cause work stress for nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on nurses in the Intensive Care Unit at Bangil Hospital. The design of this study was an analytic survey using cross-sectional study. The population of all nurses working in the Intensive Care Installation with a sample of 40 respondents and using purposive sampling technique. Workload instruments use work sampling observation sheets, while work stress instruments use questionnaires based on Sulsky and Smith's theory of Jusnimar, (2012) modified. The results of the study using Spearman rho showed a relationship between workload and work stress on nurses with p-value = 0.000 (<0.05) and an r-value of 0.551. The level of dependency of the client and the amount of labor that is not appropriate is a factor of high workload so that nurses experience work stress. There needs to be an evaluation of the number of nurse needs or the provision of rewards and stress management training for nurses to adapt and control work stress.

Hemodialysis is one of the interventions for patients with chronic renal failure which if done for a long time will cause fatigue symptoms as much as 82% to 90% of patients. The duration of the patient undergoing hemodialysis will increase fatigue levels; this will cause decreased concentration, malaise, sleep disturbances, emotional disturbances and reduce the ability of the patient's ability in daily activities. The exact symptom that occurs in patients with chronic renal failure is a decrease in Hb levels. The purpose of this study was to prove the long-standing relationship between hemodialysis and Hb levels with fatigue levels. The research design uses correlation analytic. The variables studied were hemodialysis duration, hemoglobin level, and fatigue level. The sample size in this study was 61 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously showed a long relationship between hemodialysis and HB levels with fatigue levels. Patients who have long undergone hemodialysis will have high levels of urea and creatinine. High urea will interfere with the production of the hormone erythropoietin. As a result of the number of red blood cells decreases, as a result, the patient will experience symptoms of fatigue.
