In order to obtain the lightweight and high quality flax class knitted fabric, Spins the high-count flax class knitting gauze are solves the question key . This thesis from the Spinning and Selection of raw materials, The teclmology of the high quality blended knitting yarn of flax fiber / bemberg fiber/bamboo charcoal fiber were manufactured by rotor spinning process, is diseussedin ,and through the comparison of different options for the optimization of process parameters the optimization of process parameters.

An experimental study is reported to characterise the femtosecond (FS) laser grooving process for Germanium (Ge) substrates. The effects of process parameters, including laser fluence, pulse repetition rate and scan speed, on the groove characteristics, material removal rate (MRR) and heat affected zone (HAZ) size are discussed. It is shown that with properly selected process parameters, high quality micro-grooves can be obtained on Ge wafers. Recommendations are finally made on the selection of the most appropriate process parameters for FS micro-grooving of Ge substrates.

Rotor spinning is known for high production rates and uniformity of the resulting yarn. However, determining machine components which will produce the optimum process parameters such as airflow speed to result in the best combinations of yarn quality and uniformity can be a difficult task. The aim of this study is to simulate and analyze the airflow characteristics in rotors with U and V grooves during the rotor spinning process. The results obtained showed that airflow speed resulting from a rotor with the V groove is higher than that of U type. As a result, the static pressure resulting from the use of the V type groove is lower than that of U groove.

There is a great limitation to improving the quality and productivity of nanofibers through the conventional single-needle method. Using needleless electrospinning technology to generate multiple jets and enhance the productivity of nanofibers has attracted lots of interest for many years. This study develops a novel linear flume spinneret to fabricate nanofibers. Multiple jets with two rows can be formed simultaneously on the surface of the spinneret. The solution concentration has a significant impact on the average nanofiber diameter compared with applied voltage and collection distance. The effects of different spinning process parameters on the productivity of nanofibers are investigated. High-quality nanofibers with small nanofiber diameter and error can be fabricated successfully. The average nanofiber diameter is 108 ± 26 nm. The average error is 24%. The productivity of nanofibers can reach 4.85 ± 0.36 g/h, which is about 24 times more than that of the single-needle method. This novel linear flume spinneret needleless electrospinning technology exhibits huge potential for mass production of nanofibers in the field of industrialization.

The practical recommendations can be useful for the process of selection of the high quality raw materials. Систематизированы современные литературные данные о совершенствовании сырьевых ресурсов для производства игристых вин. Даны рекомендации о перспективности использования различных сортов винограда в производстве игристых вин: интродуцированных (Мальбек, Сира и др.), селекционных (Рислинг Магарача, Рислинг мускатный, Рислинг красный, Алиготе мускатное, Цитронный Магарача и др.), аборигенных (Кокур белый, Кокур белый 46-10-3, Сых дане, Сары пандас, Кефесия и др.). Выделены факторы, влияющие на основные и дополнительные показатели в системе «виноград-виноматериал-игристое вино», среди которых важными являются степень зрелости винограда, его технологический потенциал, почвенно-климатические условия произрастания винограда. Сделан вывод, что всесторонний подход к подбору сырья с учетом факторов, влияющих на его основные и дополнительные показатели, позволит сформировать сырьевые зоны для производства игристых вин высокого качества. Modern literary sources on the improvement of raw materials for production of sparklings were systematized. Recommendations on the prospects of using various grape varieties in production of sparkling wines are given. They include introduced (‘Malbec’, ‘Syrah’, etc.), selection (‘Riesling Magaracha’, ‘Riesling Muscatny’, ‘Riesling Krasny’, ‘Aligote Muscatnoye’, ‘Tsitronnyi Magaracha’, etc.) and native (‘Kokur Belyi’, ‘Kokur Belyi 46-10-3’, ‘Sykh Dane’, ‘Sary Pandas’, ‘Kefesiya’, etc.) grape varieties. Factors influencing the main and additional indicators in the system "grapes - base wine - sparkling wine" are highlighted. The most important factors are the degree of grape ripeness, its technological potential, soil and climatic conditions of grape growing. It is concluded that a comprehensive approach to the selection of raw materials, taking into account the factors affecting its main and additional indicators, will allow the formation of zones of raw materials for the production of high quality sparkling wines.

One of the basic conditions of production of high quality products from aerated concrete is selection of appropriate input raw materials. Their material properties have crucial influence on the whole process of production of the products from aerated concrete - from behavior of fresh mix of aerated concrete through setting to development of mineralogical phases during autoclaving. Properties of input materials, in particular their chemical composition has considerable impact on the final properties of the product made from aerated concrete. This paper summarizes current knowledge from the research of microstructure of fly ash aerated concrete depending on chemical composition of the raw materials in the mix.

Aluminum dross is produced in the process of industrial production and regeneration of aluminum. Currently, the main way to deal with aluminum dross is stacking and landfilling, which aggravates environmental pollution and resource waste. In order to find a green and environmental protection method for the comprehensive utilization, the aluminum dross was used as raw materials to prepare sintered brick. Firstly, the raw material ratio, molding pressure and sintering process were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test, and the mechanism of obvious change of mechanical strength of sintered brick was studied by XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that, the optimal formula of sintered brick is 50% aluminum dross, 37.50% engineering soil and 12.50% coal gangue. The optimum process parameters are molding pressure 10 MPa, heating rate 8 °C/ min, sintering temperature 800 °C, holding time 60 min. The samples prepared under the above formula and process parameters present outstanding performance, and the compressive strength, flexural strength and water absorption rate are 16.21 MPa, 3.42 MPa and 17.12% respectively.
