This article describes the design of a interface chip with serial port expansion circuit of computer in industrial applications. It is used to connect with 422 and RS232 interfaces. Circuits involved several major chip such as the interface of 422 and RS232 and UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter)16C550 Inside the computer. Paper describes the composition of the hardware circuit, theory and implementation and initialization programming of URAT interface chip. We use interface chip with the FIFO to the circuit, It improves the efficiency of the application software, And it solves the problem of insufficient of computer serial port.

The sound gathering and broadcasting system in which the TMS320VC5416 is as the control center, the TLV320AIC23 as the codec and G.711 as coding standard is presented in this paper. The composition of the system, the design of the hardware circuit and the programming method of the software are proposed. The configuration mode of the Multichannel Buffered Serial Port (McBSP0 and McBSP1) of TMS320VC5416 and that of the control interface and the digital audio interface of the codec chip TLV320AIC23 are determined. The system realizes the storage and transmission of the digit audio signals well and obtains a high grade effect in time, with DSP chip processing the digit audio signals by means of the G.711 code standard.

Currently integrated network controller could implement data transmission through Internet. But commonly they have higher power consumption, fewer channels which could not be changed and less TCP/IP connection. A remote data acquisition technology based on embedded real-time operating system RT-Thread is presented in this paper. Server and client were constructed respectively according to TCP/IP protocol stack provided by operating system itself. Hardware circuit was centered with large capacity enhanced MCU named STM32F103ZET6. Ethernet interface chip DM9000AEP and network connection HR911105A were applied in our system. Socket API interface functions provided by RT-Thread were utilized in client and server software programs. Experimental results show that this system needs less hardware sources to implement more TCP/IP connections during remote data acquisition process.

<p>This paper designs a smart card chip reader based on STM32, and gives a block diagram of the overall design of the system. It introduces the design of the peripheral hardware circuit of the main control chip STM32F103CBT6 and the RF processing chip THM3070, and the format of data communication between each part and flow chart. The communication between the host computer and the reader adopts the USB CCID protocol, which supports the USB full-speed communication rate of 12Mbps, improves the interrupt response, and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional serial port-based readers with low communication speed and poor interrupt response. At the same time, it realizes data interaction with the PC/SC standard PC application and has better versatility</p>

Based on the widely used USB communication technology, when the speed requirement is not too high using USB controller chip with I2C bus develops USB interface, you can reduce the use of pin microcontroller ATmega8, simplify connection circuit. This article describes the design method of a Philips company with I2C interface USB interface chip PDIUSBD11, as well as the peripheral hardware circuit connection and USB HID class program design method. The test results show that can reliably achieve communication function between USB and computer, and has good application value.

This paper analyzes the Flash Memory interface, SDRAM interface, Ethernet interface and Serial-port expansion circuit. The Embedded Multi-channel Data Acquisition System is designed by MCF5272 microprocessor. The main control system of MCF5272 includes SDRAM, Flash and BDM interface and so on. At the software design, we main introduce the compile and develop of bootload and the compiler and debugging environment of μClinux build. On this base, the general methods and points of the embedded system hardware design were summarized.

In the background of requirement which apply in aerospace remote measurement electronic equipment, a new requirement for the universal degree to the remote measurement system is proposed. This paper design communicating solutions of the multi-interface device, hardware circuit,FPGA as the core logic controller, coordinating RS-422 interface chip, Ethernet controller W5300,USB-FIFO,FT245 interface chip and other functional modules. The communication equipment has a variety of interfaces; achieve the reliability of transmission of high data rate. This has been applied for engineering practice and improves the efficiency of the design of the remote measurement equipment and maintenance.

The purpose is to achieve drive controller of PMSM connect with industrial control configuration software seamless and to meet the industrial configuration software in the demand for motor to realize intelligent control. A software interface was designed and implemented about motor drive controller and the PC the industrial control configuration base on Modbus_RTU serial communication protocol of industrial control. One kind of design and implementation methods have been proposed in the communication interfaces for industrial applications scalable multiselectivity. Using the latest high-performance multiprotocol transceiver device pin programmable SP339 as the lower machine communications chip designed optional multi-interface hardware circuit with DSP TMS320F2812 as the processor. The interface program was studied with regard to C language software of lower machine and control configuration software of PC. Database creation, data acquisition, and animation links of PC configuration software are realized. Online debugging results meet the design requirements on account of PC control configuration software and the lower machine controller hardware and software.

Although ultra-thin sectioning techniques are widely used in the biological sciences, their applications are somewhat less popular but very useful in industrial applications. This presentation will review several specific applications where ultra-thin sectioning techniques have proven invaluable.The preparation of samples for sectioning usually involves embedding in an epoxy resin. Araldite 6005 Resin and Hardener are mixed so that the hardness of the embedding medium matches that of the sample to reduce any distortion of the sample during the sectioning process. No dehydration series are needed to prepare our usual samples for embedding, but some types require hardening and staining steps. The embedded samples are sectioned with either a prototype of a Porter-Blum Microtome or an LKB Ultrotome III. Both instruments are equipped with diamond knives.In the study of photographic film, the distribution of the developed silver particles through the layer is important to the image tone and/or scattering power. Also, the morphology of the developed silver is an important factor, and cross sections will show this structure.
