From the perspective of knowledge retrieval and knowledge push, this paper introduces user preference based on the traditional search engines to meet the personalization demand of the domain knowledge of emergency. A retrieval system aiming at the emergency knowledge is designed by constructing the preference-based function module, setting the frame structure of user preference and improving the core operation process of the system.

Problems associated with the improve ment of information retrieval for open environment are considered and the need for it’s semantization is grounded. Thecurrent state and prospects of development of semantic search engines that are focused on the Web information resources processing are analysed, the criteria for the classification of such systems are reviewed. In this analysis the significant attention is paid to the semantic search use of ontologies that contain knowledge about the subject area and the search users. The sources of ontological knowledge and methods of their processing for the improvement of the search procedures are considered. Examples of semantic search systems that use structured query languages (eg, SPARQL), lists of keywords and queries in natural language are proposed. Such criteria for the classification of semantic search engines like architecture, coupling, transparency, user context, modification requests, ontology structure, etc. are considered. Different ways of support of semantic and otology based modification of user queries that improve the completeness and accuracy of the search are analyzed. On base of analysis of the properties of existing semantic search engines in terms of these criteria, the areas for further improvement of these systems are selected: the development of metasearch systems, semantic modification of user requests, the determination of an user-acceptable transparency level of the search procedures, flexibility of domain knowledge management tools, increasing productivity and scalability. In addition, the development of means of semantic Web search needs in use of some external knowledge base which contains knowledge about the domain of user information needs, and in providing the users with the ability to independent selection of knowledge that is used in the search process. There is necessary to take into account the history of user interaction with the retrieval system and the search context for personalization of the query results and their ordering in accordance with the user information needs. All these aspects were taken into account in the design and implementation of semantic search engine "MAIPS" that is based on an ontological model of users and resources cooperation into the Web.

Quantitative intelligence based traditional data mining is facing grand challenges from real-world enterprise and cross-organization applications. For instance, the usual demonstration of specific algorithms cannot support business users to take actions to their advantage and needs. We think this is due to Quantitative Intelligence focused data-driven philosophy. It either views data mining as an autonomous data-driven, trial-and-error process, or only analyzes business issues in an isolated, case-by-case manner. Based on experience and lessons learnt from real-world data mining and complex systems, this article proposes a practical data mining methodology referred to as Domain-Driven Data Mining. On top of quantitative intelligence and hidden knowledge in data, domain-driven data mining aims to meta-synthesize quantitative intelligence and qualitative intelligence in mining complex applications in which human is in the loop. It targets actionable knowledge discovery in constrained environment for satisfying user preference. Domain-driven methodology consists of key components including understanding constrained environment, business-technical questionnaire, representing and involving domain knowledge, human-mining cooperation and interaction, constructing next-generation mining infrastructure, in-depth pattern mining and postprocessing, business interestingness and actionability enhancement, and loop-closed human-cooperated iterative refinement. Domain-driven data mining complements the data-driven methodology, the metasynthesis of qualitative intelligence and quantitative intelligence has potential to discover knowledge from complex systems, and enhance knowledge actionability for practical use by industry and business.

Because of the demand for efficient management in images, much attention has been paid to image retrieval over the past few years. The text-based image retrieval system is commonly used in traditional search engines (Ratha et al., 1996), where a query is represented by keywords that are usually identified and classified by human beings. Since people have different understandings on a particular image, the consistency is difficult to maintain. When the database is larger, it is arduous to describe and classify the images because most images are complicated and have many different objects. There has been a trend towards developing the content-based retrieval system, which tries to retrieve images directly and automatically based on their visual contents.

With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry in China, the training of ERP talents becomes a hot issue in the fields of industry and education. An ERP simulation operation system is developed from the view of person training. The simplified ERP model is realized in the simulation system. In the design of the simulation system, the SSH2 frame structure is used and the whole system is built in a modular mode. The function module of simulation system is analyzed and the system technology implementation is described in detail. The trainees can understand knowledge and skills of ERP more easily by the proposed simulation system, which means that the presented system has the positive effect on the training of ERP talents.

For the problems of obscure demand of users, insufficiency and difficulty in correct acquisition in the process of knowledge retrieval, this paper combines with basic theory of interactive genetic algorithm to discuss its application model in the process of requirement and acquisition of knowledge retrieval. And then, it uses the interactive information produced in the retrieval process to make improvement on matching method based on concept map. It uses the interactive information produced in the retrieval process to calculate weight of users to search concept, which enhances the knowledge matching efficiency of concept map. Through test, it compares that intelligent knowledge retrieval system based on ontology has double advantages with high intelligence and efficiency.

Search engine are being used by the most of the World population as their basic information retrieval system for getting useful information from internet. As a service provider who uses internet for digital marketing it becomes mandatory to get high ranks from search engines. Search engines optimization (SEO) techniques are used for this purpose. Black hat SEO techniques are used for quick results but are prohibited by most of the search engines. Hence web space users or website developers should be well aware of SEO techniques and how to use them in optimal way. This paper presents some of the most commonly used black hat SEO techniques and the counter measures done by different search engines to prohibit them.

In order to operate a nuclear power plant, ensuring safety is the most important factor. The function of safety rods are to shut down the reactor in case of emergency. The purpose of this paper to show the result of research and determine the value of safety rods SA, SB. Determination of the Boron concentration corresponding to each group of safety rods of OPR1000 nuclear reactor ensures the safely in the whole operation process. Experimental simulation is carried out in the system simulating core reactor OP1R1000 (CoSi OPR1000). The expermental result corresponds with the theoretic calculated result of Sa and Sb with 1500 pcm, 4000 pcm. The concentrations of Boron appropriately are 134 ppm and 284 ppm, respectively.
