Studied was the basic principle and method of applying fuzzy mathematics to the appraisal of building reforming. Multilevel appraisal index system of building reforming was set up. The process and method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method were given. An example was used to explain the application deeply. The method can use for homologous project.

Many factors need to be considered during the choice of strengthening scheme for arch bridges, and most factors are fuzzy. The reasonable and scientific strengthening scheme is an important precondition to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the strengthening engineering. The elementary objects of the bridges strengthening are effect reliability, economic reasonability, technological feasibility, and convenience of construction, which are used to appraise the strengthening scheme. Based on the basic objective of bridge strengthening, two levels fuzzy comprehensive appraisal index system of strengthening scheme are established, and the best scheme is chosen. Combining the idiographic example of arch bridge reinforcement, the process of fuzzy analytic hierarchy and optimum result is given. The result tests that fuzzy analytic hierarchy method is feasible during the preferred selection on strengthening schemes of arch bridge.

Credit risk is the main risk that Chinese commercial banks are facing. Taking into account three categories of risk factors, namely risk factors of enterprise, risk factors of commercial bank and risk factors of macroscopic economy, an index system was set up. Then, according to the index system and the characteristics of fuzzy neural network and expert system, a credit risk rating system based on fuzzy neural network and expert system was proposed.

Post-assessment of pipeline research project assesses the project implementation process and the subsequent effect of the project application. The former assesses the realization of the research goals, the quality of the project implementation, the conformity to the research plan, and the ability of the project manager, while the latter attaches more importance on the long-term application and achievement of the technology developed by the research project after it has been accepted by the administrative department for one year or more. Post-assessment of pipeline research project provides a reference for scientific and technological administrative department in decision-making to improve project quality and investment efficiency of research activities, upgrade the management level. PetroChina Pipeline Company (PPC) used two years to set up the index system, choose the weight factors and build the assessment modeling of the post-assessment method. After that, a large number of research projects had been assessed by project managers and management staff to test the post-assessment method in order to modify the assessment software. This paper will: • Demonstrate the characteristics of the post-assessment of pipeline research project • Describe the scope and content of the post-assessment • Illustrate the process of the post-assessment • Identify required index system and calculation modeling • Discuss advantages of post-assessment in enhancing pipeline research project management

In this paper, the problems existing in highway landscape design is studied on. The quantitative analysis index system of highway landscape design is set up, which is made up of diversity indices, spatial indices, sensitivity indices. The method of determining these indices is analyzed. In sensitivity indices, landscape sensitivity index and visual acuity index are set up based on the dynamic and static characters of highway landscape.

In order to strengthen the normalization of the highway hydrology Zoning research work and improve the efficiency of Zoning, the analysis model of slope runoff intensity index was set up. The provincial highway hydrological Zoning index system was built to fully embody the relationship between highway engineering and hydrological factors. The research framework of provincial highway hydrology Zoning was established. The highway hydrology Zoning research framework and Zoning indices was taken as the guidance to divide Shandong province into 2 first-grade highway hydrological regions and 6 highway hydrological subregions which reflect the overall distribution of the highway hydrological conditions in the research region correctly. The corresponding descriptions were given to introduce the highway engineering characteristics of each partition.

Efforts to develop evaluation of networking emergency have been hampered by many obstacles. With the observation of network users’ browsing actions, the implicit feedback of the online people can be obtained based on the Web information. With the analysis of the formation of network emergency and users’ Web browsing actions, the users’ feedback information can be gotten. Based on the classification and summary of the feedback, the monitoring and evaluation index system of network emergency is set up. Furthermore, the structural model of variables effect network emergency for the emergency evaluation is established, and the empirical method for monitoring and evaluation network emergency is put forward. Empirical analysis shows that the index system and the model are reasonable. The work is of important meaning to the realization of monitoring online public security management and network emergency early warning.

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which is one of the important embranchment of fuzzy mathematics is often used in the field of science management and decision, but less used in the machining process. Based on the fuzzy mathematical theory, we put forward the establishing process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and then set up the three-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of cutting sequence. Three cutting sequences of multi-feature bearing chock component have been evaluated, the evaluation results have verified the rationality and trueness of the model. The application and dissemination of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation will have active significance in the machining process.

This paper firstly points out the concept of the Motorway Service Area. With the features it included being analyzed, a reasonable index system of Motorway Service Area is being set up. Then the TOPSIS-Entropy analysis model is presented. For this part, entropy method is used for empowering the evaluation indicators of business model, thus the business model is evaluated and sorted. Finally, an example verifies the validity and applicability of the model.
