Considering the major changes that continue to occur in today's society, the constant practice of physical education and sport activities represents a necessary condition to reduce/remove the negative mental tension. The habit to participate in motricity activity has to be developed and learned since early childhood and once reached maturity, the adult acknowledges the necessity of it, the usefulness and benefits of practicing this type of activities leads to a healthy lifestyle.The young people’s openness towards different forms of physical exercise, on medium and long term, has a decisive role in maintaining a good state of health, of promoting sets of values, behavioral, social and personal attitudes. The purposiveness of these actions determines young men’s development with direct positive effects concerning the way of displaying social-relational and professional demonstrations. The scope of this research becomes two-pronged: firstly, it aims to find out what are the young people’s views concerning the importance of performing physical education activities so that to minimize the mental tension states, all these with positive effects towards bio motion potential, linked with a high return of the academic activity and within the social relations. Secondly, the scope is to know if participating in such activities will generate the increase of the satisfaction level through relaxation and tension release.

Abstract The importance of sports activities nowadays is showing their effects on the future development of children, extracurricular activities come in the help of the physical education teacher with benefits on children's development. Our study focuses on revealing the importance of extracurricular sports activities in the process of children's socialization and integration. The research sample was formed from two different groups, the experimental group was formed by 25 students (age 10 ± 2.1 years, 13 boys, and 12 girls), that practiced 2 hours a week physical education and other 2 hours a week extracurricular activities like basketball and volleyball; and the sample group formed by 24 students (age 10 ± 1.8 years, 12 boys and 12 girls), that practiced 2 hours a week classic physical education. The results showed us that extracurricular activities have a good impact on children's socialization and integration, the experimental group improved their coefficient of group cohesion from 0.04 at the initial testing to 0.06 at the final test, and the index of cohesion from 0.02 at the initial test to 0.05 at the final testing. Significant differences were found within the experimental group both in the initial and in the final tests (p < 0.05), also significant differences were discovered between the experimental and the sample group in the final measurement (p < 0.05). Conclusions of this research presented that the experimental group had good improvements of cohesion and social integration of children, showing that extracurricular sport activities have a positive impact on improving socialization, developing cohesion and integrate the marginalized children in the social group.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of physical education and sports in promoting social values among youth. Physical education and sports plays a vital role in educating the youth regarding the importance of social values in their life. Reviewed literature investigated that the importance of association in educating both minds and body. Further, it also encourages the social values among youth that allow them to develop the social relations with their community. Moreover, the benefits of physical education and sports can influence both academic learning and physical activity of the youth.

The purpose of the study was to identify and characterize the factors that affect the efficiency of innovations implementation in the social development. Methodology. It was possible to characterize the essence and content of innovations in the social development, to identify factors that affect the efficiency of innovations implementation in the social development through the use of the methods of analysis, systematization, comparison, confronting, generalization of scientific literature and legal and regulatory framework. Results. It was found that in a broad meaning, scientists considered the social development as a change in society, resulting in new social relations, institutions, norms and values. In a narrow meaning, the social development could be seen as a change in the social structure, individual institutions of the society, as a result of which they appeared themselves in a new state. At the same time, the characteristic features of the innovative social development were: novelty for the social environment in which it was implemented; focus on meeting current social needs, solving social problems; had a practical nature of the development, involved the implementation of ideas; transformation of social relations. It was established that innovations in today's conditions were a basic condition of the social development which provided both innovative ideas and innovative methods, ways, technologies of their application. The key factors of the innovative social development were identified: legal support and financial assistance, favorable social-and-economic conditions, innovative resources, critical mass. It was found that efficiency in the implementation of the innovative social development could be achieved through the accumulation of human potential and economic support; formation of the corresponding legislative, financial, economic base; increasing the social activity of young people; modernization of social infrastructure; introduction of innovative technologies, etc. Practical importance. We hope that the results of the study, our observations and comments will contribute to the effective implementation of innovations in the social development, will help to create the necessary conditions, to develop appropriate measures to regulate the activity. Prospects for further study. In our opinion, the issues of factors influencing the quality of human potential, mechanisms of implementing social innovations, etc. can be further developed.

It is possible to develop the moral norms and skills of child’s behavior only during the process of the close interaction of an adult and a child. The consideration of the peculiarities of a psychological development of the preschoolage’s children, particularly, the presence of the coordination of the motives, is a necessary condition for the forming their moral behavior. The success of the acquisition of knowledge on the moral norms depends on the moral motives of a child and ability to analyze and estimate them. The researchers draw attention to the necessity of the development of the cognitive and intellectual component during formation of the moral behavior of preschoolage’s children. Besides, the importance of the enrichment of the common moral experience of a child and instilling of the positive character traits during the educations are underlined. A storyrole game is also one more effective mean of the moral education of the preschoolage’s children. Such games help children to build the social relations properly, to express the empathy, distinguish good and evil, encourage to commit moral acts.

The Soviet reappraisal of Stalin that began in 1986 was initially manifest only in the cultural sphere, although more recently it has spread to other domains. Anatolii Rybakov's novel Deti Arbata played a decisive role in preparing the way for a reassessment of Stalin's legacy. Its publication was immediately recognized as “an event of enormous significance,” reflecting the hunger for history and the wish to dethrone Stalin. In fact, the novel became the symbol of glasnost. It is the first novel to portray Stalin as a major character, to draw his psychological and historical portrait, and to demythologize his image. Furthermore, it does so for the first time without khitroglasie. Portraying the first generation of Soviet citizens, the children of the Arbat, it introduces the theme of exile into Soviet literature and sketches the social relations and the social psychology of the people in 1934.

Earlier neoclassical, classical, or structuralist theories [due to Rostow (1960)] considered economic growth to be a result of the right quantity and combination of saving, investment, and foreign aid, with surpluses from the primary commodityproducing sectors being channelled into capital for further growth. Accordingly, the main constraint in these growth models has been the relatively low level of capital formation available. While the above paradigm has intuitive appeal, it, however, ignores the complementarity of social-political influences on the physical variables (i.e., capital, labour, etc.) in growth and development. Urquidi (1971) argued that the social progress of a nation is a necessary condition for sustained economic growth. It is now increasingly evident that the investment in the social sectors-primary education, basic health, housing, changes in land-tenure system, social security, better social relations-are as, if not more, important than the investment in the commodity-producing sectors or related infrastructure. Diffusion auction is a new model in auction design. It can incentivize the buyers who have already joined in the auction to further diffuse the sale information to others via social relations, whereby both the seller's revenue and the social welfare can be improved. Diffusion auctions are essentially non-typical multidimensional mechanism design problems and agents' social relations are complicatedly involved with their bids. In such auctions, incentive-compatibility (IC) means it is best for every agent to honestly report her valuation and fully diffuse the sale information to all her neighbors. Existing work identified some specific mechanisms for diffusion auctions, while a general theory characterizing all incentive-compatible diffusion auctions is still missing. In this work, we identify a sufficient and necessary condition for all dominant-strategy incentive-compatible (DSIC) diffusion auctions. We formulate the monotonic allocation policies in such multidimensional problems and show that any monotonic allocation policy can be implemented in a DSIC diffusion auction mechanism. Moreover, given any monotonic allocation policy, we obtain the optimal payment policy to maximize the seller's revenue.

Abstract. In family systems, it is possible for one to put oneself at risk by eliciting aversive, high-risk behaviors from others ( Cook, Kenny, & Goldstein, 1991 ). Consequently, it is desirable that family assessments should clarify the direction of effects when evaluating family dynamics. In this paper a new method of family assessment will be presented that identifies bidirectional influence processes in family relationships. Based on the Social Relations Model (SRM: Kenny & La Voie, 1984 ), the SRM Family Assessment provides information about the give and take of family dynamics at three levels of analysis: group, individual, and dyad. The method will be briefly illustrated by the assessment of a family from the PIER Program, a randomized clinical trial of an intervention to prevent the onset of psychosis in high-risk young people.
