With the rapid development of economy, the scale of the logistics industry is also expanding rapidly, which brings great convenience to economy and trade, and becomes one of the pillar industries of national economy. However, with the development of economy and logistics, the problem of ecological environment is becoming more and more prominent. Through the design of economic development, logistics development, and the ecological environment index system, the economic development, logistics development and eco-environment development level of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2017 are analyzed by using the entropy method and coupling coordination degree model, and the spatial characteristics of regional economic development, logistics development, and ecological environment are analyzed by using ArcGIS software. The results show that the coupling coordination of economic development, logistics development and ecological environment in most provinces and cities in China is at the mediate coupling level, and only Shanghai, Anhui, and Fujian in the Eastern region have reached the high-quality coupling level; there are significant temporal and spatial differences in the coupling and coordinated development between economic development, logistics development and ecological environment. The level of coupling coordination in the western region has always been at a low level, while the level of coupling coordination in most of the central and eastern regions is relatively high. There are situations where the level of coupling coordination is not high; the coordinated growth of economic development, logistics development, and ecological environment is mainly driven by economic development and logistics development. However, the level of ecological environment has been lagging behind the level of economic and logistics development. In the future development, it is necessary to give full play to the role of the logistics industry in economic development, weigh the relationship between the development of the logistics industry and ecological environmental protection, actively develop green logistics, and the level of coordinated development among economic development, logistics development and ecological environment.

The rapid development of a new generation of information technology has caused major changes in teaching and learning methods, promoted the innovation and transformation of education informatization, and promoted the realization of education modernization. Education informatization has gradually become one of the core factors that determine the quality of education. There is a close connection with the regional economy. By constructing the environmental and economic development model, this paper analyzed the coordinated degree on environment and the economy in 31 provinces of China. The results showed that, the differences on economy and environment are great in various regions. From the economic development level, we could see that the eastern regions were the best, the central were the better and the west were the worst. From the environment development level, we could see that the western region is the best, the east is better, and the middle is the worst. From the coordinated degree of environment and economy, the eastern region obviously were higher than that in the midwest, and the economy and environment in eastern regions formed the benign coordinated development, but the midwest fails to form a positive development situation.

The analysis is based on the conclusions of Li Jingwen, a Chinese scientist, specialist in the field of China's regional economy in the second half of the 20th century. In the context of structural socio-economic transformations in the regional spatial development of the PRC in the period from the late of 1970 to the early 1990s in order to get rid of the disproportionate industrial location and uneven distribution of resources, promote the economic development of the central and western regions and implement the coordinated development of the regional economy, the Chinese government aimed to promote the strategy of economic development of less developed regions at the right time, while changing the vector of development of the regional economy from the past strategies of coastal and border economic development to the strategy of economic balanced development of the entire regional space of the PRC.

Interregional technology convergence is one of the necessary conditions for the coordinated development of regional economy, and constructing cross-regional industry technology innovation strategic alliance (ITISA) is one of the main means to realize interregional technology convergence. This paper investigates whether the establishment of these alliances can improve the technological innovation ability of ITISA and its members and how ITISA and its members are distributed geographically across China. This research finds that the establishment of ITISA is conducive to the increase of the number of patent applications and the improvement of the technological innovation ability of the alliance and its members. However, due to the over-concentration of alliance members in China’s eastern region and the low region coverage ratio of the single alliance, the role of the establishment of ITISA in promoting interregional technology convergence is limited.
