t becomes increasingly apparent that the petrochemical industry park, a new-type industry park, is being plagued during its ecological construction process by such problems as improper management, backward infrastructure construction, weakening function of administrative departments, and the shortage of eco-industrial technologies, potent guiding policy and support. Therefore, it is crucial to take effective measures, perfect the infrastructure construction of the ecological industry park, strengthen the function of the administrative departments, promote the technological innovation policies, strive for the development of ecological industry technologies, enhance the policy guidance and support on the ecological industry park, promote the clean production, develop the circular economy, properly conduct the ecological management of the petrochemical park, and improve the level of the ecological construction of the petrochemical park. Petrochemical industry is an industry of high energy consumption and high carbon emission. It’s the bounden duty for this industry to select the low carbon economy development path. This paper analyzes the development restricting factors of the present petrochemical industry. Furthermore, this paper expounds the development implementation path of the new petrochemical industry from the following five aspects, such as to optimize the low carbon energy structure, achieve the implementation of ecological construction both in industry and enterprises, increase the technical support and management support for the low carbon transition of petrochemical industry, strengthen the Omni directional penetration depth of the low-carbon awareness and so on.

At present, the issue of carbon emissions from buildings has become a hot topic, and carbon emission reduction is also becoming a political and economic contest for countries. As a result, the government and researchers have gradually begun to attach great importance to the industrialization of low-carbon and energy-saving buildings. The rise of prefabricated buildings has promoted a major transformation of the construction methods in the construction industry, which is conducive to reducing the consumption of resources and energy, and of great significance in promoting the low-carbon emission reduction of industrial buildings. This article mainly studies the calculation model for carbon emissions of the three-stage life cycle of component production, logistics transportation, and on-site installation in the whole construction process of composite beams for prefabricated buildings. The construction of CG-2 composite beams in Fujian province, China, was taken as the example. Based on the life cycle assessment method, carbon emissions from the actual construction process of composite beams were evaluated, and that generated by the composite beam components during the transportation stage by using diesel, gasoline, and electric energy consumption methods were compared in detail. The results show that (1) the carbon emissions generated by composite beams during the production stage were relatively high, accounting for 80.8% of the total carbon emissions, while during the transport stage and installation stage, they only accounted for 7.6% and 11.6%, respectively; and (2) during the transportation stage with three different energy-consuming trucks, the carbon emissions from diesel fuel trucks were higher, reaching 186.05 kg, followed by gasoline trucks, which generated about 115.68 kg; electric trucks produced the lowest, only 12.24 kg.

Abstract This article addresses the experiences of Finnish frontline social workers during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in the spring of 2020. Two questions are addressed. First, ‘what types of challenges social work professionals faced’ in their everyday, ‘glocal’ pandemic setting and, second, what types of solutions they developed to meet these challenges. The data consist of 33 personal diaries that social work professionals created from mid-March to the end of May 2020. The diaries are analysed by a thematic content analysis and placed within the framework of a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis. The results suggest that the pandemic challenged social work at all levels, from face-to-face interactions to its global relations. The pandemic revealed not only the number of existing problems of social work, but also created new types of challenges. It demanded ultimate resilience from social workers and a new type of adaptive governance from social welfare institutions.

Aimed at existing problems on the bending performance of pneumatic bending joint, a new type of pneumatic bending joint is proposed in this paper. Double flexible pneumatic actuators are used as actuating drivers. Based on the first law of thermodynamics and the joint dynamic equation, the angle dynamic model is established and analyzed. Moreover simplified model is proposed. Meanwhile, its dynamic characteristic is analyzed through simulation analysis. The simulation suggests the following results: in the gas-filled phase, the joint’s pressure response time is about 10ms; while it is about 60ms in the gas-escape phase; and the angle response time of joint is 10 to 20ms. When the joint damping coefficient is increasing, this value will also increase.

At present, it is so prominent in the development of the petrochemical industry in China,and it is accompanied by petrochemical wastewater, which has become a big problem need to solve urgently.Because petrochemical wastewater mainly contains benzene-compound, organic matter, high salt wastewater and oil sewage, etc. They are very damaging and highly contaminated. The composition and properties of the petrochemical wastewater were introduced firstly, the current situation of petrochemical wastewater treatment at home and abroad were reviewed in the study. Especially the development of petrochemical industry in sichuan was introduced. Based on the present situation and the existing problems, put forward some countermeasures and expect technique develop direction in the future.

By comparing industrial organization models and synthetically efficient analysis of different organization models of production for resources industries, ways and countermeasures to the ecological development for the mineral resources industries in West China were put forward, in terms of the transformation of organization models of industrial clusters, integration of industrial cycle organization models, reconstruction of industrial ecology organization models and so on.

In order to reducing the worker's labor intensity in tobacco sewing, a new machine adoption with single thread sewing technology was developed. Through analyzing the existing problems in sewing machine and the tobacco damage situation, using drawing method, analytic method and other methods, the shape of the sewing component, hook line components and other mating parts were designed. The results show that the machine has the advantages of simple structure, controllable sewing speed, adjustable leaf thickness and quantity. And the tobacco leaf damage rate is low. The comprehensive efficiency in tobacco leaf knitting with this machine is four times higher than that with hand knitting. Its application prospect is considerable.

Insulation pull rods are commonly used tools and instruments in the replacement of insulators for live work. Traditional hard insulated pull rods are difficult to transport and assemble due to their large deflection, especially due to the long and heavy weight of insulated pull rods used in UHV live operations, the difficulties in the above links are more obvious. In view of the existing problems in the use of the existing insulated pull rods, by studying the overall processing type, the soft pull rod weaving process, the technology of tightly combining the core rod and the protective cover, the technology of connecting the core rod and the metal, etc., a new type suitable for live transmission lines has been developed.
