Chose Nanyin Reservoir as the study object which located in southwestern Songnen Plain. The paper studied relationship of the ecological environment and economic development between the co-ordinations. Based on sustainable development and ecological economics theory, the paper combined Songnen Plain Reservoir the actual situation and promoted sustainable development strategies and operational measures.

Coal gangue governance easing orefield ecological environment destruction pressure, promote the economic development, and promote the regional sustainable development. This paper first analyzes the effect of coal gangue accumulation on sustainable development of orefield, the influence of coal gangue accumulation that seriously prevent the regional sustainable development. Then based on environment benefit, economic benefit and social benefit of coal gangue governance, the thesis elaborates on coal gangue management of mining the strategic significance of sustainable development. Finally, to promote regional economic sustainable development of coal gangue treatment ways are discussed in terms of management, economy and technology.

Zhouqu County is not only an impoverished area but also a poor environment region. Frequent occurrence of geological disasters in Zhouqu, which largely determines the quality of ecological environment, affects the regional sustainable development. In this paper, on a case study of Chengguan Town of Zhouqu, two TM images acquired in pre- (2008)and post-disaster(2010) were selected to conduct the research, using remote sensing and GIS spatial analysis techniques. The state of the ecological environment and sustainable development of the region were evaluated by using the ecological footprint methodology. The results show: Firstly, the biocapacity of built-up area and cropland are reduced by 318.50gha and 82.78gha after debris flow disaster respectively, followed by forest land, grazing ground, fishing ground and barren ground, which has played a serious impediment in economic development; Secondly, the ecological deficit reaches to -0.9245gha/per-cap before disaster, however, it reduces to -1.0691gha/per-cap after disaster. This indicates that Chengguan Town is not sustainable development, after sudden disaster, the situation of unsustainable development becomes more serious; Thirdly, it is found that debris flow and landslides are mainly not only in forest land and cropland, also areas containing many people and buildings, which shows geological disasters has played a significant impact on the socio-economic development. Finally, this article provides scientific references for the restoring of ecological environment as well as scientific disaster relief after the debris flow disaster. Therefore, strengthening management and mitigation techniques of disaster is benefit to humans and socio-economic sustainable development.

Environmental Geo-technology involves not only the ecology but also the basic theory of environmental economics, management, control and monitoring aspects, so it is the ultimate goal that closes to the service the strategic policy of sustainable development of human economic system. Eco-tourism is a new form of tourism which is using a sustainable development as its guiding ideology, and it is the construction of ecological city of Shenyang is an important aspect. The paper combined with the request of Shenyang’s detailed condition, and then given some suggestions to improve the protection measures of Ecological environment by using geo-technology so that it can lead eco-tourism of Shenyang to the road of sustainable development.

The environment and environmental protection in Vietnam in general and in craft villages in particular are an issue that get concerned by the Party, the Government and the entire population in society. The development of craft villages has contributed significantly to socio-economic development, helping to raise incomes and improve the lives of local people. However, the environmental pollution in craft villages is at an alarming rate. According to the verification report of the National Assembly’s Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, only 26.7% of craft villages currently collect industrial wastewater and 20.9% of craft villages collect industrial solid waste. This is a big problem in dealing with environmental pollution in rural areas, especially in traditional craft villages. In this article, the author focuses on issues such as: Actual situation of environmental pollution in craft villages; causes of pollution and proposals of measures to reduce pollution and help sustainable development of craft villages.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, the concept of sustainable development has been paid more and more attention. Ecological environment protection is more and more important, and the ecological environment is closely related to economic development. How to measure the relationship between the two is very important. Whether it is to build ecological environment protection or to ensure sustainable development of the economy, we should take the green development concept as a guiding concept, promote ecological economic development, and study the integration of ecological data is of great significance for solving these problems. The research of this thesis studies the multi-source heterogeneous (MSH) ecological big data (BD)adaptive fusion based (FM) based on symmetric encryption. This paper sets up a comparative experiment, multi-sensor (MS) data fusion based (DFM) based on Rough set theory, MSH data fusion based on data information conversion. The method is compared with the symmetric fusion MSH BD adaptive FM proposed in this paper. The results show that the MSH DFM based on Rough set theory has the highest confidence of 0.812; the MSH DFM based on data information conversion has the highest confidence of 0.68; based on symmetric encryption MSH BD The fusion confidence of the adaptive FM is up to 0.965, and the MSH ecological BD adaptive FM based on symmetric encryption is superior.

This publication examines the implementation of the concept of sustainable development, which are increasingly becoming the object of research by scientists and practitioners. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the important fact, that, in practical terms, the solution of this problem is largely due to the formation of an economically safe and, as a consequence, favorable from the standpoint of the interests of entrepreneurs, an eco-environment, that provides their motivation for sustainable development. The study pays mainly attention to the development of an algorithm for solving methodological issues concerning, firstly, the essence and relationship of such concepts, as sustainable development and an economically safe business environment, favorable for investing in innovative processes. Secondly, the analysis of the ecological environment, as a systemic education and positioning in this system of the regional business environment. Thirdly, the development of approaches to the creation of a method for diagnosing the ecological environment, identifying and assessing the factors, that determine its economic security. Fourthly, the assessment of these factors in the form of an unsystematic component of investment risk. And, fifthly, which is important in practical terms, justifying the possibility in the reverse order, relying on the diagnostic results obtained, to determine, develop and implement specific measures to eliminate various kinds of factors, that negatively affect the formation of an economically safe ecological environment and, accordingly, on the development of an innovative activities and revitalization of investment processes, leading to the achievement of the SDGs.

Low-carbon tourism, as a new tourism type, is evolved from the background of the low-carbon economy. Located in the west part of Gansu Province, Gannan is endowed with favorably inborn conditions for the development of low-carbon tourism, for its economic development is comparatively backward and the amount of incoming tourists is limited. The paper made an analysis on the base of existing tourism circumstances in Gannan, the frailty of its ecological environment and the destruction made by the tourists to prove the idea that development and persistence of low-carbon tourism in Gannan will push the sustainable development of the tourism further in this area. At the end of this paper, several practicable suggestions are advanced for the development of low-carbon tourism in Gannan.
