In order to solve the problem of hardship and complexity in manual vehicle gateway tests, an Automatic CAN Gateway Test System was developed. The test system integrated IPC, CAN tools and network control module. It supports 2-4 channels gateways, and it also supports complex gateways with signal routing, network status management and other complicated functions. When the test is executed, the text system can simulate all the nodes which are required for DUT in normal communication to construct realistic bus environment. It can also construct relevant message status, signal status and network status to execute tests. The system, which is highly automatic, improves the accuracy and efficiency of CAN gateway test.

This paper firstly explained the working principle of Subsea Control Module (SCM) and function and performance of the electro-hydraulic control valves, and then mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM was analyzed. The test board was designed according to characters of hydraulic system of the test stand. And on the basis of these, an effective testing method of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM has been defined. According to the test method of hydraulic system, we built and analyzed a model of the hydraulic test system by using the AMESim software. Based on the analysis results, the judgments whether or not the test stand could meet the requirements is made.

In order to improve the orbit determination precision of TT&C equipments, relevant parameters have to be calibrated accurately by using the calibration tower during the dock calibration. Based on analysis of the control objects in remote control mode, this paper builds the wireless communication system, through selecting wireless bridge to develop the network control module and relevant software. It realizes the remote monitoring for the calibration equipment, facilities and instruments. Results of the test show that the system is reasonable, convenient, reliability and extensibility, which is quietly completely suitable to control the remote equipment of Changxing island calibration tower for TT&C ship.

Starter is an important component of auto engine, its service life can be reflected by the durability test. According to the running conditions, requirements of the starter durability test were analyzed. So, an electrical control test system based CP1H PLC was established. The system includes PC monitor module achieved by configuration software, control module build by Omron CP1H PLC and actuator module with four engine test rigs. Then, the PLC hardware circuit was designed and the flow of control program was given. The test system has characteristics of versatility, automated control and high testing precision.

CMP-KDO synthetase (CKS) is an enzyme which plays a key role in the synthesis of LPS, an outer membrane component unique to gram negative bacteria. CKS activates KDO to CMP-KDO for incorporation into LPS. The enzyme is normally present in low concentrations (0.02% of total cell protein) which makes it difficult to perform large scale isolation and purification. Recently, the gene for CKS from E. coli was cloned and various recombinant DNA constructs overproducing CKS several thousandfold (unpublished data) were derived. Interestingly, no cytoplasmic inclusions of overproduced CKS were observed by EM (Fig. 1) which is in contrast to other reports of large proteinaceous inclusion bodies in various overproducing recombinant strains. The present immunocytochemical study was undertaken to localize CKS in these cells.Immune labeling conditions were first optimized using a previously described cell-free test system. Briefly, this involves soaking small blocks of polymerized bovine serum albumin in purified CKS antigen and subjecting them to various fixation, embedding and immunochemical conditions.

Differences in real ear sound pressure levels (SPLs) with three portable stereo system (PSS) earphones (supraaural [Sony Model MDR-44], semiaural [Sony Model MDR-A15L], and insert [Sony Model MDR-E225]) were investigated. Twelve adult men served as subjects. Frequency response, high frequency average (HFA) output, peak output, peak output frequency, and overall RMS output for each PSS earphone were obtained with a probe tube microphone system (Fonix 6500 Hearing Aid Test System). Results indicated a significant difference in mean RMS outputs with nonsignificant differences in mean HFA outputs, peak outputs, and peak output frequencies among PSS earphones. Differences in mean overall RMS outputs were attributed to differences in low-frequency effects that were observed among the frequency responses of the three PSS earphones. It is suggested that one cannot assume equivalent real ear SPLs, with equivalent inputs, among different styles of PSS earphones.
