A predicament facing education is that the traditional teaching mode could no longer meet the requirements of modern society. The fast development of mobile Internet technology has brought online education platforms into existence, and these newborn things are very helpful to solve the mentioned contradiction. To deepen the research of the application of mobile Internet technology in modern education, this paper designed the functional modules of an intelligent online English teaching (IOET) system and implemented the proposed system. In our study, satisfying students’ learning requirements had been taken as the core principle when building the proposed system, and the database design had followed the principles of standardization, consistency, security, integrity, scalability, and ease of maintenance. The IOET system adopts a three-layer architecture, from top down, the system has a representation layer, a business logic layer, and a data service layer. The main management modules of the system include course notification module, visitor management module, and homework management module, etc. Through this paper, we hope to provide a piece of evidence for the basic research on the upgrade and improvement of intelligent online English teaching platforms.

Now it is the digital information age. With the maturity of mobile Internet technology and the increase of online education demand, mobile learning applications based on mobile Internet terminals have been vigorously developed and widely used. Blended English teaching based on mobile network technology has become an inevitable trend in College English teaching. The new teaching mode is student-centered and emphasizes the interaction between teachers and students. The implementation of personalized teaching mode is conducive to improving students' learning autonomy and innovation, it can improve the classroom teaching effect to a certain extent. At present, the post-90s college students are the pioneers of the Internet era, but also the trendsetters in the wave of mobile Internet. How to effectively apply the mobile learning platform such as MosoTeach to College English teaching is the core theme of this paper.

With the progress of new sensor technology and Internet technology, wearable devices have gradually become the new favorite of the science and technology industry. They have been applied to various fields because of their wearability, mobility, user-centered, interactive, integrated and augmented reality characteristics. Given the shortcomings of traditional foreign language education at university, wearable technology is introduced into foreign language classroom as an auxiliary form of traditional teaching. This article chooses two courses (171 and 172 courses) to test whether wearable devices have an impact on college English teaching. The English level of these two classes is similar. With the assistance of wearable technology, level 171 is selected as the experimental course; 172 is a regular course, using only traditional teaching methods, and the experiment lasted for a semester. Practical teaching is also carried out in the class. Practical teaching results show that wearable technology assisted English teaching can not only improve students’ ability to master knowledge, but also greatly enhance students' interest in learning English.

To improve the students’ individualized and autonomous learning ability in English teaching, a mobile English learning system is designed on the basis of adaptive algorithm. The students’ need for the adaptive mobile English teaching system is analyzed through researches on students and questionnaires. According to the needs analysis, the main functional modules of the adaptive mobile English learning system are designed, including the creation module, personalized learning module, evaluation and feedback module, and management module. Then, the improved XAHM (XML adaptive hypermedia model) is applied to the mobile English learning system. The three-layer architecture of the English mobile learning system is revised into four layers of composition layer, data layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. At the same time, more attention is diverted to the terminal and the situation. Finally, the system is tested. The test results showed that the mobile English learning system realized the self-adaptive and intelligent navigation of learning space in the course of teaching. It is concluded that the new adaptive algorithm had a good performance for college English learning.

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, mobile network data traffic presents an explosive growth trend. Especially, the proportion of mobile video business has become a large proportion in mobile Internet business. Mobile video business is considered as a typical business in the 5G network, such as in online education. The growth of video traffic poses a great challenge to mobile network. In order to provide users with better quality of experience (QoE), it requires mobile network to provide higher data transmission rate and lower network delay. This paper adopts a combined optimization to minimize total cost and maximize QoE simultaneously. The optimization problem is solved by ant colony algorithm. The effectiveness is verified on experiment.

With the rapid development of modern social economy, the innovative application of Internet technology has gradually penetrated into all aspects of life. New media seems to have become the mainstream trend of social development. However, for the teaching reform of higher education, although the construction of information platform provides more diversified channels and methods for the implementation of the reform, at the same time, it also brings some challenges. In addition, rational use of new media in higher education also makes the traditional teaching mode and thinking no longer suitable for the development rhythm of modern society, which means that the teaching mode innovation in combination of new media is the inevitable development trend of the whole education field in the future.

The internet can be used as a way to transfer knowledge from teachers to students. Learning that utilizes the development of technology and information, namely the internet, one of which is the e-learning learning system. E-learning is a form of conventional learning that is transferred in digital format through internet technology, not only to present subject matter on the internet but also must be in accordance with the principles of learning. The e-learning learning model results in changes in learning culture in the context of learning. Learning becomes very flexible, because it can be adjusted to the availability of time from students in learning the material provided by the teacher. The teacher determines the success of students in learning, therefore teachers are required to have the ability to adapt to technological progress. Harnessing the rapid development of mobile internet technology, the sharing economy has experienced unprecedented growth in the global economy, especially in China. Likely due to its increasing popularity, more and more businesses have adopted this label in China. There is a concern as to the essential meaning of the sharing economy. As it is difficult to have a universally accepted definition, we aim to map the sharing economy and demystify the use of it in China in this paper. We propose seven organizing essential elements of the sharing economy: access use rights instead of ownership, idle capacity, short term, peer-to-peer, Internet platforms mediated, for monetary profit, and shared value orientation. By satisfying all or only parts of these elements, we propose one typology of sharing economy, and to differentiate bona fide sharing economy from quasi- and pseudo-sharing economy. Finally, there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the real sharing economy from the perspective of the government, companies and individuals.
