Innovation as a core value for most organizations is not simply the application of new technology to achieve a business goal: it must be directly expressed through brand experience. Brand driven innovation is human centric. New ideas require a welcoming organizational culture, positive mindsets and internal advocacy to grow. Businesses can really innovate when employees become their brand evangelists. In this chapter, we initially explore internal branding values and tactics. We assess its role as critical bridge over vision, culture and image gaps in case studies to bring awareness on success and risk factors. Employee perceptions of communication practices are captured and matched to aspiration, missions and organizational values. From this premise, we establish internal branding as practice that affects the company's ability to innovate effortlessly and organically. The strong liaison between diffusion of innovation and brand endorsement is confirmed, consolidating the vital role of internal branding in the implementation of an organization's business strategy.

Ideas that have an impact on social change must be communicated to the community. As objects, they not only know about the changes that have occurred, but they must also support and be involved so that they become part of the changes. People have always assumed that innovation always ends with the adoption of an innovation that is conveyed to them. So according to this assumption, it is as if the diffusion of innovation only focuses on spreading innovation programs or ideas to the community and only sees innovation as new ideas, ideas, methods, or products in the perspective of development communication.This study aims to find out how the innovation and development of used goods business occurred in Pengadang Village and to find out how the role of communication in the diffusion of secondhand goods business innovation occurred in Pengadang Village. This study also seeks to find out the communication of secondhand innovation in order to develop community empowerment programs. And also its influence on the community's strategy for the development of the used goods business. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of observation and interview techniques, also supported by literature study. The results show that through the process of diffusion of innovation, this business has now become popular and is widely practiced by the people in Pengadang Village and with communication, the secondhand goods business in Pengadang Village is now a large growing business and is widely cultivated by the local community. The implementation of the communication strategy in the innovation of used goods processing is going well. Such as outreach activities, making pamphlets, brochures, exhibitions, and using the media to encourage the process of rapid diffusion of innovation in Pengadang Village.

Stories and storytelling date back to humankind's earliest times. Stories have served as a primary avenue for sharing knowledge, history, culture, and information across civilizations. They present an essential mechanism for promoting new ideas and persuading points of view. Successful TED talks highlight how critical stories are in opening a presentation, engaging the audience, and taking participants on the storyteller's journey. Such an approach is essential not only for business executives but also for entrepreneurs and new ventures to engage stakeholders such as customers, partners, and investors. This discussion delves into understanding the value and structure of compelling stories and storytelling related to the business, institutional, and entrepreneurial settings. It highlights the importance of the story as an opening and using other setup approaches such as SCQR (situation, complication, question, and recommendation). This article provides insights into Freytag's three-act play structure and the role of the hero or heroine (hero(ine)) along with the Minto pyramid structure for making compelling arguments. It offers practical tips for applying storytelling techniques to help stories and storytelling resonate. Throughout this piece offers relevant examples to illustrate the why, how, and what. The discussion closes by connecting storytelling to organizational learning concepts. These include Crossan's 4Is "feed-forward" and Roger's diffusion of innovation theory, both of which embrace the importance of shared language and symbols that stories offer to allow for ideas, knowledge, and innovation to transcend and embed within an institution, ecosystem, or a broader universe of participants and stakeholders.

The business strategy is a significant factor that can be used to strengthen and improve the organization. It can create competitive advantages as more significant than the foreign market, thereby realizing sustainable commercial development where the survival and continuity in the Organization for the best. Consequently, the study aims to explore the relationship between the role of business strategy on creating a competitive advantage in the organization. Previous limited studies have been highlighted the important role of the business strategies in various fields in an organization. Therefore, based on the available empirical literature, this study highlights the role of business strategy to create a competitive advantage. We found the business strategy has a vital role in the competitive advantages to gain the market. Moreover, the organization market affected by a good quality strategy. Furthermore, the study offers useful suggestions to different stakeholders for the importance of business strategy in the organization context.

The aim of this conceptual paper is to highlight the importance of senses, emotions and sentiments which create the climate at a commercial venue. Services Anthroposphere is a new interdisciplinary concept and terminology employed in the provision of services. The term “Anthroposphere” was adopted from Geosciences by combining its meanings with the vital role of atmospherics and that of human action. By broadening this term, new ideas that inspire people to follow are arising. Terminologies help in creating short path in understanding meanings in vocational training. Interdisciplinary terms provide a broader perspective of the concept. Result is the enrichment of communication.

This article focuses on a major human factors–related issue that includes the undeniable role of cultural factors and cockpit automation and their serious impact on flight crew performance, communication, and aviation safety. The report concentrates on the flight crew performance of the Boeing 777–Asiana Airlines Flight 214 accident, by exploring issues concerning mode confusion and autothrottle systems. It also further reviews the vital role of cultural factors in aviation safety and provides a brief overview of past, related accidents. Automation progressions have been created in an attempt to design an error-free flight deck. However, to do that, the pilot must still thoroughly understand every component of the flight deck – most importantly, the automation. Otherwise, if pilots are not completely competent in terms of their automation, the slightest errors can lead to fatal accidents. As seen in the case of Asiana Flight 214, even though engineering designs and pilot training have greatly evolved over the years, there are many cultural, design, and communication factors that affect pilot performance. It is concluded that aviation systems designers, in cooperation with pilots and regulatory bodies, should lead the strategic effort of systematically addressing the serious issues of cockpit automation, human factors, and cultural issues, including their interactions, which will certainly lead to better solutions for safer flights.

In the current scenario of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), power consumption is the major issue associated with nodes in WSN. LEACH technique plays a vital role of clustering in WSN and reduces the energy usage effectively. But LEACH has its own limitation in order to search cluster head nodes which are randomly distributed over the network. In this paper, ERA-NFL- BA algorithm is being proposed for selects the cluster heads in WSN. This algorithm help in selection of cluster heads can freely transform from global search to local search. At the end, a comparison has been done with earlier researcher using protocol ERA-NFL, which clearly shown that proposed Algorithm is best suited and from comparison results that ERA-NFL-BA has given better performance.


Accurate pronunciation has a vital role in English language learning as it can help learners to avoid misunderstanding in communication. However, EFL learners in many contexts, especially at the University of Phan Thiet, still encounter many difficulties in pronouncing English correctly. Therefore, this study endeavors to explore English-majored students’ perceptions towards the role of pronunciation in English language learning and examine their pronunciation practicing strategies (PPS). It involved 155 English-majored students at the University of Phan Thiet who answered closed-ended questionnaires and 18 English-majored students who participated in semi-structured interviews. The findings revealed that students strongly believed in the important role of pronunciation in English language learning; however, they sometimes employed PPS for their pronunciation improvement. Furthermore, the results showed that participants tended to use naturalistic practicing strategies and formal practicing strategies with sounds, but they overlooked strategies such as asking for help and cooperating with peers. Such findings could contribute further to the understanding of how students perceive the role of pronunciation and their PPS use in the research’s context and other similar ones. Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession. McIntyre, in his seminal work on Scottish franchise courts, argues that these courts were in decline in this period, and of little relevance to their local population. 1 But was that really the case? This paper explores that question, using a particularly rich set of local court records. By analysing the functions and significance of one particular court it assesses the role of this one court within its local area, and considers whether it really was in decline at this time, or if it continued to perform a vital role in its local community. The period studied is the mid to late seventeenth century, a period of considerable upheaval in Scottish life, that has attracted considerable attention from scholars, though often less on the experiences of local communities and people.
