The centralized model of B / S structure is adopted in the current distance education learning classroom, there are some drawbacks of this model, like the resource duplication, crowded user access, poor system scalability and so on. Adoption of cloud computing technology can collect all the distance learning classroom resources to build a "cloud" platform, students can easily access the resources they need by using different terminal devices locally. By analyzing the meaning of cloud computing, application mode and characteristics of cloud computing, the building contents and methods of distance classroom "cloud" is proposed.

With the rapid development of Internet cloud computing technology, big data and visualization and other new technologies, the powerful data storage, calculation and analysis capabilities of new technologies provide favorable conditions for improving the timeliness, reliability and informatization level of foundation pit monitoring. By using SaaS mode and cloud computing technology, this paper subdivides the requirements of foundation pit monitoring work, and puts forward solutions according to design thinking and design means. The foundation pit monitoring information cloud platform is built in the way of Cloud Architecture, which greatly improves the efficiency of foundation pit monitoring, and realizes the high sharing of monitoring data information and platform resources.

The cloud computing technology has been widely discussed and defined in a number of ways. It’s the new and changing business models enabled by the emergence of the different technologies associated with cloud computing that really count. The effective integration of cloud computing idea and telecom operators' advantage on network and operation can bring large market effect. It has been a core focus in current telecom industry. Based on the analysis of cloud computing concept and technology development, this paper proposes the cloud computing application framework for telecom operator, and explain clearly the operator cloud computing development idea and trend with innovative idea, great ability and unified cloud platform. Finally, some typical cloud computing products are given, which may provide a significant reference for rational planning of operator cloud computing application.

This paper focuses in examining the distance education, cloud computing and platforms, E- learning and its approaches via cloud computing, benefits and challenges in National Open University (NOUN) in Nigeria.Cloud computing and distance learning are rising speedily and play vital and powerful roles in education and learning in Nigeria today. The use of distance education in learning has come to stay and is being adopted, it needs to be constantly dynamic and innovative. It’s has the potential to transform the way distance education is consumed along with internet resources. It supports the smart phone mobile users to perform their tasks effectively- through paying less cost by utilizing the cloud based applications offered by the cloud service providers. The review of literature shows that the use of cloud computing is the best practice for the present educational situation. Despite the benefits associated with cloud-computing, there are still factors hindering the effective adoption of cloud computing in Nigerian educational system which among others include the epileptic power supply, low bandwidth just to mention a few.Survey study that was conducted  by DAMAR &NUHU 2015, that was adopted to authenticate this study, one hundred and seventy (170) students who indicated knowledge on the importance of cloud computing, but were not very satisfied with the confidentiality and accessibility of the services rendered to them in the cloud computing platform. Some of the reasons could be as a result of poor network and lack of confidence using information technology. The paper recommended among others, steady power supply, guarantee service confidentiality, accessibility and more reduction in cost.

Compared with available technology, we can build an no capacity constraints cloud platform for storage and sharing of teaching resources based on the cloud computing technology, this teaching resources cloud platform is an open, interactive public service platform of educational resources.

Nowadays, cloud computing is widely concerned, it is a new generation of information resource sharing and application mode. It provides IT resource services in way of virtualization and resource pool, which is the extension and development of network distributed computation, and greatly improves the sharing and utilization of information resources. This paper describes the significance of constructing current maritime navigation information resources of cloud platform, presents the research methods, and designs the platform construction structure. By the cloud platform, we can realize the integration of existing maritime information resources, the analysis of business process, the cleaning, selection and aggregation of business data, and finally achieve the unified management of navigation application system and business data of maritime Departments.
