This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROA), leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) on corporate value (PBV) in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Research Methodology research uses the data panel regression analysis method with the model used is fixed effect. The results of the F test show that profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and liquidity (CR) adequately explain the influence on firm value (PBV). Result of research show that profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) have significant effect to company value variable (PBV) while variable of liquidity (CR) has no significant effect to company value variable (PBV). The results of Determination Coefficient Test showed that the proportion influence of profitability, leverage and liquidity to company value was 86%. While the rest of 14% influenced by other variables.

The main problem to be studied in this research is whether the variable of intellectual capital and profitability give positive influence in increasing company value in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this research is to test empirically the influence of intellectual capital and profitability to company value. The population in this research are State-owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of observation 2014 until 2016. Total population are 60 observation (20 companies x 3 years). Data used in this research are balanced panel data. The analysis method that is applied in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously intellectual capital and profitability have an effect to firm value. Partially, intellectual capital has a positive but not significant effect to firm value, while profitability have a positive and significant effect to firm value.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) partially or simultaneously. This research tested the hypothesis that there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression statistic method.The results showed that firm size variables have no effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value, profitability has positive influence to firm value. While simultaneously there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to firm value with coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained equal to 0,28, indicating that 28% company value can be influenced by firm size, leverage, and profitability, while side 72% The value of the company is influenced by the variables that are not examined in this research. The limitations of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability on firm value. While other variables that affect the value of the company is expected to be examined by further researchers.Keywords: Firm Size, Leverage, Profitability, Corporate Value

A good company value is more than just a high level of profit achievement. The use of debt, some of the shares owned by management, and the company's performance in relation to its environment all have the potential to increase firm value. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the effect of leverage, managerial ownership, and environmental performance on firm value. The research population for this study is PROPER participating manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019. Purposive sampling is a method of determining the sample. Multiple regression analysis was used as the analysis technique. According to the findings of this study, leverage, managerial ownership, and environmental performance can all increase firm value. The company has a specific goal by increasing the prosperity of its owners and shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (total assets) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). The object of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method with several specified criteria, and a sample size of 12 companies, and obtained for five years from the annual financial reports, so that a total of 60 company samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained from a ready-made form, has been collected and has been processed by other parties in the form of a sample of company annual financial statements. To determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, the analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity are some of the many factors that are thought to have an influence on company value. Several studies have also used these factors as variables. Therefore, this study aims to test and reaffirm the results of previous studies with mixed conclusions. The sample of this study was 100 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had no significant effect on Company Value, while Profitability had a significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously testing shows that current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on Equity have a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable. The population of this study is hotel, restaurant and tourism firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), during 2012-2016, with 75 samples selected by using purposive sampling. Analysis of this study using panel regression analysis. This study of the research show that (1) profitability as measured by ROA and ROE has a negative and significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV and profitability as measured by ROA and ROE has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value as measured by Tobin's Q, (2) profitability has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, (3) the capital structure as measured by DER has a positive and significant effect on firm value as measured by PVB and the capital structure as measured by DER has a positive and insignificant effect on company value as measured by Tobin's Q and (4) capital structure as an intervening variable negatively influences the effect of profitability on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study was a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 which amounted to 28 companies. Based on sampling techniques used purposive sampling obtained samples as many as 12 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of this study show that: (1) Profitability has a significant positive effect on the Company's Value. (2) Liquidity has no effect on the Company's Value. (3) Leverage has no effect on the Company's Value. (4) Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value. This study is about the value of the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. The objective is to analyze the effect of Profitability and Good Corporate Governance in mediating the effect of capital structure on firm value. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression and single test to test the hypothesis. The population in this research are food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The sample in this study was selected through purposive sampling, so that a sample of 42 companies was obtained. The result of this research is that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive and insignificant effect on Company Value. Profitability cannot mediate the relationship between capital structure and firm value. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) cannot mediate the relationship between capital structure and firm value.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance and tax planning on corporate value. This research is a type of quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company's website. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2017. While the sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain a total of 105 data that could be processed.Based on the results of good corporate governance regression analysis which is represented by institusional ownership proxy has a significant effect on firm value and tax planning has a significant effect on firm value.

Corporate value is a condition that describes the achievement of a company during the process of operation. Increased corporate value is an achievement that reflects an increase in wealth for shareholder. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of moderation dividend policy in the influence of profitability to the value of the company in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Based on purposive sampling technique, there are 24 companies that meet the criteria as the research sample. Data analysis was done by using moderated regression analysis method. The results of the analysis prove that, at the 5% level of significance, dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value.
