This study established a support tool framework for TRIZ practitioners to specify the problems statement stage in TRIZ method through utilizing the Multi Criteria Decision Method (MDCM) of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The proposed framework was analyzed and evaluated by a case study of car’s dashboard. From a list of problems and customer complaints gathered by survey, the problems were evaluated through AHP method and resulted only three major problems that should be highlighted for further steps. Results indicated that the improvement design generated by both methods could came out an appropriate new design effectively and avoided the cost waste during the product design and development processes.

For the selection of employees, there are usually many factors in fulfilling the assessment in order to get a maximum target. Especially in the field of call centers, it is required to have qualified skills which can solve problems complained of by customers. So that as a call center who receives incoming calls or can be called inbound calls, it must be the key to solving problems and be able to convey good suggestions. However, to get the value of the agent so that its performance is good, there are parameters that must be achieved, namely acd call, acd time, aux time, available time, staffed time and agent skill. best. By doing this, the monitoring system is very easy and more efficient to find out which agents are underperforming or agents who have reached the performance target. For this reason, an application with a case study was created in order to achieve the maximum target. This application will greatly help the team, namely Teamleader, Taber, Spv, Manager as they play an important role in evaluating agents in their performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the prioritized strategy in the efforts to develop freshwater fish hatchery business in South Konawe District. The research was purposively carried out in South Konawe District in September-December 2019. This was a case study in freshwater fish hatchery business, with the consideration that the hatchers have been engaging in this business for long time by providing freshwater fish seeds. The informants in this study were the owners of freshwater fish hatchery business in South Konawe District. The data was analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. It aimed to determine the strategy in developing freshwater fish hatchery businesses which is appropriate and prioritized. Based on the results of the study, it was noted that the most prioritized criteria were human resources with a weight value of 0.327, while the most prioritized alternative strategy was to conduct a comparative study on similar businesses which are considered more advanced and developed with a weight value of 0.443.

ABSTRAK PT CSD dikategorikan sebagai marginal ore deposit dengan kadar berkisar 6 gpt mengacu pada klasifikasi kadar emas di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, strategi penambangan menjadi pertimbangan penting untuk mendapatkan nilai yang lebih ekonomis (Purwanto, 2015). Berdasarkan laporan investigasi geoteknik, ratio tekanan in-situ vertikal dan horizontal di Cibaliung adalah 4.8 MPa:9.2 Mpa atau 1:2, yang berarti tekanan horizontal di Cibaliung dua kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tekanan vertikalnya (Campi dan Dugan, 2004). Secara sederhana bisa disimpukan bahwa strategi untuk mempercepat aktifitas produksi secara aman lebih baik dilakukan penambahan ketinggian pada bukaan front produksi dari pada memperlebar dimensi bukaan. Dari sudut pandang biaya pengerjaan bukaan front, biaya metode full face lebih murah ketimbang metode top heading and benching. Adapun untuk tingkat keamanan maka berlaku sebaliknya (Bin Zhu dan Xiaojing Shi, 2013). Analisa keekonomisan pada kegiatan penambangan perlu juga mempertimbangkan tonase ore yang terekstrak/perolehan logam Au untuk menentukan skema mana yang paling sesuai. Pemilihan skema penambangan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan tiga kriteria (kestabilan, biaya penambangan, tonase ore) dan empat pilihan skema (full face 1, full face 2, THB 1 dan THB 2). Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan peringkat skema tertinggi sampai terendah: full face 1 (0.343), THB 2 (0.260), THB 1 (0.215), full face 2 (0.182). Kata Kunci: analisa kestabilan, studi keekonomisan, metode AHP, strategi penambangan  ABSTRACT PT CSD is categorized as a marginal ore deposit with ore grade around 6 ppm, based on the classification of gold grade in Indonesia. Therefore, the mining strategy is an important consideration to get a more economical value (Purwanto, 2015). Based on the geotechnical investigation report, the ratio of vertical and horizontal in-situ pressure in Cibaliung is 4.8 MPa: 9.2 Mpa or 1: 2, which means the horizontal pressure in Cibaliung is twice as high as its vertical pressure (Campi and Dugan, 2004). In simple terms it can be concluded that the strategy to accelerate production activities safely is heightening rather than widening the dimension of the production stope. From the point of view of tunnel/stope construction cost, the cost of the full face method is cheaper than the top heading and benching method. As for the security level, the opposite applies (Bin Zhu and Xiaojing Shi, 2013). Economic analysis in mining activities also needs to consider the tonnage of ore extracted / Au produced for deciding which scheme is appropriate. The selection of mining schemes uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using three criteria (stability, mining costs, ore tonnage) and four scheme options (full face 1, full face 2, THB 1 and THB 2). The results of calculations using the AHP method obtained the highest to lowest scheme ratings: full face 1 (0.343), THB 2 (0.260), THB 1 (0.215), full face 2 (0.182). Key Words: stability analyses, economic study, AHP method, mining strat

People have appreciated the beauty of natural landscapes, the result of the interplay of different natural processes, for at least three hundred years in Europe. Many have been inspired by this beauty to promote such places for visits by others. Some have understood the importance of individual places visited within the local or regional environmental system. This has led to definitions and the establishment of protected areas with special visitor rules and regulations. This article presents a case study of Sićevo Gorge Nature Park in Serbia and an opportunity to transform it into a geoheritage site, underpinned by developing its interpretation based on the results of a study using the analytical-hierarchy process (AHP) method.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

The fire incident in karaoke buildings in Indonesia which claimed many lives has occurred several times. According to the National Academy of Science US, the smoke toxins that come out of the fire disaster cause 50-80% of deaths. Refers to the data, it is necessary to check further about the building material response to fire during a fire incident. Masterpiece Signature Karaoke is a karaoke building that classified as large and magnificent in the city of Medan which has various material so that it is necessary to study the interior material as passive fire protection. The purpose is to find out how to assess the reliability of fire passive protection regard to the interior materials and recommendations or descriptions of right interior material planning using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is efficacious to solve the problem of reliability in using interior materials as passive fire protection in Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan building with the results of an Adequate Level of reliability. Then, design recommendations were given for the use of interior materials in karaoke building to improve the reliability results to be better.The results are useful as information for other researchers and karaoke buildings regarding passive fire protection systems at the Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan.
