The community service undertaken aims to provide training to the teachers at Handayani Senior High School about the importance of producing quality scientific papers. Specifically, this training provides the opportunity for participants to practice directly how to write scientific papers using Mendeley software for reference used in the paper. Mendeley is a computer and web program developed by Elsevier to manage and share research papers, search for research data, and work together online. Posts made with Microsoft Word, Open Office or LaTex can be linked to Mendeley software so that citations and reference lists (bibliography) can be arranged automatically. To achieve the goals and targets of this community service activity (PPM), the implementers use the lecture, discussion and practicum methods so that the trainees can easily understand the material provided in the training. The activities carried out involve the teachers at Handayani Pekanbaru Senior High School as participants. The response from the participants is positive which can be seen from their active participation during the activity. They also find the training really useful to help them become more productive teachers by writing more scientific papers using Mendeley. One of the executions of the mortgage object is the sale of the mortgage object through a public auction based on the executorial title contained in the Mortgage Certificate. Before the implementation is carried out by the creditor, a permit (fiat) is required by the local district court. The application for an auction for the execution of mortgage rights through a district court is closely related to obstacles, for example, a lawsuit from a third party (derden verzet) who feels he has the right to the object of execution even though it has nothing to do with creditors and debtors. This opposition made the Chief Justice of the District Court unable to grant the request for execution even though the creditor had a mortgage certificate that was encumbered but was forced to examine the relevant evidence in the trial forum to determine whether the resistance was sufficient reason or just a conspiracy with the debtor to delay the execution. Based on this explanation, the author wants to examine the legal force of the Grosse deed as the basis for the implementation of the mortgage execution auction. The type of research in writing scientific papers is a normative legal research type, with a statutory approach and a legal concept analysis approach (Analytical and Conceptual Approach). The sources of legal materials used in writing this scientific paper came from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The legal materials were collected using library research techniques. Then analyzed using description, systematization, evaluation and finally concluded with argumentation technique. The results of this study are expected to provide scientific knowledge for academics, law enforcers, and the public.

For years, achievements and discoveries made by researcher are made aware through research papers published in appropriate journals or conferences. Many a time, established s researcher and mainly new user are caught up in the predicament of choosing an appropriate conference to get their work all the time. Every scienti?c conference and journal is inclined towards a particular ?eld of research and there is a extensive group of them for any particular ?eld. Choosing an appropriate venue is needed as it helps in reaching out to the right listener and also to further one’s chance of getting their paper published. In this work, we address the problem of recommending appropriate conferences to the authors to increase their chances of receipt. We present three di?erent approaches for the same involving the use of social network of the authors and the content of the paper in the settings of dimensionality reduction and topic modelling. In all these approaches, we apply Correspondence Analysis (CA) to obtain appropriate relationships between the entities in question, such as conferences and papers. Our models show hopeful results when compared with existing methods such as content-based ?ltering, collaborative ?ltering and hybrid ?ltering.

Diplomatic officials are state representatives in developing diplomatic relations with other countries where it is accredited. Diplomatic officials have the rights of immunity and privileges granted by the sending country. Besides enjoying these rights, diplomatic officials also have obligations. As a diplomatic official from North Korea, Son Young Nam is obliged to obey the rules contained in the 1961 Vienna Convention, the 1969 New York Convention, and to respect the national law of the country of Bangladesh which is the country where he was accredited. Son Young Nam's smuggling of gold into Bangladesh was a form of abuse of diplomatic immunity. The act violated Articles 27 and 41 (1) of the 1961 Vienna Convention and Article 25b of The Special Power Act of Bangladesh. Although they have the right to immunity, these rights are not absolute. Immune rights can be breached in the event of gross violations committed by diplomatic officials.

In the age of AI, companies strive to extract benefits from data. In the first steps of data analysis, an arduous dilemma scientists have to cope with is the definition of the ’right’ quantity of data needed for a certain task. In particular, when dealing with energy management, one of the most thriving application of AI is the consumption’s optimization of energy plant generators. When designing a strategy to improve the generators’ schedule, a piece of essential information is the future energy load requested by the plant. This topic, in the literature it is referred to as load forecasting, has lately gained great popularity; in this paper authors underline the problem of estimating the correct size of data to train prediction algorithms and propose a suitable methodology. The main characters of this methodology are the Learning Curves, a powerful tool to track algorithms performance whilst data training-set size varies. At first, a brief review of the state of the art and a shallow analysis of eligible machine learning techniques are offered. Furthermore, the hypothesis and constraints of the work are explained, presenting the dataset and the goal of the analysis. Finally, the methodology is elucidated and the results are discussed.
