In order to meet the market demand for carpet sampling, designed a NC control system by analyzing the working principle of Axminster loom, the upper computer program could extract, analyze and process the pixel information from image and to communicate with the lower system instantaneity via Ethernet and send the information of the picture to the lower system. The lower system combines with the Servo control and motion control program, making each part of the system move precisely and coordinately. The system can make carpet sample more efficiently with high quality. The result showed that this control system has practical application value.

With the progress of our society, the consumer needs present a trend of individuation. Hence the manufacturing modes of many products change to individual character manufacturing mode, in which the producer should acquire the customer needs exactly and timely and translate them to high quality products. In this process, quality control plays a key role. This paper develops a quality control system, in which a synthetic process quality judging method against individual manufacturing is adopted. The method makes up the blemish of traditional SPC method and can work well even when it lacks enough data. The practical application of the system has proved its effectiveness and practicability.

A remotely controlled energy saving combustion control system is developed in this paper. The system includes three parts: upper computer, communication program between upper and lower computer, lower computer control program. Friendly human-machine interface is designed by Labview, which realizes the remote control of PLC; With Visual C, a standard dynamic link library is designed and debugged, by which the serial communication between PC and PLC can be realized; According to the scheme of air-fuel ratio, the control programs are achieved by PLC, which realizes energy saving combustion. The results of experiment in PLC experimental platform shows that the PC can effectively control the PLC .The scheme of air-fuel ratio is similar with the actual situation.

This paper, on the basis of motion control, studies the development status of servo control home and abroad and analyzes in-depth the various components of the AC servo control system and the parameter confirmation of the controller. It discusses the approximate processing on control system and simplification of passing functions and uses the best second-order tuning to set the project for the current loop Pl adjustment device, simplifying the current loop into an inertia link.

An open architecture NC system of flame cutting machine applied in auto white-body welding line manufacturing is developed in this paper. The general planning and the composition of the NC system is presented based on IPC and Trio MC206 motion card, the hardware and software of the control system are designed detailedly. IPC management software developed by using C# language in Visual Studio 2008 and rock-bottom control program of Trio control card developed in Motion Perfect2 are realized. The application results show that the NC system of flame cutting machine is reliable and stable which can meet the requirements of auto white-body manufacturing perfectly.

MC206X motion controller being chosen as the core of the system, this paper built the control system of a planar five-bar parallel robot, achieved the debugging of the hardware of a full servo control system, developed the Motion Perfect software system on the basis of the Windows-based operating system to complete the planning and control of continuous paths.

The application of uCOS-II and LabVIEW in the development of Stirling Engine fuel supply electric control system was described in this paper. In embedded system, a control program with multilayer structure was designed based on uCOS-II. In upper computer, a LabVIEW virtual instruments IDE was used to achieve features such as remote control, identify series number automatically, display and record signal in real-time. The operation of the whole control system was proved precisely and stability through experiment.

This article takes the natural gas hot-dip galvanizing kiln as the research object, designing a set of networked control system based on PROFIBUS, introducing the combustion system design of the natural gas kiln and the general structure of control system, and developing PLC control program and human-computer interface of the upper computer, and realizing network monitoring. It has been found that the stably running system provides powerful tools for product quality control and optimal operation management.

In view of the mask projection stereolithography of rapid prototyping technology, the hardware system of the mask exposal forming machine is constructed of a carriage, a resin tank, stepping motor, ball screw and other components. And its working principle is introduced. Based on googol motion control card, software control system is developed in VC6.0 environment, provides a human-computer interactive platform for operators. And the experiments show that the system can run reliably.

SERCOS is an international standard for communication in the digital servo system and electrical drives. It has been increasingly used in industrial automation equipment. This paper introduces the working principle and property of the SERCOS interface, and the SERCOS bus technology is used in the multi-axis motion control system. The PC coordinately control the slave computer through SERCOS bus. At the same time, PC will receive the feedback information of motion parameters timely, which can enhance the flexibility of the control system. SERCOS realizes the multi-axis motion based on the TwinCAT software platform, which has verified the rationality and feasibility of the control structure.

We describe the design and performance of the digital servo and motion control system for the 6-meter parabolic antennas of the Submillimeter Array (SMA) on Mauna Kea, Hawaii. The system is divided into three nested layers operating at a different, appropriate bandwidth. (1) A rack-mounted, real-time Unix system runs the position loop which reads the high resolution azimuth and elevation encoders and sends velocity and acceleration commands at 100 Hz to a custom-designed servo control board (SCB). (2) The microcontroller-based SCB reads the motor axis tachometers and implements the velocity loop by sending torque commands to the motor amplifiers at 558 Hz. (3) The motor amplifiers implement the torque loop by monitoring and sending current to the three-phase brushless drive motors at 20 kHz. The velocity loop uses a traditional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm, while the position loop uses only a proportional term and implements a command shaper based on the Gauss error function. Calibration factors and software filters are applied to the tachometer feedback prior to the application of the servo gains in the torque computations. All of these parameters are remotely adjustable in the software. The three layers of the control system monitor each other and are capable of shutting down the system safely if a failure or anomaly occurs. The Unix system continuously relays the antenna status to the central observatory computer via reflective memory. In each antenna, a Palm Vx hand controller displays the complete system status and allows full local control of the drives in an intuitive touchscreen user interface. The hand controller can also be connected outside the cabin, a major convenience during the frequent reconfigurations of the interferometer. Excellent tracking performance (~ 0.3′′ rms) is achieved with this system. It has been in reliable operation on 8 antennas for over 10 years and has required minimal maintenance.
