This paper provides a kind of roller maintain machine. It introduced the structure and the working principle of the roller disassembly and assembly machine. According to the work requirements, selected the PLC Toshiba's F1-20MR,to realize the switching sequence control function. Analyzed machine's work flow, Designed the PLC control program. Point out the advantage that using PLC replaced the original relay logic control systems: flexible application and good generality, high reliability and environmental adaptability; the program is simple to grasp easy.

The paper introduces the working principle of a logging instrument, and according to the working principle and instrument’s function of two-way hydraulic control valve. Facing to the key problems of process equipment in the actual service and workflow, the structure of value was designed and optimized. At the same time, the logging instrument with a dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valve is designed and processed. Meanwhile, we build an experimental platform and make the experiment according to principle of the instrument. The results show that the design of this dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valve logging instrument met the work requirements, and it has high reliability in oil exploration, which could be promoted and used in logging areas.

This essay will introduce a impellent tramcar machine, used for mining enterprises’ vertical shaft hoisting transportation system, which is used to put tub into the cage, or pull it from the cage. The mechanical impellent tramcar machine are widely used at present, it rely on the direct-drive motor, there are two types of traction, one is towed by the sprocket and chain anther is towed by the reel and wire, whatever we use which type, both the traction drive components are exposed, the environment dust will lead to poor lubrication, running noise, shock and vibration significantly, poor stability. To overcome the mechanical impellent tramcar machine of these shortcomings, developed the hydraulic impellent tramcar machine, the hydraulic cylinder as the executing agency, the programmable logic controller to achieve electrical control, designed hydraulic systems and PLC control program, analyzed the impellent tramcar machine Structure and working principle, point out that the use of programmable logic controller, programming is easy, flexible, programmable logic controllers cater to the industrial production sites, with great anti-interference ability, hydraulic drive compact, smooth and high reliability.

This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

This paper describes the design and field application of a high-efficiency single-phase AC/DC converter that is suitable for distribution lines. First, an appropriate AC/DC converter was designed in consideration of the environment of the application system. In order to ensure high efficiency and high reliability, we designed an optimum switching element and capacitor suitable for the converter, and the protection element of the AC/DC converter was designed based on these elements. The control function for the power converter suitable for an LVDC distribution system is proposed for highly reliable operation. The AC/DC converter was manufactured based on the design and its performance was verified during application in an actual low-voltage DC (LVDC) distribution grid through tests at the demonstration site. The application to a DC distribution system in an actual grid is very rare and it is expected that it will contribute to the expansion of LVDC distribution.

The paper introduces the working principle of a logging instrument, and according to the working principle and instrument’s function of two-way hydraulic control valve. According to the basic functions and physical model of dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valves, we used hydraulic system simulation software to establish the mathematical model of the entire system. Besides, we maked the simulation of the running state based on the Running results. At the same time, on the grounds of theoretical calculations and simulation results, the influences of the body affected by the external factors in work environment were assessed, and the logging instrument with a dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valve is designed and processed. Meanwhile, we build an experimental platform and make the experiment according to principle of the instrument. The results show that the design of this dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valve logging instrument met the work requirements, and it has high reliability in oil exploration, which could be promoted and used in logging areas.

This paper reviewed techniques of vibration sensors, studied structure and working principle of phase modulated optical fiber vibration sensor, and designed a new structure of non-contact optical vibration sensor. Use this structure, expect accuracy of 0.1um can be obtained in the range of 1mm. At the same time, this system is simple, anti-interference ability, high reliability and ease of practical.

Downhole storage pressure gauge should meet the requirements of high strength, high temperature resistance, vibration resistance, and high reliability when hydraulic fracturing. Downhole storage pressure gauge has been designed. Based on the working principle, the logic diagram for reliable analysis has been built, which has been connected by five units in series. With the modules of electronic component and integrated circuit, the operating failure rates of the five units have been calculated. The reliability and Mean Time Between Failure of downhole storage pressure gauge have been obtained. The high reliability of the downhole storage pressure gauge can satisfy the measuring demand for pressure and temperature when hydraulic fracturing.

The study is limit-locking mechanism of space cable-strut deployable articulated mast. On the base of structure and working principle, the mechanism’s failure in ant-dislocation locking is analyzed and a new analytical model of reliability has been constructed. In the process of calculating reliability index, the factors such as size, assembly error, and space environment influence have been taken into consideration, and the method of MFOSM (Mean First Order Second Moment) has been applied. Based on the actual size of the mechanism, reliabilities of mechanism ant-dislocation locking have been calculated at both room temperature and space limit temperature. The main influencing factors have been analyzed and the improvement has been put forward. Calculations show that the new model has a high reliability in ant-dislocation locking.

According to this method, we design the three-cylinder reciprocating single acting pneumatic high-pressure mud pump, and give the details of PLC control system and high-pressure pump body, finally briefly describe the working principle and the experimental results.
