Economic transformations in recent years have produced changes in the social structure, as well as profound demographic changes, which have contributed to demographic aging and declining working age populations. Changes in the structure of the population, accompanied by migration have led to a reduction in the number of people employed, as well as to changes in the structure of employment. The study reveals that the socio-economic situation in the country, the imperfect evolution of the labor market, the diffifculty of securing a decent paying job, have put a signififi cant part of the population on the path of labor migration, which for many has become a necessity rather than a choice. At the same time, the remittances transferred in favor of individuals have become the only source of income for many households. All the above issues are current and, therefore, represent the topic of this research. The research was performed using comparative analysis methods, aided by graphs. Based on the results of this research, certain conclusions and recommendations were developed in order to promote a system of measures aimed at reducing labor migration, by applying sustainable socioeconomic development programs, which would contribute to the creation of new jobs.

This research examines the relationship between race, social structure, and sport orientations. Specifically, the questions addressed are whether blacks and whites differ in their orientations toward sport, and whether factors that influence sport orientations are race-dependent. Hypotheses concerning blacks’ and whites’ sports orientations are derived from prior research looking at the use of sport as a means of upward mobility and the impact of labor market structure on employment differences between blacks and whites. The results of this research raise some intriguing questions concerning the manner in which race and social structure affect an individual’s orientation toward sport. Overall, the results provide support for beliefs about differences in blacks’ and whites’ orientations toward sport. Blacks were more likely than whites to become vicariously involved in sport outcomes, and to incorporate sport into their daily lives. Perhaps the most important result is the finding that factors related to an individual’s position within the social structure have a similar impact on influencing both blacks’ and whites’ orientations toward sport. This would suggest that sport orientations for both blacks and whites are a result of an interaction between race and social structure that limits blacks’ opportunities in other professional occupations.

The Constitution of Ukraine enshrines and guarantees the right to labor as an opportunity to earn a living by work that a person freely chooses or agrees to. However, the current conditions indicate that the consolidation and guarantee of everyone’s right to labor is not an unconditional evidence of its inviolability, the absence of unjustified restrictions and obstacles to its realization. One of such obstacles to the realization of this right is gender discrimination, which violates the balance of male and female labor at the labor market and creates an imbalance in the harmonious development of labor and closely related relations. In this regard, the author has emphasized the importance of the existence of a wide range of effective legal principles in the national labor legislation for non-discrimination while employment, in particular on the grounds of sex, as well as an effective mechanism for their realization. It has been clarified that the legal regulation of non-discrimination on the grounds of sex while employment is the legal regulation of labor and closely related relations through legal means in order to achieve gender parity, prevention of any manifestations of gender discrimination in the realization of the right to labor by each person and citizen. It has been established that the current state of the development of legislative provisions of Ukraine in the field of employment implies the existence of a certain range of legal principles regulating the prevention of discrimination on the grounds of sex while being employed. The emphasis has been placed on the analysis of certain legal principles of non-discrimination, the effect of which extends to the stage of job search and acquaintance with current vacancies at the labor market. Their legal content has been analyzed and suggestions for their semantic improvement have been provided. It has been determined that an unjustified refusal to be hired should be considered a refusal that is devoid of any motivation or when an employer refuses a candidate for reasons other than his professional and business qualities, or does not take into account a number of special requirements provided by the current legislation. The author has emphasized on the need to create legal conditions for the harmonious combination of the interests of an employee and an employer, which can assist in preventing discrimination and allowштп each party to labor and closely related relations to achieve the desired result in realizing their labor rights and interests.

The prerequisites for the study are the transition of the world social system to the Technological Orders VI and VII in the context of a digital breakthrough and the hybrid nature of the digital social space, which significantly affects the change in the social structure, the distribution of social roles in society, the formation of the labor market and the formation of a new gender order. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of digitalization on the labor market, on the gender balance in the labor market and formulate how the processes of preparing a person for new technological structures should be built. According to the results of the study, the authors note that the formation of social institutions of a new type in a hybrid digital society significantly lags behind the need, digital regulators of social behavior in the labor market have not yet emerged, which does not allow building norms and rules of life in a virtual social space at the legislative level. The cognitive structures of society are immature, adequate incentives and sanctions as a response to the phenomena of crossing the boundaries of the office set framework by social actors have not been formed. There are no frameworks yet, but they can be created by maintaining a balance between the realization of society’s needs for development and relying on its ability to maintain the stability of the value system, i.e. property of resistance.
