With the rapid development of gas enterprises in this natural gas era, lean management of production and operation (especially, upstream-downstream gas source allocation) became an important premise of their long-term stable growth. Purchase and sale of gas source are the core business of gas enterprises. To maintain a stable growth, gas enterprises have to enhance the informatization of gas source management by constructing an advanced and high-efficient gas management system. To provide useful suggestions to the construction of gas management system, this paper analyzed the characteristics of gas source management and associated businesses of gas enterprises and studied the system platform technology.

In 2015 and 2017, Asset Integrity Management (AIM) System Audits were performed of a natural gas transmission and distribution company. The AIM systems were evaluated as part of a National Facilities Audit (NFA) for the Trinidad and Tobago T&T) Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI) and for the company directly. To allow comparison of the company-sponsored audit with the NFA performed for the MEEI, the audit protocol and methodology used the same scoring system and benchmarking in both cases. This paper presents the results, divided as Notable Mentions and Opportunities for Improvement for the company. The findings are discussed in the context of the national oil & gas industry in Trinidad and Tobago, and the long-term vision and efforts of the company to improve its AIM performance.

In this report, the results of the selection of firefighting vehicles based on the “Feasibility Study of Vietnam Fire and Disaster Prevention Agency Improvement Project through ODA Project I” are summarized. Population, jurisdictional area, and population density were analyzed in 58 provinces and in terms of fire response. The evidence of the age of firefighting vehicles, the number of firefighting targets, and the trend of reinforcement of firefighting vehicles over the past four years was identified. Because Vietnam is undergoing rapid urbanization and industrialization at the same time, firefighting conditions are changing quickly, and the demand for firefighting is expected to increase rapidly. Such an ODA support project can contribute to improving the supply ratio of firefighting vehicles in Vietnam and reducing damage to life and property resulting from fire. In the long term, the improvement of safety in the field of firefighting and disaster prevention is expected to contribute to the stable growth of the economy of Vietnam, which is undergoing rapid development. As the basis for selection to support firefighting vehicles, the total number of firefighting vehicles in Vietnam was determined based on area, population, population density, number of firefighting vehicles in each region, degree of deterioration, number of firefighting targets by region, and reinforcement performance of firefighting vehicles in each region for the past four years. It was possible to obtain the results for pump trucks, ladder trucks, and wreckers in 12 areas in 58 provinces.

With more and more public attention and rapid development of computer and information technology, it is necessary for comprehensive games being equipped with sports training information management system. In this paper, this system carries on collecting ,analyzing, and diagnosing the correlative training information of the athlete, and image analysis and real-time feedback of the technical action, in order to strengthen the high efficient management and training mode for sports team supporting by computer information technology. With the support of this system, the coach can pay more attention to athlete's individual character in proceeding the training, so as to avoid that high level athlete appear the phenomenon that the achievement stagnates for a long time.

The modern oil and gas industry is heavily dependent on the processes and trends driven by the accelerating digitalization of the economy. Thus, the digitalization of the oil and gas sector has become Russia’s top priority, which involves a technological and structural transformation of all production processes and stages.Aim. The presented study aims to identify the major trends and prospects of development of the Russian oil and gas sector in the context of its digitalization and formation of the digital economy.Tasks. The authors analyze the major trends in the development of the oil and gas industry at a global scale and in Russia with allowance for the prospects of accelerated exploration of the Arctic; determine the best practices of implementation of digital technologies by oil and gas companies as well as the prospects and obstacles for the subsequent transfer of digital technologies to the Russian oil and gas industry.Methods. This study uses general scientific methods, such as analysis, synthesis, and scientific generalization.Results. Arctic hydrocarbons will become increasingly important to Russia in the long term, and their exploration and production will require the implementation of innovative technologies. Priority directions for the development of many oil and gas producers will include active application of digital technologies as a whole (different types of robots that could replace people in performing complex procedures), processing and analysis of big data using artificial intelligence to optimize processes, particularly in the field of exploration and production, processing and transportation. Digitalization of the oil and gas sector is a powerful factor in the improvement of the efficiency of the Russian economy. However, Russian companies are notably lagging behind in this field of innovative development and there are problems and high risks that need to be overcome to realize its potential for business and society.Conclusions. Given the strategic importance of the oil and gas industry for Russia, its sustainable development and national security, it is recommendable to focus on the development and implementation of digital technologies. This is crucial for the digitalization of long-term projection and strategic planning, assessment of the role and place of Russia and its largest energy companies in the global market with allowance for a maximum number of different internal and external factors.

With the rapid development of the economy, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is receiving increasing attention from companies themselves, but also increasing attention from society as a whole. How to reasonably evaluate the performance of CSR is a current research hotspot. Existing corporate-social-responsibility evaluation methods mostly focus on the static evaluation of enterprises in the industry, and do not take the time factor into account, which cannot reflect the performance of long-term CSR. On this basis, this article proposes a time-based entropy method that can evaluate long-term changes in CSR. Studies have shown that the completion of CSR in a static state does not necessarily reflect the dynamic and increasing trend of CSR in the long term. Therefore, the assessment of CSR should consider both the static and dynamic aspects of a company. In addition, the research provides the focus of different types of forestry enterprises in fulfilling CSR in the long term, and provides a clearer information path for the standard identification and normative constraints of different types of forestry enterprises CSR.

Abstract This study has two main objectives: first, it assesses the effect of outbreak pandemic diseases on the French firms’ stock returns by considering the sector of activity as the main center of analysis. Second, it investigates the role of the crisis management system, firm debt strategy, and monetary policy in dealing with the adverse shocks of the major outbreak of the COVID-19. The study results can be summarized as follows: (1) the daily growth in COVID-19 cases and deaths are associated with lower stock returns of the listed firms, especially for the firms operating in the energy, industrial and health care sectors. In contrast, telecommunication and consumer sectors are not significantly affected. (2) The pandemic’s adverse effect is much more tolerant with the French firms with an efficient crisis management system and low long-term debt commitments than the firms that do not have such a system and engaged with long term debts. (3) Euribor rates and monetary policy are still playing an essential role during the pandemic period.
