Reuse of old industrial building is an important subject industrial structural adjustment and urban planning, as well as is part sustainable development strategy in China. China has some progress in this subject in recent years, but there are still many problems in the process of reuse and renovation of old industrial buildings. This thesis briefly introduces the present situation and existing problems in the transformation of old industrial buildings reuse, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.

In modern society, the development of urbanization process makes the increasing waste concrete and natural aggregate resource increasingly drying up. Recycled concrete research has become the inevitable development of society. This paper briefly introduces the research status of waste concrete recycling, and points out the current waste engineering application research status and existing problems of the concrete utilization. The industrialization of recycled concrete is in accordance with the needs of environmental protection and sustainable development strategy.

At present, it is so prominent in the development of the petrochemical industry in China，and it is accompanied by petrochemical wastewater, which has become a big problem need to solve urgently.Because petrochemical wastewater mainly contains benzene-compound, organic matter, high salt wastewater and oil sewage, etc. They are very damaging and highly contaminated. The composition and properties of the petrochemical wastewater were introduced firstly, the current situation of petrochemical wastewater treatment at home and abroad were reviewed in the study. Especially the development of petrochemical industry in sichuan was introduced. Based on the present situation and the existing problems, put forward some countermeasures and expect technique develop direction in the future.

To make the industry sustainable development, the Evaluation Standard for Green Industrial Building will be published in China. And the green lighting, as an important aspect of green industrial buildings has been emphasized in this standard. This paper introduces the green industrial buildings and the green lighting. The method of industrial buildings green lighting design based on DIALux has been proposed. The example of industrial building lighting based on green design is presented and simulation result shows that a large proportion of power consumption can be saved with ordinary metal halide lamps and symmetrical luminaries.

The definition of «restoration-reconstructive transformation» (RRT) is given as a complex process of interconnected restoration and reconstruction changes in buildings, open urban spaces and urban architectural environment as a whole to increase value and integrity and move them to a new qualitative level. Introduced as uniting all restoration and reconstructive qualitative changes – transformations. Depending on the activity of the intervention, four degrees of RRT were identified: preservation, amplification, correction and change. Preservation and amplification – referred to the restoration, correction and change – to the reconstructive transformations. For each degree of PPT, the corresponding methods are highlighted. The restoration ones correspond to the I and II degrees of the RRT – preservation and amplification. Reconstructive – III and IV degrees of RRT – to correction and change. Their classification is proposed: 1) according to the activity of intervention on: preserving, restoring, renewing and transforming. Preserving and restoring – restoration, renewing and transforming – reconstructive; 2) for the implementation of qualitative changes at different system levels: urban planning, volumetric and functional. Based on the generalization of existing problems that violate the sustainable development of small historical towns and must be solved during the RRT in them, namely: urban planning, architectural, utilitarian-functional, infrastructural, ecological and socio-economic, 5 components of the complex process of RRT their historical centers were identified – ecological, historical-cultural, infrastructural, social and economic. For each component the tasks are outlined. They should be solved at the selected 4 system levels: urban planning, volumetric, functional, socio-economic.

This article introduces the current situation of Guangdong energy supply and electricity consumption, analyses the electricity structure and existing problems and points out that in order to meet the social demand for electricity and sustainable development of Guangdong province, it must expand the scale of West-East electricity transmission, build large-scale super-critical generation units, accelerate building nuclear power station, build LNG generation units in the load centers, promote the growth of wind- electricity, develop flue gas desurlphurization and denitrification technology, etc.

<p class="apa">The foreign students’ education has a great influence on the internationalization of higher education and the reputation of university. Since the 21st century, the foreign students’ education has developed rapidly and has been extending continuously in Shandong Province. However, a series of problems still exist, such as the imperfect of the specialty structure and curriculum, which have impeded the sustainable development of the foreign students’ education.
