Basedon the present situation of the domestic comprehensive tunneling temporary supporting technology, machine support and temporary support device is researched. This paper is on the basis of the previous design simple optimization. The design enhances temporary support level and improves its ability to support for a long time, in some extent, increases the strength of roof support. The optimization is described in detail.By adding a hydraulic cylinder,it can make each lever own supporting ability and ensure support stability. Organizationstructure and three dimensional graphics are drawn in the paper. The force analysis is carried. Finally appropriate position is determined.

A highly osteogenic hybrid bioabsorbable scaffold was developed for bone reconstruction. Though the use of a bioabsorbable collagen and chitosan scaffold for loading velvet antler polypeptide to repair bone defect and drug treatment. Velvet antler polypeptide and collagen were extracted for developing the compounded material. The SEM results show that the collagen and chitosan scaffold maintain the natural three dimensional network structures. The cell proliferation experiment result show that the can promote the osteoblast proliferation for a long time . These results indicated that this compound scaffold can sustainable to release drug and is a good material in bone defect and drug treatment.

With the increase of the number of loaded goods, the number of optional loading schemes will increase exponentially. It is a long time and low efficiency to determine the loading scheme with experience. Genetic algorithm is a search heuristic algorithm used to solve optimization in the field of computer science artificial intelligence. Genetic algorithm can effectively select the optimal loading scheme but unable to utilize weight and volume capacity of cargo and truck. In this paper, we propose hybrid Genetic and fuzzy logic based cargo-loading decision making model that focus on achieving maximum profit with maximum utilization of weight and volume capacity of cargo and truck. In this paper, first of all, the components of the problem of goods stowage in the distribution center are analyzed systematically, which lays the foundation for the reasonable classification of the problem of goods stowage and the establishment of the mathematical model of the problem of goods stowage. Secondly, the paper abstracts and defines the problem of goods loading in distribution center, establishes the mathematical model for the optimization of single car three-dimensional goods loading, and designs the genetic algorithm for solving the model. Finally, Matlab is used to solve the optimization model of cargo loading, and the good performance of the algorithm is verified by an example. From the performance evaluation analysis, proposed the hybrid system achieve better outcomes than the standard SA model, GA method, and TS strategy.

The characteristics of flocs aggregated in flocculation have been paid more and more attention for a long time. In this paper, a new classification and analyses method dealing with the flocs is developed. The flocs formed after flocculation is divided into four kinds, including the left primary particles, linear flocs with all component particles in a line, planar flocs with all component particles on a plane and volumetric flocs with all component particles in a three-dimensional space. By analyzing the formation approaches of different kind of flocs regardless of the floc breakage, the number of every kind of floc is analyzed to be related with the suspension concentration mathematically. After comparing the different items in the models describing the relationship of floc number and concentration, a series of simplified expressions are presented. Lastly, a mathematical equation relating the measurable suspension viscosity with the numbers of different flocs is obtained.

Abstract The art of bodypainting that is fairly unknown to a wider public turns the body into a canvas - it is a frequently used phrase in the field of bodypainting that illustrates the challenge it faces: it uses a three-dimensional surface and has to cope with its irregularities, but also with the model’s abilities and characteristics. This paper looks at individuals who are turned into art by bodypainting. Although body painting can be very challenging for them - they have to expose their bodies and to stand still for a long time while getting transformed - models report that they enjoy both the process and the result, even if they are not confident about their own bodies. Among the reasons there are physical aspects like the sensual enjoyment, but also the feeling of being part of something artistic. This is enhanced and preserved through double staging - becoming a threedimentional work of art and then being staged for photography or film clips. This process gives the model the chance to experience their own body in a detached way. On the one hand, bodypainting closely relates to the body and on the other hand, it can help to over-come the body.

The force analysis on the in-plane and out-of-plane of honeycomb core referring to some related articles is presented. during the transportation of wine, the honeycomb paper core is under three-dimensional stress. According to stress condition in the process of wine packaging and transportation, based on the fourth strength principle, the equivalent load is obtained. And the stress with different stretching angels with virtual sampling method is calculated. Thus, the optimal stretching angle of honeycomb paper is acquired, which is .

Abstract ScaleX is a collaborative measurement campaign, collocated with a long-term environmental observatory of the German Terrestrial Environmental Observatories (TERENO) network in the mountainous terrain of the Bavarian Prealps, Germany. The aims of both TERENO and ScaleX include the measurement and modeling of land surface–atmosphere interactions of energy, water, and greenhouse gases. ScaleX is motivated by the recognition that long-term intensive observational research over years or decades must be based on well-proven, mostly automated measurement systems, concentrated in a small number of locations. In contrast, short-term intensive campaigns offer the opportunity to assess spatial distributions and gradients by concentrated instrument deployments, and by mobile sensors (ground and/or airborne) to obtain transects and three-dimensional patterns of atmospheric, surface, or soil variables and processes. Moreover, intensive campaigns are ideal proving grounds for innovative instruments, methods, and techniques to measure quantities that cannot (yet) be automated or deployed over long time periods. ScaleX is distinctive in its design, which combines the benefits of a long-term environmental-monitoring approach (TERENO) with the versatility and innovative power of a series of intensive campaigns, to bridge across a wide span of spatial and temporal scales. This contribution presents the concept and first data products of ScaleX-2015, which occurred in June–July 2015. The second installment of ScaleX took place in summer 2016 and periodic further ScaleX campaigns are planned throughout the lifetime of TERENO. This paper calls for collaboration in future ScaleX campaigns or to use our data in modelling studies. It is also an invitation to emulate the ScaleX concept at other long-term observatories.

A three-dimensional (3D) seismic isolation system for FBR building is under development. The proposed vertical isolation system consists form hydraulic cylinders with water-based liquid and accumulators to support large vertical static load and to realize low natural frequency in the vertical direction. For horizontal isolation, laminated rubber isolator or sliding type isolator will be combined. Because the major part of the feasibility of this isolation system depends on the sealing function and durability of the hydraulic cylinder, a series of feasibility tests of the hydraulic cylinder have been conducted to verify the reliability against seismic load and seismic motion. This paper describes the specification of the seismic isolations system, seismic response characteristics and the results of the feasibility tests of the seal. This study was performed as part of a government sponsored R&D project on 3D seismic isolation.

Spatio-temporal digital data from fMRI (functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) are used to analyse and to model brain activation. To map brain functions, a well-defined sensory activation is offered to a test person and the hemodynamic response to neuronal activity is studied. This so-called BOLD effect in fMRI is typically small and characterised by a very low signal to noise ratio. Hence the activation is repeated and the three dimensional signal (multi-slice 2D) is gathered during relatively long time ranges (3-5 min). From the noisy and distorted spatio-temporal signal the expected response has to be filtered out. Presented methods of spatio-temporal signal processing base on non-linear concepts of data reconstruction and filters of mathematical morphology (e.g. alternating sequential morphological filters). Filters applied are compared by classifications of activations.
