The whole structure of a new hydraulic support is designed according to the special working conditions, and the main parameters on its structure and dimension are calculated based on the whole structure and the corresponding formula about the structure design of hydraulic support. The entity of the new hydraulic support is modeled with Pro/E, and the whole assembling of hydraulic support is accomplished based on the former structure and dimension. Thus the dynamic simulation based on the entity model is done with Pro/E given the simulation data derived from the actual working status, and the screen shot of 3 key time nodes among the whole movement process is got, finally the simulation results prove that the design and three dimensional model are correct and available.

With the increasing of the number of cars, people are also getting higher and higher demands on the performance of the car, and especially pay attention to the improvement and optimization of automobile transmission system. The transmission is a key part of automobile transmission system, and transmission performance and stability depend on the synchronous machine, so in order to make the vehicle transmission system with higher efficiency, it is necessary to study the synchronous machine. On the basis of elaborating synchronous machine working principle, the use of dynamics theory to establish mathematical model of synchronous machine system, and to carry out the simulation of synchronous machine three-dimensional model in PRO/E environment, then the use of virtual prototype technology to optimize the parameters of synchronous machine, thereby improving the performance of synchronous machine.

Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.

Many biological processes, including tissue morphogenesis, are driven by cell sorting. However, the primary mechanical drivers of sorting in multicellular aggregates (MCAs) remain controversial, in part because there is no appropriate computational model to probe mechanical interactions between cells. To address this important issue, we developed a three-dimensional, local force-based simulation based on the subcellular element method. In our method, cells are modelled as collections of locally interacting force-bearing elements. We use the method to investigate the effects of tension and cell–cell adhesion on MCA sorting. We predict a minimum level of adhesion to produce inside-out sorting of two cell types, which is in excellent agreement with observations in several developmental systems. We also predict the level of tension asymmetry needed for robust sorting. The generality and flexibility of the method make it applicable to tissue self-organization in a myriad of other biological processes, such as tumorigenesis and embryogenesis.

Based on the human engineering theory the structure of the new Basketball wheelchair is designed. And the three dimensional model is drawn by means of the PRO/E software after the design. Next, the finite element analysis computation on the wheelchair structure is completed under the four work conditions by I-DEAS software. The result shows that its intensity satisfies the operation requirements and proves that the new Basketball wheelchair is comfortable, safe and reliable. The research of this paper has a more vital significance for enhancing the performance of basketball wheelchair and the development level of sport wheelchair.

The three-dimensional model of new rotor was imported into EDEM for dynamic simulation, the maximum speed and force were analysied in the EDEM,indicating that the material along the deterministic trajectory collide with the impact plate for second acceleration after the first acceleration in new rotor, the velocity after second acceleration was 2.3 times than the first acceleration.The impact force and angle did not substantial effect on the second acceleration by comprehensive comparing,the 69m/s speed and less impact force were generated in the new rotor with 2° impact plate installation angle.

Based on WN gear characteristics and considering system error, a multi-degree-freedom (Tangential-Radial-Axial) dynamics analysis model after coupling friction was established. In this article, we established the three-dimensional solid model by using PROE and then imported WN gear’ three-dimensional model into Ansys software through the data interface of Ansys software and PROE software and conducted a three-dimensional simulation anasys of the impact of dynamic contact. By applying load, the stress analysis of WN gear was conducted and the WN gear’s the effective stress clouds was gotten. Meanwhile, basing on ANSYS / LS-DYNA, it established the rigid-flexible body of gear dynamic contact model and analyzed the dynamic simulation anasys of WN gear. The results demonstrated that the tangential and axial vibration of double arc gear was significantly greater than the radial vibration.

The three-dimensional model rotor of vertical shaft impact crusher was established by using the three-dimensional software Solidworks and it was imported into the discrete element software EDEM for dynamic simulation. The force of the split cone, the motion trajectory and force of the particles were analyzed in rotor by using the post-processing function of EDEM. The results show that the split cone was mainly affected by the normal action of particles. According to the definition of impact wear, it was finally determined that the wear form of the split cone is impact wear.

A three-dimensional model of two columns covering hydraulic support was created by Pro/E software. The model was imported into ABAQUS software for finite element analysis. The stresss distribution of the hydraulic support in the conditions of the top beam partial load and the base reversed was got. The result was a reference in the design and structural optimization of the hydraulic support.

In order to solve the problems that the functions of exiting upper-limbed rehabilitation robot are single and the structure is complicated, a 6-DOF exoskeleton upper-limbed rehabilitation robot is put forward. The kinematics model of the rehabilitation robot is established and kinematics positive and inverse solutions are solved using D-H transformation method. Three dimensional model of the rehabilitation robot is created by Pro/E and imported into ADAMS/view for the kinematics simulation by Mechanism/Pro. The gotten simulation results of the simulation verify the correctness of theoretical derivation and prove the smooth movement Characteristics of the scheme.
