With the development of the world economy, there is a growing emphasis on coordination with the surrounding environment and sustainability. The protection of the ecological environment and sustainable development has become the most pressing issues facing countries around the world when we has into the 21st century. Based on this situation, various fields are more and more emphasis on energy conservation and protection of nature, the traditional packaging materials and design obviously can not meet this requirement. So it is spurred to take full account of environmental design packaging with select packaging materials, explore a new model and method. Therefore spending on between the environmental pollution and market conflict. The designers and engineers must work toward the long-term development goals of protecting the environment and resources, it also requires a new environmentally friendly packaging design with new environmentally friendly materials match, both as an important integral part of packaging is dispensable not give up on the design considerations, to fully consider the aesthetic psychology of buyers can not only consider the functional, and also can not give up too much to satisfy consumer aesthetic of functional and environmentally friendly standards. Therefore, we need to fully study the basic demands of the modern green packaging materials and modern packaging design, give full consideration to the practical application of the environmentally friendly materials in the design.

The term sustainable consumption is not only a behavior type in marketing and a just consumption behavior, it is more than this. Sustainable or responsible consumption behavior can change the world. Sustainable consumption concept has been investigated widely in the literature and factors that effecting sustainable consumption or being a green consumer has been investigated recently, too. But the relationship between sustainable development and consumer behavior isn't investigated sufficiently. After 2030 Sustainable Development Goals set up, responsibilities and roles have been an important issue to achieve sustainable development in the long term. In this point, this study aims to investigate the consumer role for sustainable development goals through sustainable consumption patterns and trends.

With the development of science and technology and the progress of human society,We gradually know that survival environment is worsening, the further development of the economy has been restricted. These problems directly affect the reproduction of human civilization,So our country put forward the strategy of sustainable development. The concept of green packaging design is adapted to the demand of the times,in order to explore the application of the green idea in the packaging design.Green packaging design needs to consider packaging materials, this will affect the packaging cost. The 60% ~ 80% of the packaging cost have been confirmed in the product design stage.Green packaging structure design should be considered, the structure of reasonable design of packaging, not only can reduce cost, but also reduce the adverse impact on the environment. When we need to use the least amount of packaging materials,a sphere is the best choice. The height of the cylinder is equal to the radius of 2 times through calculation,Its surface area is smallest.Green packaging, therefore, on the one hand, can avoid the waste of resources, let our design work can be harmonious with our living environment.

This paper focuses on the natural packaging materials. Based on the research and exploration of natural packaging materials and green packaging design, t describes some Ideas such as "unity of heaven and man","the isomorphism", combining with the idea of the traditional packaging design. The concept of nationality and the green design are blended in packaging design so as that it has unique chinese flavour and embodies the spirit of primitive art, Then the design make full use of the advantages of natural materials at the same times.

In today's society, with the widely promotion of green food, the philosophy of environmental protection has become the normal way of thinking for green packaging design. Call for green, advocation on green and low carbon life are becoming the inevitable trend of green packaging. Therefore, to use the superiority of environmentally friendly materials, to select the environmentally friendly materials which are natural, healthy and pollution-free and to fully apply environmentally friendly materials in food packaging design have become the goals that the green food packaging design must achieve.

This paper research the features of green packaging design, and the priority sequence and principles to follow during product design process. Taking the whole product life cycle into consideration , the research endeavors to make the actual product packaging design process, from raw material selection, the production, use, recovery of packaging materials, to waste processing, meet the requirements of environmental protection and human health, so that the rate of reusing waste packaging materials could be greatly increased, and the direct or indirect environmental pollution will be reduced or even eliminated after the packaging materials are abandoned.

Sustainable development is not only a national goal but also a global concern as climate change and the impacts of environmental pollution are changing the quality of life and threatening human existence. Sustainable development goals are covered in all aspects of life, including medical activities and community health care. As a component of the health system, hospitals not only perform medical examination and treatment as well as research on treatment methods but also ensure the conditions for achieving sustainable development goals and other non-medical targets of the health sector. The paper focuses on analyzing the Green hospital model and the need to build this model in the implementation of the sustainable development goals. Keywords Sustainable Development, Health, Green Hospital, Policy, Green health ecosystem. The world is now raging with the debate of whether biofuel can be called an environmentally friendly fuel given its lifecycle impacts on people, land, air, andwater. One school of thought suggests that biofuel production does not have an impact on people, land, air, and water. Whereas, there is another school that shows through consistent work that there is an impact on different elements of nature within the planet from biofuel production. Policy makers of different countries of the world are also in a transient phase about their biofuel policies. There is also a politics regarding which school of thought will dominate the policymaking related to the biofuel sector. Such a politics will have a long-term impact on the sustainability of the world by affecting the social, economic, and environmental domains of sustainability. This chapter raises these concerns to provoke thoughts in the minds of the reader.

In 2015, the UN Conference adopted the Sustainable Human Development Goals for 2016-2030, supported by all countries, including Russia. The article analyzes the task of adapting the UN SDG from the standpoint of the possibility of including indicators of the digital economy in these Goals for Russia. Key economic, social and environmental indicators of the digital economy, which most reflect the country’s sustainable development objectives, have been proposed. The particular difficulties in Russia and the world are caused by the identification of adequate indicators of the digital economy and their quantitative interpretation for environmental SDGs, which is caused by an insufficient statistical base. The integral index of the digital economy and society and the place of Russia in the world from the standpoint of this index are analyzed. It is advisable in the country to develop and adopt in one form or another its own long-term Sustainable Development Strategy that takes into account the SDGs, and the development of the digital economy will be an important driver for its implementation. и развитие цифровой экономики будет важным драйвером ее реализации.
