MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF REGIONAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM CONTROL SYSTEM

The apparatus of control theory is proposed to describe the management system of the regional socio-economic system. For the description of the developed control system the set-theoretic approach was used, also features of dynamic processes of control system were considered.

The concept of “efficiency” is specified in relation to the developed control system of the regional socio-economic system as the productivity of management decisions that ensure the achievement of the target level of indicators of National projects of the Russian Federation. From the point of view of control theory, performance evaluation of the decision of problems of management from evaluating the performance of the regulation system of regional socio-economic system primarily on the emergence of governors and disturbances. A criterion for the effectiveness of managing the regional socio-economic system as a function of the maximum from the managing influence of National projects of the Russian Federation is introduced. The criterion for evaluating the speed of the regional socio-economic system regulation system in response to the appearance of controlling and disturbing influences is introduced as a concept of the effectiveness of solving the problems of managing the regional socio-economic system, which is determined by the system’s ability to adjust external influence and “return” to a given target development program. To assess the behavior of the regional socio-economic system management system in the transition mode, dynamic quality indicators are used, i.e. numerical estimates of the speed of the regional socio-economic system regulation system in response to the appearance of controlling and disturbing influences, such as the time of the transition process in the regional socio-economic system control system and the time of setting the target value of indicators of National projects of the Russian Federation.

Ensuring the economic security of the region is one of the key tasks of the management of the federal entity. By ensuring economic security, the priorities of the management of the region are determined, so that the system of economic security should be integrated into the development management system of the socio-economic system of the region and perform an information and analytical function in it, which requires the development and introduction of economic security monitoring tools into the regional development management system. The article formulated an algorithm integration tools for monitoring threats to economic security in the regional economic development of the control system the methodical approach to assessing threats to regional economic security.

The Active Rotary Inertia Driver (ARID) system is a novel vibration control system that can effectively mitigate the swing vibration of suspended structures. Parametric analysis is carried out using Simulink based on the mathematical model and the effectiveness is further validated by a series of experiments. Firstly, the active controller is designed based on the system mathematical model and the LQR (linear quadratic regulator) algorithm. Next, the parametric analysis is carried out using Simulink to study the key parameters such as the coefficient of the control algorithm, the rotary inertia ratio. Lastly, the ARID system control effectiveness and the parametric analysis results are further validated by the shaking table experiments. The effectiveness and robustness of the ARID system are well verified. The dynamic characteristics of this system are further studied, and the conclusions of this paper provide a theoretical basis for further development of such unique control system.

Abstract An electric vehicle (EV) uses an electric motor for traction and chemical batteries, superconductors, combustion cells and / or inertial masses as energy sources. To avoid problems regarding the accuracy of the mathematical model of the system, the use of artificial intelligence in electric drives is a viable alternative. Among other advantages of using artificial intelligence in the electric drive system, it can be emphasized that its application reduces the design time and leads to avoiding problems with the introduction of the mathematical model in the system control algorithm. This paper presents several case studies of electrical vehicles and some considerations about intelligent control of EVs. Finally some experimental results that compare classical control system with fuzzy logic control system for EV are presented.

The article is focused on the description of the system of control over the social system of foreign students studying in the Russian Federation, which is based on the approaches and methods of control theory. The proposed model of the control system assumes developing the control influence, specification of the output coordinates of the controlled object, including after working out the controlling influence, description of the external environment. There is presented a visual model of the social system control system of Tajik students studying in the RF higher educational institutions and its formalization from the standpoint of a set-theoretic approach. There are described the principles of control by mistake and omission, which allows adjusting the control im-pact on the social system of the foreign students studying in the Russian Federation in order to achieve the targets of the national system of higher education. Managerial decision-making in the field of managing the social system of the foreign students studying in the Russian Federation is based on a process approach. There is proposed a set-theoretic model of control system of foreign students studying in the Russian Federation as a basis for further formalization of the task of con-trol, setting criteria for optimality and corresponding restrictions in the similar social systems. The context diagram of the management process of the developed social system of foreign citizens studying in higher education institutions of the Russian Federation is presented in the IDEF0 nota-tion, which made it possible to concretize the features of the process of its management. The pro-spects for further development of control processes in the analyzed social system are associated with the formalization of the control task. The directions of further scientific groundwork for repli-cating the grounds of the control theory to related organizational systems are determined.

In this paper, the magneto-rheological damper is installed in the seat, using semi-active control theory and methods, dynamics mathematical model of the magneto-rheological damper seat is established, the fuzzy semi-active controller based on the magneto-rheological is designed, and then the simulation analysis on the system is completed by the software of MATAB/Simulink. The results of simulation show that the semi-active seat based on the magneto-rheological can markledly suppress the vibration acceleration and improve the ride comfort of the seat.

The entire structure of automated warehouse control system is determined. The industrial control computer, the graphical user interface, PLC and other devices are connected by the CAN bus. The radio frequency identification system is used to the identification of the goods in warehouse. Its composition and the working principle are discussed, and the recognition system workflow is designed. The paper discussed the implementation of system control bus and the workflow of control software. The warehouse management system is designed to work well reflected in the network information technology. The connected automated warehouse with the warehouse management system is a better solution to the entire supply chain problems in companies

This paper presents a scheme to develop a remote experiment platform for robot. The structure based on Internet and Browser/Server is adopted and discussed. The software of the platform is divided into simulation system, control system, multimedia acquiring system and transaction management system. Finally, the key technique and components are discussed, and CGI application and MATLAB software are recommended. The scheme can also be used in other remote control or measurement system.
