At all education levels “remediation” is more and more integrated into the learning process. Tutoring is one of the multiple possibilities in this huge collection offered, but with essential characteristics. Indeed, the participants having been observed - “tutor and tutoree” – expressing a high satisfaction about their accomplishment in different disciplines. This chapter questions tutoring among future teachers to know how it could change working methods and how some good practice could later be implemented into the group class. A study of different mechanisms inferred into the tutoring relations allows for developing a few remarks about affective, cognitive, and reflexive impacts. As private companies also present services in the shadow of the official educational system, can these be considered as different? Regarding the parallel tracks of the official/private educational system, some recommendations illustrate the tutoring original pedagogical relation with specific understanding.

AbstractWith a specific focus on tutoring among future teachers this article proposes a model of self-regulated learning. The focus on different mechanisms inherent to the tutoring relationship will consider Affective impacts or motivation, Reflexive or metacognitive and Cognitive resolutions. The ARC combination proposes that personal skills will be gained and beneficial transfers into the class will be possible. This approach with a model considers explicit learning as a part of tutoring relationship successes. A prospective study on a short scale provides a few indicators in this direction and will be followed by a mentoring study. As private companies also present services in the shadow of the official educational system some recommendations will illustrate the tutoring original pedagogical relation with specific limits and the potential for new understanding.

Self-efficacy of students plays a role in determining student success in learning, including learning mathematics. Affective aspects such as self-efficacy, play a major role when students work and use mathematics, because to be able to solve mathematical problems is not enough just to know how to do it, but must be accompanied by self-efficacy about the truth of the concepts and procedures they have. This research was conducted in two groups of students using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to measure students' self-efficacy. Observation data collection techniques were also conducted to determine the learning process of the two groups. The results showed that groups of students who used active and cooperative learning had higher self-efficacy. Keywords: self-efficacy, mathematics, cooperative learning.

The aim of this article is to provide some insight on the implementation of a series of values in the educational system. The approach sought is holistic, considering that we weigh the effects of those values not only related to students and teachers, but also to families, government, and school administrators. This approach is new since many values and character education studies are centered on either students or teachers, or both. Also, this article tackles the concept of values and character education, adding the review of several related studies, providing valuable information about the benefits and advantages that this educational model offers based on the expectation that those values must be present in all factors of the learning process. Finally, this article delivers a reflection on those same elements with the goal to use it as a thought-provoking tool to consider more solutions to help students face academic challenges and those related to life.

The success of students in learning does not only depend on their own abilities. Several factors that can give effect need to be optimized. The teacher's strategy is very meaningful to optimize students' multiple intelligences according to the indicators that each student has. Every child in this world has various intelligences in different levels and indicators. This shows that all children, by nature, are intelligent. The difference lies in the level and indicators of intelligence. These differences are determined by various factors. One of them is the stimulation given when children learn in the learning process carried out by the teacher. The difference in intelligence among students demands a fair and existential way of thinking of educators. This research is a literature review to see more specifically the teacher's strategy in optimizing multiple intelligences in elementary schools based on research reference sources and books. Good educators are able to detect children's intelligence by observing the behavior, tendencies, interests, ways and qualities of children when reacting to the given stimulus. All indicators of intelligence can be recognized by educators to then make a profile of intelligence. Therefore, every teacher should know how to develop the intelligence of their students, by identifying each indicator of children's intelligence and realizing the importance of developing all the intelligences of their students.

Research is a process aimed at seeking new knowledge, in this case, it will seek to find alternative ways in the field of new technologies that serve to support special educational needs. Society demands these technological contributions to solve problems and allow man to work with greater ergonomics; the school, a social institution, also needs these resources so that all students can build a functional and meaningful teaching-learning process. The Educational System proposes an education that meets the educational needs of all students; and from these pages it is intended that new technologies are a way of supporting that attend to diversity.

In the Romanian educational system, the concept of competence is relatively new, its appearance and use being related to the curricular perspective of educational organization. Synthetically, competence can be defined as ”an ensamble of `savoir faire` (know how) and `savoir-e’tre’ (manners) allowing a good accomplishment of a role, of a function or of an activity” (D`Hainaut). The model of curricular projection centered on competences is meant to improve the efficiency of the internal structure of the curriculum, and of the teaching, learning and evaluation processes. This ”new educational target” aims to: -focus on the final learnig acquisitions; accenuate the action-related dimension of the pupil’s personality; clearly define the school offer according to the pupil’s interests and skills, and to social expectations. Thus it is possible for the modern education to assume an increasing autonomy for the one who learns, so that the differences between the world of education/school/ the didactic process and the real (social, professional) world may palpably decrease.
