This paper presents a scheme to develop a remote experiment platform for robot. The structure based on Internet and Browser/Server is adopted and discussed. The software of the platform is divided into simulation system, control system, multimedia acquiring system and transaction management system. Finally, the key technique and components are discussed, and CGI application and MATLAB software are recommended. The scheme can also be used in other remote control or measurement system.

In the field of mechanical automation, intelligent industrial robot technology is an important branch in the research field of robot; it is always the hot spots of the world robot research, and it being used to get the application in the industry today. Robot experiment platform of PLC and motor control technology, it based on the control method used by the robot control system improvements to make it more perfect run more precise, reasonable. In the same time, the man-machine interface state run monitoring, to ensure the normal operation of the system. Improved control method of the improvement of the work efficiency, reduce the work of the workers a duplication degree have a significant effect, and the system control at the scene, especially PLC control has excellent control function and good cost performance .

In this paper, through analyzing the generating mechanism of automobile steering resisting torque, we build MATLAB/SIMULINK torque simulation model and get the steering resisting torque under different working conditions. And the results show that the model has a higher accuracy through comparing it with actual measured steering resisting torque. Design and set up the experiment platform composed of three parts including steering system, control system and torque loading device. Based on the data of steering resisting torque obtained from the model simulation, we manipulate torque loading device to input a certain of resistance for steering system ,thus to realize accurate simulation of various steering condition on test platform ,which has paved the way for the development and debugging of EPS controller.

In this paper the Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy logic was utilized for the purpose of control of electromagnetically levitated steel ball system. The system is the basis for important systems such as, the modern train which floats along the rails, aerospace shuttles, magnetic bearings and high precision systems. Such systems apart from being nonlinear they are also not stable. Results were obtained using the SIMULINK/MATLAB software and the control system developed for the electromagnetically levitated steel ball system was able to stabilize it with good response.

The analysis of modern tendencies related to “Smart House” technologies is carried out in this article. The questions of programming languages of microcontrollers and microprocessors are considered. Software products that are used to create mobile applications for smartphones or tablets are presented. A computer system for remote control of room lighting is considered. The design and principle of its operation are shown schematically. A prototype of a computer system that has the following functions: 1) Control, on / off, lighting systems, depending on the needs of the owner of the premises. 2) Transfer of information about the level of illumination to the user, the owner of the premises. 3) Automatic switching on / off of electric, electroluminescent light sources, which are included in the room lighting control system. Photo of the prototype is shown. The principle of operation of the system control program based on the use of a photoresistor is presented. The Arduino microcontroller receives and processes information from the photoresistor, on the basis of which it automatically sends signals to the room lighting control system. The formulas for calculating the illumination using the results of the data obtained from the photoresistor of the prototype are given. The processed information, using wireless networks, goes to the interactive devices of the user, who can remotely check the value of illumination and, if necessary, control it. The visual interface of a mobile application for mobile phones and tablets using the Android operating system is presented. A computer system for controlling the lighting of premises, which is easy to use and does not require significant financial costs, is considered and analyzed. The methods of modeling, observation and research of computer systems are used in the work. The obtained results allow obtaining an effective computer system for remote control of indoor lighting.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah merancang sistem kontrol lampu menggunakan remote untuk menyalakan dan memadamkan lampu, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ruangan Direktur Akademi Ilmu Komputer (AIKOM) Ternate, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Pustaka, Observasi, serta Rancangan Alat, Bahasa Pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Bahasa C, Perancangan alat terdiri dari pembuatan alat pengontol lampu dan komponen yang menunjang kerja sistem seperti Sistem pengontrol, Mikrokontroler ATMega 8535, relay, remote, dan lampu. Sistem control lampu yang dioperasikan dengan menggunakan remote control untuk menggerakkan relay sehingga lampu yang terhubung akan menyala dan padam. A remote control simulation system is designed to resolve some problems in repairing diesel’s remote control system which makes good use of PLC in automation, combining the popular configuration technology. The system structure, hardware design and software design are introduced in shis paper. The results shows that the effect is remarkable in function replacement on the logic circuit module of the original system and can provide some intellectual support for upgrading the remote control system.

Training simulator is a necessary equipment for modern navigation education to accords with the demands of the STCW78/10 convention. A new type of simulation training system for main engine remote control has been successfully put into use for chief engineer’ training, which is the main part of the modern marine engine room simulator recently developed by Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College and Dalian Maritime University. The simulation system, the simulated object of which are the Autochief 4 remote control system, the main engine with the type of MAN B&W 10L90MC and the pneumatic maneuvering system, has good simulation effect due to accurate mathematical models, nice human-machine interfaces and abundant troubles to shot. This paper introduces the innovative design, the plentiful functions of the simulation system and the application of IT.

The entire structure of automated warehouse control system is determined. The industrial control computer, the graphical user interface, PLC and other devices are connected by the CAN bus. The radio frequency identification system is used to the identification of the goods in warehouse. Its composition and the working principle are discussed, and the recognition system workflow is designed. The paper discussed the implementation of system control bus and the workflow of control software. The warehouse management system is designed to work well reflected in the network information technology. The connected automated warehouse with the warehouse management system is a better solution to the entire supply chain problems in companies
